I publish my App 48 hours before but still can not find it in app store. After that, I can not install/update my TestFlight build either. It showed that "Could not install. The requested app is not avaliable or doesn't exist."
What happend? Beofre publish, there's no problem of testflight. After reaching out Apple, problems didn't get solved.
