Dear Apple Developer Support Team,
We are seeking assistance regarding an ongoing App Store review issue that has remained unresolved for several weeks despite multiple attempts to contact Apple Developer Support.
Our application initially encountered a review issue under Guideline 2.1 (App Completeness) in late September 2026. We have since worked to address the concerns and submitted updated versions for review.
However, the review process has continued to experience significant delays.
Since early October, we have submitted multiple expedited review requests and contacted Apple Developer Support several times. Despite waiting approximately 10 days and following up repeatedly, we have not received a meaningful response or clarification regarding the status of our requests.
We submitted our application again on October 15, 2026, but as of October 25, the situation remains unresolved.
We understand that Apple receives a large volume of submissions and that expedited reviews are not guaranteed. However, the continued lack of communication makes it difficult for us to determine whether our application is progressing normally or whether an issue requires further action.
We would greatly appreciate assistance with the following:
- Confirming whether our application is currently in the review queue and whether any outstanding issues are preventing progress.
- Clarifying the status of our previous expedited review requests.
- Advising whether there is an appropriate escalation process when repeated support requests remain unanswered.
We are committed to complying with Apple's App Review Guidelines and are simply seeking a clear status update and guidance on how to proceed.
We would sincerely appreciate any assistance from the Apple Developer Relations or App Review teams.
