Making app (and product page) available in a language different than terriority /country main language.

Hello, For an app, we are trying to target French-speaking people. We would make the app available in non-French speaking countries and set French as the primary language. Is this okay in terms of guidelines? Thanks!

Does each build in TestFlight has its own 90 day period?

Hey everyone! It is not clear for me in TestFlight, if a build gets accepted for the 90 days of testing, is there a new 90 day period every time you add a new build? So, does a new build resets the 90 days? Thanks!
