Hello Apple Developer Support / Community,
I’m reaching out for help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment.
It’s been 12 days since I submitted all the required documents (photo ID, business verification, and company registration documents. I also replied to the email as instructed.
Seven days ago, I received a response from a Senior Advisor saying the case was being reviewed and that I’d receive a reply soon—but nothing since then. The status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed."
This delay is now affecting my business operations and launch timelines.
I’ve done everything required—uploaded all documents, responded to support emails—but no progress or updates.
Has anyone experienced similar delays? Is there any way to escalate this?
Thank you in advance for any advice or assistance.
Best regards,
Gustave

I am reaching out regarding an issue with renewing my Apple Developer membership. For the past two days, I have been in contact with support but am still unable to view the renewal options under my Apple Developer account. Additionally, I am not seeing an option to initiate a call when selecting "Program Purchase and Renewal" as the category for support assistance.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Access to the renewal option is critical for maintaining our development processes, and I would appreciate any guidance or escalation that might expedite a resolution.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I am writing to formally escalate my ongoing and unresolved issues with registering a company developer account from Bulgaria.
This process, which should be straightforward, has now extended into its 3rd month with no progress, despite my repeated attempts to follow every requirement diligently.
Issues Encountered:
Web Payment Failure - The system fails to charge my Wise card with no explanation or alternative resolution.
Apple Developer App Verification Failure: My ID card is consistently rejected, despite submitting high-quality images that meet every listed requirement. I strongly suspect that your verification service does not properly recognize Bulgarian ID cards.
EuroDev Support Response: My experience with eurodev[at]apple.com has been nothing short of disappointing. After resetting my enrollment process, they ceased communication entirely. Prior to that, responses were vague, unhelpful, and did not address my concerns meaningfully.
Given the inefficiency and lack of response from the EuroDev team, I am requesting immediate escalation of my case to someone who can provide a concrete resolution.
For comparison, my enrollment in Microsoft’s Developer Program was completed within one week, and their support team responded within a single business day. The level of friction in Apple’s process is simply unacceptable for a company of this scale, not to mention what Apple's vision is missing and what they stand for.
Looking forward to a prompt and competent response.

A year ago, I had an app published on Apple Developer, but I didn’t renew the subscription. Months later, when I tried to subscribe again, I started getting an error when trying to purchase the Apple Developer subscription.
I've already tried different cards, and the error continues to appear. I'm really exhausted at this point. I’ve been speaking with support through chat and phone calls for almost three months, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
I keep being told to wait 24 hours, then 72 hours, but the error is still there. I’ve contacted both Apple Support and Apple Developer Support, and neither team has been able to help.
I’ve been trying to pay a $100 subscription for three months, and I still can’t complete the purchase. I honestly don’t understand how a company like Apple can provide such a poor experience for something as simple as paying for a subscription.

Hi everyone,
I completed my Apple Developer registration on November 8, 2025, and paid the fee. Afterwards, I was charged another €99, so I basically paid twice. But nothing has changed on my account so far — it doesn’t even show as “pending” or “waiting” anymore. I also can’t reach Apple Support, since I’m unable to get a call or send an email.
Has anyone else experienced something like this or knows what I can do?

Hi, I paid for the developer program membership more than 2 days ago. Nothing is happening, though. I wrote to support twice, but nothing as well. What's going on? I read few posts here and it seems like a normal thing.
I tried many times, I tried at least 7 cards. But I couldn't manage to pay. Please help me, apple support did not get back to all 4 of my tickets.
•••**** We could not receive confirmation for the payment you wanted to make with your card. Please review your information and try again or try another payment method.

Hello everyone,
I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see:
too many verification codes sent
At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited 10–15 minutes and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS.
I’ve double-checked that:
My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings.
My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages.
I can log in successfully via other Apple services (e.g. iCloud.com) and receive codes there without issue.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.”
Enter Apple ID and password.
Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.”
No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help.
Expected behavior:
Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number.
After entering it, I can complete the login flow.
Actual behavior:
I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly.
I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying.
Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
Hi everyone,
I’m posting this to ask for advice and see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program subscription.
On July 9th, 2025, I registered for the Apple Developer Program via the Apple Developer app on my iPhone using my main iCloud account (Apple ID). The expected annual fee was 2,299,000 VND (~$99).
However, I just checked my billing history and saw that I was charged twice for the same subscription, both under the same Apple ID / iCloud account, on the same day.
Key Details:
I only enrolled once.
Both charges are labeled “Apple Developer Program”, exactly the same amount (2,299,000 ₫).
The payments were made through the App Store, not via the website.
My account on developer.apple.com/account still shows “Enroll Now” — meaning I haven't been activated yet.
I have not received any welcome email either.
My questions:
Is it possible to request a refund for one of the charges, since both payments came from the same iCloud account and clearly refer to the same subscription?
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
How long did it take Apple to respond?
Was your refund request approved?
Should I wait for Apple to activate my account, or should I escalate the issue now?
I’ve already submitted a refund request through https://reportaproblem.apple.com, but I’m posting here in case someone has more experience or insights.
Thanks in advance!

Apple Developer Program
Hi everyone,
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid for the membership through the Apple Developer app on my iPhone on January 20, 2025. The membership fee was successfully charged to my debit card.
However, I never received any confirmation email, invoice, or receipt for the payment, and the subscription does NOT appear under my Apple ID subscriptions.
As of today, my developer account is still not active, and I’m seeing inconsistent information across platforms:
In the Apple Developer app, I now see a message saying that I can’t enroll with this account, even though the payment was charged.
On the developer.apple.com website, it says that I still need to purchase the membership.
I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support via email, but I haven’t received any response yet.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue where:
The membership fee was charged,
No confirmation or receipt email was received,
The subscription does not appear in the Apple ID,
And the developer account remains inactive?
Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Does WeatherKit provide any AQI(Air Quality index) information?
Thank you.
Hello Apple Developer Program,
Every year this banner shows up, I would follow the link and update my card. It's never expired!
My Apple account is able to charge my monthly iClould+ just fine. How come, it can't charge my apple developer account?
I purchased the "Apple Developer Program - Membership for one year" since a week ago, and my status is still pending.
I haven't received any update since the purchase... What should I do? Who can I contact?
Hi Apple Developer Support / Community,
My Apple Developer Program enrollment is stuck due to identity verification.
Country/region: Australia (I’m currently in Australia)
Passport: non-local passport (Japanese)
The Apple Developer app rejects non-local passport uploads automatically, so Apple Support instructed me to upload documents via a special upload link.
Phone support confirmed the documents were received, but there has been no progress for over 2 weeks.
I also submitted the Apple Developer Program Support contact form, but have not received any reply.
Case ID: 102795934998
I understand the community can’t access my account details. I’m posting to ask:
Is there any way to get this routed to the Identity Verification / Enrollment Operations queue?
What exact next step should I request from support to unblock enrollment?
Has anyone experienced a similar “special upload link” process and long delays?
I need this resolved to publish my iOS app. Any guidance or escalation path would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello, my name is Kanazawa Kenta, and I am a university student currently conducting research and development using visionOS.
In my project, I would like to access the main camera using the Enterprise APIs for visionOS. However, when I try to request permission or view the documentation, I receive the following message:
"Your account can’t access this page.
There may be certain requirements to view this content.
You must be the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program for Organizations or an Apple Developer Enterprise Program to view this page."
I am currently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual.
My question is:
Is it possible to use the Enterprise APIs with an individual developer account?
If not, what are the available options for students or researchers who wish to use these APIs for academic purposes?
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how I can gain access, or alternative ways to use the main camera for research in visionOS.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Kanazawa Kenta
Every time I try to renew my Apple Developer account, I get a message like "This item is not available in your country or region." (I'm in the United States)
I reached out to Apple Developer support via email (because Apple Developer does not offer phone options anymore for any support topics on the website), and they gave me the following response.
"We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs."
This is ridiculous! I have multiple apps on the App Store and in TestFlight. I use my Apple Developer account to make a living- how is this even allowed? I have never done anything to violate any terms or agreements.
Has anyone else been through this issue and how did they get it resolved?
I'm trying to update to BETA 2 but my mac mini does not see the update and keeps telling me that my machine is up to date.
How do I get the latest BETA 2?
We are currently developing a research-based iOS application that relies heavily on background capabilities, specifically Significant Location Change.
We are using CLLocationManager.startMonitoringSignificantLocationChanges().
During development, when using Debug → Simulate Location in Xcode, we receive a location update only once. Subsequent simulated location changes do not trigger additional callbacks, which makes testing and development quite cumbersome.
Are there any tools, commands, or workflows (e.g., via Xcode, Instruments, or system-level simulation) to reliably simulate multiple significant location change callbacks for testing purposes?
If there aren't such tools, how do I test this behaviour reliably, robustly and rigidly?
