“apple pencil battery life”

Mine hangs at Apple logo as well. I just left it, after about an hour and half it came to life. Also having battery issues.

Let me rephrase:This same thing has happened with every beta.And the concerns are unfounded as Apple fixes the battery life problem before the GM.

My battery life has improved a lot compared to the first couple of day’s when the OS was doing all the background processing, and I’m guilty of playing around and changing things a lot more than I usually would like many other I’m sure.I don't think we’ll see Apple getting the battery life under control for a few more beta’s yet,their priorities have to be stability just now.

I have similar issues. My Pencil hasn't worked with all three iOS 11 Betas (but worked fine before that).When I connect the Pencil directly to the Lightning port, it shows up as connected but with 0% battery; when I remove it, it just disconnects. I've tried fully charging the Pencil via a Lightning cable, unpairing and re-pairing it, rebooting the iPad and doing a full reset of the iPad, and the behavior is the same.

Hello, After update 4.1 of my Apple Watch 3 LTE my battery life is only 1 day instead of 3 days.

Hi. I can relate to that but on an iPhone. I’ve noticed my phone wasn’t lasting as long and the battery life was below normal on my regular days use. So I went into to my settings and “battery” option and it said something about my iPhone using more battery life since updating iOS. Is this maybe only me that has this problem?

Terrible battery life for my phone too! My iphone SE (new version) just lost 30% battery doing nothing last night, while my old iphone 6 without the update lost 1%. Apple! Hurry up to fix this!

Before blaming iOS 9, go to the Apple Support battery repair page and have your 5S tested. It may just be a coincidence. My 5S's battery turned out to be at end of life and couldn't hold a charge anymore. Same issue with watch8 (LTE). also recognized issues with BT-reConnecting to iPhone (13Pro). as long as phone and watch are connected there is also NO issue with battery-life : -24% in 6,5h (with BT-issue: battery life<11h)
