Unable to renew Paid Apps Agreement

So all of my iAPs stopped working all of a sudden. Upon investigation I found out that my Paid App Agreement had expired. So under appstore connect business tab I tried to renew the contract, but it doesn't renew! I tried everything but the status is stuck at expiry. This is is causing us financial loss every minute. I have tried safari, chrome, edge on both windows and mac.

Any help on this issue would be highily appreciated.

I have the same issue and IAPs have stopped working. I'm going to contact telephone support in a couple of hours. Were you able to get this resolved @letsplay99?

I'm also having this same issue. The only thing I've found is under agreements, my paid apps agreement status is for some reason "Active (Pending User Info)". I was fine for a year, then suddenly woke up to this.
