Not receiving server notifications for Non-Renewing Subscriptions.

I have successfully configured my server url on appstoreconnect. I have tested the url using "https://api.storekit-sandbox.itunes.apple.com/inApps/v1/notifications/test" api and successfully got the event on my endpoint. But I do not receive any event for any successful purchase of Non-Renewing Subscription. Is there a way to enable these notifications. I am currently testing in sandbox account.

SUBSCRIBED, DID_RENEW, etc. are only sent for Auto-Renewing Subscriptions. The main type you would see for Non-Renewing Subscription would be a type like REFUND.
