App Ready for Distribution since October 12 but not on the App Store (page 404s, lookup returns 0)

My app Ovenlight: Private Web Apps (Apple ID 6817561066) has been Ready for Distribution since October 12, but it still doesn't appear on the App Store anywhere.

What I see:

  • https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id6817561066 says "The page you're looking for can't be found."
  • https://itunes.apple.com/lookup?id=6817561066 returns resultCount 0 in every storefront I've tried (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Japan).
  • Searching apps.apple.com or the iTunes Search API for "Ovenlight" doesn't find it.

What App Store Connect shows:

  • 1.0 was set to manual release, and I released it on October 12.
  • Versions 1.0 and 1.0.1 are both Ready for Distribution, and the App Store Connect API reports both as READY_FOR_SALE. 1.0 never moved to Replaced with New Version. 1.0.2 is Waiting for Review and set to manual release, so nothing new goes live while Apple investigates.
  • The app is free and available in 171 countries and regions, with no pre-order and no in-app purchases.
  • Agreements are active, App Privacy is published, distribution is Public, and there are no messages from App Review.

I have a case open with Developer Support (102995474600), and it's now with engineering. Has anyone seen two versions sit in Ready for Distribution at once, or an approved app that never reached the store? If you got one unstuck, I'd love to hear what did it.

With the direct link returning 404 and the lookup API showing no result across several storefronts, this looks like more than a search indexing delay. Since engineering already has the case, I’d keep the follow-up there and ask them to check whether the app record is live in the storefront catalog for the US and one other region. Include the exact link, the time you checked, and the lookup results. I wouldn’t withdraw or submit another version just to try to refresh the listing while they investigate.
