Reply to Battery drain in ios 14.2
I am having a same battery drain issue but in a very different way.. i have been using ios 14.2 on my iphone 7 as well on my iphone SE first Gen. the Battery Drain on iphone SE is very drastic and every 30 Seconds i loose one percent of the battery ... That means if my battery is 100% and i start using the phone or for that matter its kept upside down on the table for every 30-40 seconds i loose one percent on a average.. and at one point it comes to 1% and stays there.. and then i have been using it for 9 hours... that is some thing that started to happen when i went in for the ios 14.2 upgrade from ios 14.1 and when i start charging the same mechanism happens after every 30 % seconds 1 percent + is battery charged.. that is a real weird update from apple this time.. I have done the Clean wipe. Factory reset all Fresh install. Completely drained the battery to calibrate it but nothing

Reply to GKLocalPlayer.authenticateHandler not called on iOS 26 when Game Center auth overlay is shown
Hello, This sounds like a regression in beta iOS 26. What version of the betas (iOS and Xcode) are you using and has this behavior changed between any other beta versions recently? To fully understand the request flow and configuration it would be helpful to have a sample project. Please provide one if you're able. Something in the documentation of note: GameKit calls the [authenticateHandler] handler, possibly several times, for the following cases ... so we'll need to check each case. All that said, please also file a bug report as this is still in beta.

GameKit Achievements, Leaderboards and Challenges not showing on iOS 26 beta 4 in the Game Center UI (opened from GKAccessPoint)
On an iPad running iPadOS 26 beta 4, when tapping the Game Center Access Point, the overlay doesn’t show the configured achievements, leaderboards or challenges. I should specify this is an in-development app and the achievements and leaderboards are in the “Not Live” state, however they show on other devices running iOS 18 in the Access Point UI. Anyone else having this issue? If so, how should I test achievements and leaderboards while iOS 26 beta is out? The UI looks like this on iPadOS 26:

Can't update to macOS 26 beta 2
I've got the initial WWDC beta of macOS 26 (25A5279m) installed inside a virtual machine (UTM), but can't seem to update to the second beta. Nothing is showing up within Software Update. Is this because it's within a VM, or am I doing something wrong? It'd be a real pain to have to install a new VM afresh with the RestoreImage for every update.

iOS 9.2 beta 3 battery drain, storage usage, general slowness
I noticed a few days ago huge resource drains on my iPhone 6+ 9.2 beta. low storage warnings, huge battery drains (only 10 hours of standby on power saver mode) and general slowness/unresponsive of the phone. I would remove a file (ie. movie) to free up space, which it did, then a few minutes later there is less space. (without downloading anything else). I've shut it down, did resets, even wiped the phone, and restored. With continued behavior, I decided to wipe the phone and start over. When I restored, I removed a lot of apps, made sure I didn't have any movies on the phone. I left with ~40 gigs of space. Within 9 hours with ~20 minutes of screen time I was down to 13% battery and 0 bytes of data. Is this consistant with other experiences? or do I have a virus?

Reply to iOS 9 Beta battery life
I disabled mobile data completely and enabled power saving mode and Wi-Fi and the battery drainage/leaking stopped completely for me. I am testing iOS 9 beta 1 on my iPhone 6. Now it's been in standby mode that way for 1 hour and 14 minutes and have dropped only 1 %. I've already reported it to Apple.Any one else that can try the same thing on their devices?Cheers!
