New apple dev enrollment
I signed up for the Apple Developer Program 15 days ago, but I haven’t received any updates on my enrollment. A few days ago, I attempted to sign up again and contacted support three days ago, but I still haven’t received a response. I initially enrolled via the web, but I’m unable to re-enroll through the Apple Developer app with this email. To troubleshoot, I created a new Apple ID, and from that new account, I can proceed with enrollment via the app. My question is, should I attempt to enroll with my new Apple ID? And if so, would I be at risk of being charged twice if my original account is eventually approved, resulting in two active subscriptions?

I can't cancel test subscription
When I try to cancel it I get "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again". I have since created a new test user from "Users and access", set the renewal for subscriptions to be at 5min. Added the new test user on my iPad where I am developing locally as a sandbox account, and then purchased the same subscription. And same problem happened - I can't cancel it from Apple ID -> Subscriptions. Getting the very same error. Also the subscription there seems to renew on a daily base and not on every 5 minute as I have set it. If I try "Clear purchase history" from the "Users and Access" from AppStore connect - nothing happens, I still see the subscription and I can't purchase it again. Please advise how to proceed in this situation. This happens on iOS 15.5 if it does matter and I am using StoreKit2. Regards, Al

ios 18.1 issue "you must accept icloud
I have a problem, which oncerns Photos but maybe all the iCloud+ services here with me. Two days ago (after the sixth developer beta of ios 18.1) everything worked, then in an Apple Store center I bought and configured an Apple Watch (which I don't think has much to do with it, or maybe it does) and suddenly both on the iPhone and on the iPad this "you must accept the new iCloud Terms and Conditions" problem popped up, which instead, fortunately, is not on the Mac. I tried changing account "icloud" in Mail, but I get no mail and this message: "Impossible to receive mail. Connection with the server not reached... Server code "AUTHENTICATIONFAILED", server message "Invalid credentials". In fact, sometimes certain parts of Preferences (all about iCloud) give the error "Server not responding" or "incorrect password", but it is correct. Improper errors. I tried to log out of iCloud but it keeps saying that "incorrect account or password" and it doesn't turn off "Find my"... A great problem... But where is this "Terms and consitions" file? By the way, I think I've already accepted it on the Mac and other devices. I've tried everything... Also in iPad it is not possible to activate iMessage: "account or password wrong", trey again... Yesterday I updated to the developer beta 7 of iOS 18.1 but nothing has changed.

Unable to save App ID capabilities in Apple Developer portal
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue in the Apple Developer portal when trying to manage my App ID capabilities. Whenever I try to enable or disable a capability and click Save, the page shows the loading spinner but then nothing is saved. App ID: com.kangarli.lucary Team ID: (my Apple Developer account’s Team ID) Tested on different browsers (Safari, Chrome), cleared cache and cookies The issue affects all capabilities, not just Associated Domains Other sections of the Developer portal work normally Is this a known issue with the Developer portal, or is there any workaround? Thanks in advance.

Org Developer Account Stuck in "Your enrollment is being processed"
I applied for an Apple Developer Organization account more than two weeks ago, but I have not received any further information regarding the registration process. Apple previously requested some supporting documents, which I submitted as instructed. I have also followed up, but have yet to receive a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?

“Too many verification codes sent” error – 2FA SMS never arrives on standard login
Hello everyone, I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see: too many verification codes sent At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited 10–15 minutes and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS. I’ve double-checked that: My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings. My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages. I can log in successfully via other Apple services (e.g. iCloud.com) and receive codes there without issue. Steps to reproduce: Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.” Enter Apple ID and password. Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.” No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help. Expected behavior: Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number. After entering it, I can complete the login flow. Actual behavior: I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly. I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying. Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Unable to Complete Payment for Apple Developer Program
I have been trying to complete my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep encountering issues with the payment process. I’ve attempted the payment multiple times using the Apple Developer app and have tried several bank cards. These cards are valid and have been successfully used for other online and international purchases, but the payment for the program is not being processed, and no amount is deducted. I received a response from Developer Support suggesting I reenroll using the app, but despite following this advice, I am still unable to complete the process. As a startup online institute, this delay is affecting our teachers and students, and we urgently need this resolved. Has anyone else faced this issue, and are there any specific steps or alternative solutions that worked for you? Any guidance from the community or Apple representatives would be greatly appreciated. after installing ios 18.2 beta update, my phone overheated like hell and doesnot sustain battery
Couple of days ago I installed ios 18.2 beta update and now my iphone 15 pro drains battery and overheats like hell. It is difficult to touch. and as i plug out my charger, the battery drains very fast (30% to O% in 10 minutes with no literally no use) To note, my battery health is 100% with around 176 battery cycles and i always use original apple 20W charger and cable. I have even changed the charger to a new original apple 20W charger and the issue persists. I have reset it but still the same happens. so it is lying dead for 2 days because i cannot charge it because of extreme heating. I got it checked at apple authorised service center as mentioned on apple website, they said they would reinstall the software in warranty. today they said they said the issue persists after sofware reinstallation and saying it is hardware thing. What should i do??

Issue with Activation of My Apple Developer Membership
Subject: Issue with Activation of My Apple Developer Membership Dear Apple Support Team, Yesterday, I purchased an Apple Developer Program membership for one year at the price of $99. The payment has been successfully confirmed from my account. However, I have been waiting for almost 15 hours for my account to be activated. Currently, the status in my account still shows as "PENDING" in red. Additionally, I see the following message: "Complete your membership purchase. To continue your enrollment, complete the purchase now. It may take up to 48 hours to process your purchase." Could you please confirm if I need to complete the purchase again, or if there is just a delay? I would prefer not to pay a second time, as the first payment has already been processed. I successfully completed the payment for the Apple Developer Program enrollment, but my account still hasn't been activated. It's been nearly two weeks, and I'm still waiting for confirmation. Could you please look into this?
My name is Batsaikhan Uugantsetseg, and I recently paid $99 for Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, I have not yet been approved. After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead. Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. However, I still haven’t received any further updates, and my enrollment is pending. This delay is becoming critical.

Can't access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles
I have Apple Account in that my clients give me App store admin access. still i can't access the Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles its show me Access Unavailable This resource is only for developers enrolled in a developer program or members of an organization’s team in a developer program. But my client already enrol or they give me access of admin level. can you please tell how can i got access of that ?

Image playground waitlist
So the reason half of us can’t access image playground is because we don’t have the full download of apple intelligence (i think ) so you might have downgrade and then update to see if that’s the reason.. to also check to see if I’m right or wrong check you settings go to iphone storage scroll all the way down click iOS at if it not 15gb or higher you might need to downgrade….. let me know if this helped anyone

Issues updating W-9 and bank
After my account was converted to an organizational account, I tried to submit a new W-9, but I get an error: "The Type of Beneficial Owner does not match the individual or company status you previously provided." I had selected "Individual/Sole proprietor", based on my understanding that this is what should be selected on the W-9 for a single-member LLC. My initial guess as to what's causing the error, is my single-member LLC may have been miscategorized in the migration to an organization account so the intended option doesn't work. As per the official W-9 instructions, a single-member LLC should be categorized as an "Individual/sole proprietor or single-member LLC" on the form for tax purposes, but when I select "Individual/Sole Proprietor" on the "Type of Beneficiary Owner" dropdown on the App Store Connect front-end form for the W-9, which I assume corresponds with the aforementioned option on the true W-9 form that includes "single-member LLC", I get the aforementioned error. I was alternatively informed by Developer Support that the above error may be occurring because I haven't signed the latest Apple Program License Agreement, which I haven't been able to access, which they claimed is because I hadn't provided banking information for my account. So I added my business bank account but a week later the top of the Business section still says "Your banking updates are processing, and you should see the changes in 24 hours. You won't be able to make any additional updates until then." I contacted Apple Developer Support about all of the above and am still waiting for a response. While I wait, I'd like to ask here whether anyone has any ideas as to why the W-9 error is occuring or how long banking changes actually take to process, in case either of these is something I can resolve in the meantime.

Silent Push notifications - frequency permitted
Dear Apple support team, I have some questions for you about this topic: I'm designing an app that need to send a notification like a classic clock alarm timer to the user, let's say each and every 25 minutes of cellphone usage, ofc only if the device is being used. The thing is that when my app is put to background, then Apple will shut it down after 30-60secs. I was thinking to send a silent push notification to my app just so I can wake it up for an instant just so it can shoot a local notification, and then keep in the background totally inactive. That means I'll have to send to my app around 3 silent push notifications x hour. Do you think it is a problem for you? or it's ok to do that? Join WWDC in Apple Park
Thank you very much for choosing me to go to Apple Park to participate in WWDC. I am looking forward to participating in this event. May I ask you some questions? I am a young Apple Developer Program from China. And I am the winner of the Swift Student Challenge in 2024. I am over 13 years old. I used my own Developer account, not my parents', to apply for WWDC activities and all the events I carry out. Since I am under 18 years old, my parents may need to sign the Special Event Parental Permission Statement. Where can I find it? My parents will sign it. At the same time, I noticed that the bottom of the RSVP form requires me to guarantee that I am at least 18 years old, but I am not. And I used my own account to apply for WWDC, so I want to know how to meet this need? I need a non-immigrant visa to go to the United States. So, I need to prove to the visa officer that I have received an invitation from Apple. Could Apple send me a formal invitation letter to prove that I have received an invitation from Apple? At the same time, as a teenager, I need to go to the United States with my mother, so can you mention the information of my guardian (my mother) in the invitation letter? Ps: I am very independent. I am well aware that the number of people in WWDC is limited. My mother will not enter the venue unless otherwise required.
