Developer Account Terminated Under 3.2(f) — No Access to Reinstatement, Complaint Procedures, or Outstanding Proceeds

Title: Developer Account Terminated Under 3.2(f) — No Access to Reinstatement, Complaint Procedures, or Outstanding Proceeds

Hello Apple Developer Support,

We are a software company based in Türkiye, and our Apple Developer Program membership was terminated on October 16, 2026, under Section 3.2(f), following a Pending Termination Notice issued on September 11.

Our main concern is that Apple has not only terminated our developer membership but has also made the official reinstatement and complaint procedures inaccessible, while substantial proceeds from our applications remain unpaid.

When we sign in to App Store Connect using the Account Holder's Apple Account, we are presented with a nearly blank page showing only "Users and Access." We cannot access our applications, financial information, App Review correspondence, or the "Re-instate a Terminated Developer Program Membership" option.

Additionally, the termination email explicitly directs us to https://developer.apple.com/contact/p2b/ to file an official complaint. However, when we open that link while signed in as the Account Holder, the page displays:

"You're not eligible to make this request."

We are effectively locked out of every designated channel for challenging the termination or requesting reinstatement.

This situation raises serious concerns about procedural fairness and transparency. Apple has terminated our membership, restricted our access to essential account information, and left our outstanding proceeds unresolved, without providing an accessible mechanism to formally challenge these actions.

How are we supposed to exercise our right to request reinstatement or submit a formal complaint when Apple's own systems prevent us from doing so?

We urgently request:

  1. An accessible alternative method to submit our reinstatement petition and formal complaint, or manual restoration of access to the designated procedures.
  2. Written clarification regarding the status and settlement of our outstanding developer proceeds.
  3. A meaningful opportunity to challenge the termination decision through an accessible and transparent review process.

This termination has caused significant financial and operational harm to our business.

If these issues cannot be resolved through Apple's official procedures, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect our company's interests, including the recovery of outstanding payments.

We can provide screenshots demonstrating both access restrictions.

Developer Support Case: 102974109993

We are not requesting special treatment. We are requesting access to the very procedures Apple instructs terminated developers to use.

We would appreciate a substantive response from Apple staff explaining how we can proceed.

Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for your post. It is important to note that account-specific matters fall outside what the forums are able to address. Developer forums are focused on software and accessory development questions. Please understand that we do not review individual account, or membership status questions for privacy reasons.

If you have already opened a case, please reply directly to any emails you’ve received from Developer Support to continue your existing case. If you need to open a new case, please contact us:

Hello Apple Developer Support,

Your response completely misses the point of our post.

We came to this forum precisely because Apple's official support channels have failed us. We cannot access the Developer Support page, reinstatement form, or P2B complaint procedure. App Store Connect only displays "Users and Access."

Since our termination, we have submitted 11 separate support cases:

103017695934, 103016620892, 103013738957, 103012426022, 103012426031, 103011415039, 103011413351, 103008997516, 103008988329, 103008928447, 103008927085.

Every request was acknowledged automatically including your answer in this forum. Not a single one received a substantive response.

Apple has terminated our business account, restricted access to our financial records, and left substantial proceeds unpaid, while simultaneously preventing us from accessing the procedures meant to challenge these actions.

How can Apple seriously expect developers to follow official procedures when Apple itself makes those procedures inaccessible?

We are not asking you to review our termination publicly. We are demanding an accessible communication channel and a proper escalation of this matter.

Please stop sending generic responses and directing us in circles. We need an actual solution, not another link to a system that does not work.

Thank you.
