Hello, I am reaching out regarding the suspension of my Apple Developer account and the removal of my app from the App Store. I have already submitted an appeal and provided detailed explanations addressing the concerns raised by the App Store team, but I have not yet received a response. The suspension has caused significant issues for my app’s iOS users, as they are unable to receive updates and enjoy the latest features available to Android users. Many iOS players have expressed their frustration, and this situation is affecting the overall user experience and trust in the platform. I believe the issues raised by Apple might stem from a misunderstanding. I have clarified that my app does not engage in any fraudulent or misleading activities and have submitted updates to resolve potential areas of confusion. Unable to access details page for vehicle crash entitlement (SafetyKit)
Hi, I am part of a team working to incorporate vehicle crash detection using SafetyKit. However, I am unable to know more details about this entitlement since the details page (https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/vehicular-crash-events/) is showing an unauthorised message as shown in the image below. All the latest licenses have been reviewed and agreed to. Please let me know what can be done to access this link and know the details of this entitlement.

No Respond on Apple Developer Program Request
Hello, I have been trying to enroll in Apple Developer Program. I have sent request multiple times for the last few months and never recieved the answer, even though email notification I recieved and the website says that my request should be processed within 2 days. I have also contacted support 2 days ago but have not recieved any answers. Could someone advise me on appropriate steps so I can resolve this issue? Thank you so much.

IOS 18 is blocking GPS connectivity for Waze/Google Maps…
On IOS 18, starting October this year, the location is not syncing in real time.You might drive for several kilometers and the location displayed on Waze will remain on the same position.This might put in position to miss the exit on the highway and have to drive another 40/50 km, lose time and energy, to get back in the original track. Reinstall the application twice is not correcting the behavior, as well as changing the device, the same issue is present on iPhone 16. Waze support team shared the following: ”Hey there! We'd like to apologize for any hassle that this has caused you. This article: https://tinyurl.com/3fu88jwj might help solve your issue. If you still need help, please open a support ticket by copying and pasting this link: https://tinyurl.com/mrx77ukz in a web browser, and someone from the team will get back to you soon." Based on the above facts, this is clearly an IOS 18 issue, that needs to be prioritized.

developer account renewal was repeatedly charged twice and account has been disabled
Hello, my Apple developer account renewal was repeatedly charged twice, and I received successful renewal emails on both occasions, October 17th and December 2nd. The fees were also deducted from my credit card. I sent an email to apple support did not receive a response. Moreover, on December 10th, my developer account was suspended, and the email stated that the renewal failed. May I ask what is the reason for this? Can the account be restored, and can the overcharged fees be refunded? thank you

Enrollment in review
Hello, My Enrollment is pending since last 2 weeks, i have received an email for verification and after submitting the form, it gave verification unsuccessful and will contact back in 2 business days.. it's been 2 weeks but still not response. This process doesn't have any status badge of where it got stuck and why it is taking time. We are much waiting to be enrolled in to lauch our Apps on Apps Store. The problem now is that I can't switch between the organization's account and my personal account. On App Store Connect and Appel Developer. How to solve this problem?! Please.

Hello, I am an iOS and Android mobile application developer. However, I have a major issue on the iOS side, and Apple has not resolved this problem for years. My app is an internal company application, so I cannot publish it publicly. This is where the real issue begins. When I distribute the app to my users via an invitation code, any updates I release take a week or even months to appear on their devices. Users have to uninstall the app, go back to the "Purchased Apps" section in the App Store, and reinstall it. Since the app is private, it doesn’t appear in the regular App Store listings. How can I explain this complicated process to my staff, some of whom have limited technical knowledge? Why doesn’t the update button appear, forcing users to navigate to the "Purchased Apps" section for updates? The app doesn’t need to be visible to the general public, but at least let the update button appear when users find the app in the "Purchased Apps" section. I am currently forced to use TestFlight. However, there is another issue: the approval process for TestFlight takes about four days, which is three times longer than the publishing approval process. I am seriously frustrated by this poor user experience. I’ve become disillusioned with Mac and iPhone because of these problems.
