Apple enrollment error: Your enrollment could not be completed.
Hello When I tried to enroll for Apple developer program, I got message like Your enrollment could not be completed. "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." And i am not able to proceed payment page anymore . Apple consultant also don’t know main problem that bother me. Is anybody solve this problem??? Is waiting most proper answer?? Thanks

Apple not responding about upgrading to Organization account
Hi all, I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response. Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries? Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.

Enrollment stuck after identity verification via special upload link (non-local passport) — Case ID 102795934998
Hi Apple Developer Support / Community, My Apple Developer Program enrollment is stuck due to identity verification. Country/region: Australia (I’m currently in Australia) Passport: non-local passport (Japanese) The Apple Developer app rejects non-local passport uploads automatically, so Apple Support instructed me to upload documents via a special upload link. Phone support confirmed the documents were received, but there has been no progress for over 2 weeks. I also submitted the Apple Developer Program Support contact form, but have not received any reply. Case ID: 102795934998 I understand the community can’t access my account details. I’m posting to ask: Is there any way to get this routed to the Identity Verification / Enrollment Operations queue? What exact next step should I request from support to unblock enrollment? Has anyone experienced a similar “special upload link” process and long delays? I need this resolved to publish my iOS app. Any guidance or escalation path would be appreciated. Thank you.

Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on the evening of December 26, 2025, and the membership fee has already been successfully charged to my bank account. However, my account is still showing a “Pending” status with the message “Subscribe your membership.” At this point, some time has passed and I haven’t received a confirmation email or any follow-up requesting additional information.

Paid for Apple Developer Program but enrollment is stuck and system asks me to enroll again
Hello, I need help with an issue regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed the payment for the annual membership and received the official invoice from Apple. My card was charged successfully, and I have all the payment references. However, after the payment was processed: My account remained in Pending status The message “Complete your purchase” kept appearing When attempting the payment again, the system reported that the order was already paid Now the enrollment flow has reset completely, and the system is asking me to start enrollment and pay again, even though the first payment was successful This seems like a synchronization issue where the payment was recorded in the Apple Online Store system, but not linked to my Developer enrollment. I do not want to be charged again, since the first transaction was already completed. Could someone from Apple please help link the payment to my Apple ID or advise how to activate my membership? Right now my account cannot proceed with enrollment and I cannot access App Store Connect.

Unable to Enroll in Developer Program
I've tried to enroll in the developer program 8 days ago. I've submitted contact forms for email response. I've called customer support and they've told me there is no way to actually talk to Developer support outside of filing for a contact us form via the contact us option here in Apple Developer. Today I went to check the status and all of the recent issues I've had are gone. I paid for the membership to Apple Developer program. I have not been emailed or called or contacted in anyway and I still have the option to enroll in the Apple developer program but why would I continue over and over again and throw money away after it? I have my app built and ready for Weatherkit integration and testing but I can't access the resources due to not being enrolled in an active developer program. I literally do not know anywhere else to go for help. What am I supposed to do from here?

my developer enrollement is not completed. contact support doest not help
when i start to enroll apple developer account for organisation it could not be completed and in the end saying contact support. but when i mailed to them there is no support or reply from apple customer support. and there is no specification what problem i have from stopping me to complete apple developer account enrollement.

Apple took my money ?
There does not seem to be a good area of this forum to post this, so i just post it. I joined the developer program, i made a payment of 99 US dollars, the money was sent from my bank account to Apple.Com, it said on my developers account that it could take up to 48 hours to get things registered and i would be all set to go with the developers account after that. Well, the money is still gone, and 1-2 hours after i made the payment my account now asks me to Join the program, just like before i joined and made the payment. This was two days ago so i sent a message to apple about this, still no answer from them so i dont feel very happy about this, no way in h*** i am going to make a new payment to try to join again when i already did join and did not ever got my money back. Anyone had any similar issues or know what i should do next ?

Enrollment Failure
Hello, I’m hoping someone from the community can give me some guidance. I submitted payment for my Developer Program enrollment on May 19. I began following up with support on May 21 and stayed in contact until May 27, during which I received messages saying the order was under review and that I should not retry the payment until the review was complete. Since then, I haven’t received any updates, despite repeated follow-ups. I’ve asked about the status, whether the payment failed, and whether any corrections are needed, but I haven’t received any reply. At this point, I’m not sure: If anyone else has faced this kind of delay or silence? Whether I should just retry the payment? If the problem could be caused by using a company credit card under a different name than mine? Whether I will be contacted even if the order is canceled? The lack of communication is really blocking my work. I’d appreciate any advice from others who’ve gone through this or guidance from someone at Apple who can escalate the case. Thanks in advance.

Cant login apple account
Hello, I am an Apple Developer and I have been unable to access my Apple ID for more than a week because of a verification code issue. Every time I try to sign in to my Apple ID or manage my banking information, I see this error message: “Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last verification code you received or try again later.” The problem is that I am not receiving any SMS verification codes at all, so I cannot enter any “last code”, and I cannot complete the sign-in process. I have already tried the following: Waited more than 24 hours without requesting new codes, several times. Tried signing in from different devices and networks. Confirmed that my phone number is active and can receive other SMS messages from different services. The issue persists and I am effectively locked out of my Apple ID. This is a critical problem for me because it directly affects my Apple Developer work: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect. I cannot add or edit my banking information. I cannot upload my app or submit it for review. I also do not have another phone number that I can add as a trusted phone number, so I cannot simply switch to a different number. I kindly ask for a concrete technical solution or manual intervention for my Apple ID, not just “wait 24 hours and try again”, because I have already done that multiple times and the error is still there. Could you please: check if there is a block or rate limit on verification codes for my account, and help reset it or provide another way to verify my identity and restore access to my Apple ID, or assist me with updating my trusted phone number after verifying my identity? This issue is blocking my ability to continue development and release of my app on the App Store, so I would really appreciate any escalation to the appropriate technical team. Big problem on account!
Hello! im having a big problem right now, time ago I work on a project as a developer, now I need to start publishing again apps for me as independent, but as I see my account is linked to them an I cannot get rid of them, how can I do it, im struggling a lot.

enrollment process stuck!!!!
Hey, I'm already waiting for enrollment approval for more then 2 months. apple not communicate with me and not answer to my emails. I attache everything that was needed but they just disappear. is there a way to call them or something?

Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment

Apple Development Program order request not processed even after 576 hours
It has been 576 hours since I got email that purchase will be completed in next 48 hours (Aug 19th).I tried it again on Aug 30th and Sept 4th but still no other resposne than those same emails.No charge on my bank account, nothing. I even sent support message and still no answer.What is happening Apple?
