Can anyone upload preview video to Apple Store Connect without issue?

I have tried to upload preview video to Apple Store Connect. I have tried Chrome and Safari.

However, both yield the following result.

It always show "This file has been uploaded and is processing."

Do you have any idea how I can resolve this? Thanks.

The issue is resolved by itself, after waiting for less than 24 hours.

I keep getting notifications that the video is too big, but it meets the published guidelines. Is anyone succeeding?
