I have the same problem. I tried to create a manifest.json file and set the scope, but no luck. when my app goes to another page within my app, it's behaving like I left my app. I also had to turn off the popup blocker to get from my login page to the next page. This all worked until I upgraded to iPadOS 13. I tried reporting as a bug, but it has been 2 weeks and they haven't even acknowledged my report. I'm also unable to find documentation on exactly what Safari supports with PWAs.

1. iPadOS 13 supports multiple windows.2. isIdleTimerDisabled works for the 1st UIWindowScene only.3. If the 1st UIWindowScene was moved to the background, there is no way to activate isIdleTimerDisabled for the other UIWindowScenes except the 1st UIWindowScene.I hope Apple will fix this bug asap.
Can somebody explain how to set up different macOS catalyst app version number in Xcode other than iOS & iPadOS app?
I still have the ongoing issue that when I take a screen shot, crop or annotate it under the Screen option not the Full page option and select done and save to photos, the unedited screen shot is saved. This is not a problem in iOS 13.2 Beta 3 when I capture a screenshot, crop it, annotate it and save to photos it saves as the edited screen capture in photos.
It looks like is an iPadOS 13 only bug.Reported it as bug already but I had no answer so far

TouchID on our devices works fine on iOS/iPadOS 13.1.3. Was the fix there … ?Yes.My focus so far has been 13.2 beta because that’s where the fix was developed. I wasn’t entirely sure whether it would catch the 13.1.3 train. However, now that 13.1.3 is out of the station, it seems that the fix is on board (r. 55854875). I noticed this messages since iPadOS 13.2 beta 3, though they may have been there before. They are not limited to WKWebView, I also get them (thow fewer) with some other types communications with services, such as using UIActivityViewController or simply switching apps. With WKWebView they are much more frequent than just one per second, but they end eventually (only to restart with the next request). I don't see them when using SceneKit, as ally reported here. Other than cluttering up the console, there does not seem to be any harm. Released iOS 13.1.3 does not seem to be affected.Did somebody figure out where they come from and how to avoid them?

when trying to push my sticker pack to my test device i keep geeting this debug error and the stickers do not show up. It works on the simulator but not on my device itself.
