Refund Server to Server notification not receving

Hello

we have implemented notification v2 but when a user refunds our sever doesn't lisnten notification from app store where as i have checked the implementation three times and on sandbox environment it's work fine. we have different web hook for production and dev environment.

what we did... create a post webhook and set it as production v2 URL.

on app make a purchase of consuable gems reund it via apple support but didn't reveive notification i didn't see a well documentation regarding this pls help

Could you please file a ticket in Feedback Assistant on this issue, and then post the FB number here? Include your app, the details of the user or transaction that received the refund, or any other details you have around the issue

We have configured HTTPS URLs for both Sandbox and Production in App Store Connect. These URLs are different for Sandbox and Production environments. We have created a Signed JWT and tested the notification feature in our dev environment with the Sandbox configuration, and it worked successfully. However, when we tried the same with the Production configuration, our server was unable to receive the notification. Our app is already live, and we have integrated consumable in-app purchases. Recently, one of our QA testers purchased a product and requested a refund from Apple support. Unfortunately, our server did not receive any notification from the app store about the refund, and we are unable to debug the issue. We would like to inform you that our server is TLS 1.2+ compliant, and we have properly configured an SSL certificate. We would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and help.
