Developer Technical Support Incidents If I conclude a 2-Pack contract by mistake, is it possible to switch it to developer membership renewal?

I have a Sole Proprietorship based in Germany and I registered as a company. Apple now wants me to fill out W8BEN-E US Tax form. I researched a little and found out that Sole Proprietorship are supposed to fill out the form W8BEN for individuals. Does anyone know what to do in this case ? I have tried to contact apple finance team but that was 10 days ago... Is it possible to fill out the W8BEN-E as a SP ? I don't even know what I should select under "Type of Beneficial Owner".

Hello, Every time I try to enroll to the developer program I get the same error "We are unable to process your request" and also "An unknown error occurred"

Hello, my Apple Developer Program had expired 20 days ago, but i cant renew in any way (auto-renew dont work, i dont have "renew button" on web, dont have it in iOS and macOS developer apps, so i cant renew it. Has anyone encountered this problem? How can i solve it and renew my membership?

I'm trying to enroll in the apple developer program, but when I do it in the website it don't work and the apple support told me to do it via the apple developer App. When I do it via the App I receive a message after trying to submit my document saying: "Unable to Verify Your information could not be verified with the provided details" I'm sure the image is good and I've tried using both my ID and Driver License. Any Idea?

Does apple request as mandatory to have a published website? In our case we'll only have mobile app channel, and we have our corporate domain but not publised website. They are requesting as mandatory a published website. Is this a new mandatory thing?

I have recently moved to apply and wanted to compile my project in C/C++. I am using visual studio code to compile and due to external libraries dependencies, I have some ld flags which is giving me error with Apple clang and gcc. The error is as follows "ld: unknown options: -Map=xx.map". The command used in cmake is "set(LINKER_FLAGS "-Wl,-Map=***.map")". Although I think it will give error with other flags as well

I have registered for an apple developer account yesterday and was charged at the same time. However, a day has passed they are still prompting me to complete my enrollment when I have ALREADY PAID. What's troubling is when I viewed my order it says that it was CANCELLED but my card has already been DEBITED 100$. I already emailed support but I have yet to hear from them.

Would anyone know the average wait time to confirm identity? I'm trying to pass over the account holder from someone that is no longer at my company and we have no way of pulling them off(we were able to get them to start the account holder transfer but are not receiving anymore replies). I'm currently waiting over two weeks to be able to take the account holder but I cant even get a reply from apple support via emails.

If I am a member of the Apple Developer Program, can I participate in the in-person Apple Vision Pro Developer Lab under "Meet With Apple Experts " regardless of my age or app release history? I am currently a high school student and have a little experience with visionOS development. I also have knowledge of iOS development and have worked on several apps. I am not currently in the Apple Developer Program yet, but would like to be if possible.

Hey everyone, This is my first experience with the Apple developer program and, I must say, after over 10 years only buying products in the Apple ecosystem, this is by far the less Apple-like experience I have ever had. Apple Dev support is completely unresponsive, I have been waiting for an answer on my ticket for over a month, the organization they require me to use to publish an app as a company (Dun&bradstreet) has a very buggy website, no type of support and keeps declining my request for a DUNS number without specifying what was wrong in the application. Is there anyone who had a similar experience and can give me any tips? Not being a developer myself, I need to give access to this account to my technical resources, and at the moment the only way to do that is by providing the password to my personal Apple ID. I have tried contacting support to move the membership on another ID, but they won't answer and even if I try to buy the membership again on the other ID, it won't let me.

I am trying to create a developer account for my organization. I have validated our DUNS number and Entity Name on https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/. However, when I try to add this number to create a developer account, I get a pop-up suggesting a mismatch in the entity and DUNS number. I have tried this several times without any success. Hello, We are trying to enroll into the developers program since 5th of January. While we got proceed the verification, we had the last step which is to pay the annual fee. We tried twice and while we received a success email the subscription never completed. We tried to communicate with the support and they changed the enrollment from web to mobile. Then for some reason the application was not able to send the ID, the driving license due to a connection error (as it reported). We tried many times and still nothing. We have sent multiple emails for our issue and still we don't have answer by the apple support. Also, in one email response they. gave us instruction to fill a phone call form but this form does not exist as they mention. Any idea how can we proceed this as we have a deadline on submitting the app we are building for review?

I am unable to attach the Intents extension. it is showing 'waiting for attach' for a prolonged period.

I am a Apple Developer member signed into my developer Apple ID on my Vision Pro and I‘m unable to access Beta Updates in Settings -> General -> Software Update. The option doesn’t even show up. I’ve tried restarting a few times and signing out and back in on my Vision Pro. I’ve been able to successfully deploy builds from Xcode to my Vision Pro. I’m also able to access Beta Updates from my other Apple devices on the same Apple ID. I’ve also noticed that my Apple ID avatar isn’t syncing—it shows the default initials in visionOS Settings and updating it there does not seem to sync across devices. Anyone have any ideas how I might fix this?

Then, after 2 business day, I wasn't informed, and my account is still pending. Tried to send letter to Apple Developer Support but still no response. Also, my money from card didn't spend, so maybe should I try to pay again? I still have window To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. What's the best solution for this, because we have deadline for our client to application, but still can't event register a developer acccount.
