Hello.
I found out that it is possible to remove the watch target from an iOS project to remove the support for the watch. What I was not able to find out is what impact this has on the publishing side. Will App Store Connect accept the upload of the new version or will it throw an error because the watch target is missing? If this is possible, should I expect problems with the review?
