iOS 9 beta touchscreen unresponsive

Has anyone encountered a lack of responsiveness to the touchscreen?

After successfully downloading and using the iOS 9 beta, I recharged my iPad Mini 2. Upon a full charge, I have since found the iPad to be completely unresponsive to the touch. I cannot swipe to get to the passcode screen and I cannot swipe to power down the device. I also cannot unlock the device to turn off Find My Phone for a restore.

Any solutions, work arounds or other such suggestions?

I have been having the same problem on my iPhone 6 Plus (just submitted bug report). I have put the phone in DFU and restored to 8.4.1 and updated to iOS 9 Beta 5 and set up as new phone. But that didn't fix it.

Wonder what is causing this issue.

I have recieved a new phone (Not refurb) it came straight out of a newly wrapped iPhone box and so far it doesn't have this issue. Fingers crossed

I am also facing the same problem, but this helped to press the Home & Power Button.

Now its working fine.

Hi team..........

This could help you to solve the issue.

here to same touchscreen problem after updated to ios 9 and now updated to 9.1 beta

still no change in my iphone 5 it freezes after first 3 sucessful touches

Which model do you use? I have 5s with 9.0.2 and similar problems. I faced with touchscreen problem immediately after upgrading to 9.0. Both 9.0.1 and 9.0.2 didn't fix the issue. Sometimes touchscreen is unresponsive, I even can't answer on incoming call 🙂 But most of time the screen lives by its own life. I found that screen can touch itself at 4th row, 3rd column, even if I don't touch it at all. I placed there the Calculator app as it doesn't have many hard functions. I tried to reset and restore my phone, but failed. The problem still happens. So, I just wait for 9.1 release

can apple provide previous ios 8 which is worked fine in my iphone 5

now its completely useless
