Hi there, We are seeing weird issue, Testflight invites sent to users go without "View in Testflight" link despite the build is available for testing, user has no way to install App through TestFlight. NOTE: Our other Apps on the same developer account are sending proper TestFlight invite with the link to View redeem code / "View in TestFlight". At present we are stuck inviting users, asked developers to upload new build but without any success.

Hi, Incoming calls were working fine when the app was run from Xcode in both production and debug modes. I added the APS Environment to production, but after releasing it on TestFlight, it's not working, and I am not receiving PushKit notifications.

Like many of you, I installed the 18.2 iOS beta update for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max when it first came out. The Playground app was NOT installed with the update. I do have CleanUP in iPhoto, and I do have the new icon on the right of the Description field when i goto the emojis keyboard. When I click that icon, i get the option to request Early Access. Like many here, when I click that icon, I get the screen showing Early Access Requested. My concern is that the app Playground was not installed as part of my update. Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts other than reinstalling 18.2 ?? I combined a few screenshots to help elaborate.

It's been over a week since I made my order for the Apple developer program. I got a confirmation email saying that it would be processed within 2 business days but nothing happened. I wrote an email to Apple support 3 days ago, and that went unanswered too. I'm not sure what else I can do. Can someone help?

I have an existing system that fetches reviews for an app from the following URL: https://itunes.apple.com/en/rss/customerreviews/?id=[numeric app ID] The response from this URL gives review IDs in numeric format, for example 11990822406. I'd like to use the new API described here to fetch any review response, but the new API only accepts an opaque review ID, for example 00000037-1653-fg99-8224-821b00000000. Is there any way to map from the numeric review ID to the opaque ID?

Hi there, I have a problem with certificates in developer.apple.com. We are trying to add a device to our current in-house certificate, but the site is saying we don't have any certificates available, even though there is one. On the first page, when clicking certificates, it shows that there is 1 active, but when editing the cert, it says no certificates available. Has anyone come across this problem, if so, how did you get around it?

I tried to apply for the developer account from September to November. But the status is always "Pending". I reached out to Apple support and they said they cannot receive my payment from bank. The bank transaction is "Pending" as well. I asked the bank support and they said they have allowed Apple to collect the $99 USD money. And Apple support said it's the responsibility of the bank to give Apple the money. And the Apple support recommended me to use the Developer app to apply for the Developer Program. But the app requires US driver’s license or state identification card to verify. I'm not a US citizen so I cannot use the Developer app. I'm forced to use the website. I'm so confused and want to know: Isn't it the responsibility of Apple to collect the money authorized by the bank? The status of my last three bank transactions are still "Pending" and the bank said it's the responsibility of Apple to collect the money. They cannot cancel the pending transaction. I feel like a piece of shit being thrown around by terrible customer services. I really want to cry.

Hi, I hope you're doing well. I am adding across this post because I keep getting an error while I go to purchase the apple developer program support. I recently got approval to register on behalf of my organization, but I am not being able to move forward with the payment. Since I am registering from India, it only lets me add UPI or net banking on the App Store as payment methods. I am also unable to change my payment methods in settings, it just says card on file. Need help in purchasing this subscription. Prompts I get Your purchase could not be completed. For assistance, contact iTunes support. It then says purchase failed an unknown error has occurred.

tried two times to change developer account from individual to organisation. after each try, it takes many weeks - status stuck at "Pending". then without any notification, it becomes "Continue Migration" now if I click Continue Migration, it gets stuck at Pending for weeks. The cycle is non stop Called developer hotline, they say they don't entertain phone call, and only allow Request Callback Tried request callback, it says the number is not allowed for Request callback It would be better if the migration is canceled and set back to Individual, but I can't even do that. Does anyone know where or how I can get help at all ?

Hi, Would love your advice. My app has been ready for months, but I've been trying to pay for the Apple Developer enrolment and I'm not having any luck. I'm in Australia and first I tried all my cards- credit cards, mastercards, visas and debit cards. They would seem to process and be marked as pending and would never process. I then tried the Apple App Store and all the same cards could make payments there. I emailed Apple and they said I can use alternative payments on the Apple Developer App. I downloaded the App and then it said that enrolment through the App is not available in my region. I tried on an iphone, ipad and laptop. All the same answer. Now, I'm not getting a response to my emails to the Apple Developer Help desk. It's really difficult because my google app has been functional for months and my customers keep asking me when the Apple version will be available. Have you guys had anything that worked? Any help or suggestion, gratefully received!
