Subscription is still waiting-for-review while app update is deplyoed

My app has been approved for four days now, but the subscription items are still "Waiting for review". Online users cannot make purchases. I have already contacted Apple's technical support via email and phone, but it seems to have no effect. What should I do?

Thank you for your post. We would like investigate this issue but we've been unable to locate your app submission to provide further assistance. Can you provide the name and App ID associated with the app? These can be found in App Store Connect in the App Information tab.
