Reply to iCloud Contacts
No, that didnt solve iit. Was worth a shoot though.Still no contacts from iCloud with beta 3 for me. Seems to be a isolated problem. The machine is syncing everything. be it photo, calendar, iCloud Drive data and so on - but no contacts. Perhaps I find time later for seting up a seccond machine with 10.11 to se if this problem apears there too.

Reply to iOS9-App with English and Arabic language
Thanks pdm. I know that its against the conventional way of handing language in iOS. Its more or like Web behavior. Here is my app overview.App is about country information and provide what's special about that country where user lives. Example: India and Dubai. Where we have content available in backend system in Hindi and English for India and Arabic and English for Dubai.Normal flow of app (In-App language selection):Indian user opens app and selects India as country of residence and Hindi as language. Server will provide all content in Hindi. App will display numbers, date&time, currency etc. in Indian Region/Calendar (country of residence)Dubai user opens app and selects Dubai as country of residence and Arabic as language. Server will provide all content in Arabic. App will display numbers, date&time, currency etc. in Dubai Region/Calendar (country of residence) with RTL writing direction. If you see, app supports English, Hindi and Arabic overall. (lproj bundled but its based on

How to cause iOS 9 to automatically create a calendar event from a reservation email?
The WWDC keynote and iOS 9 preview page https://www.apple.com/ios/ios9-preview/ mention If you get an email with a flight reservation or restaurant confirmation, iOS 9 can create a suggested event in Calendar for you.Haven't found any documentation on whether developers are required to do anything special to their emails, along the lines of how Google requires the schema.org tags https://developers.google.com/gmail/markup/reference/event-reservation , perhaps.I've got several emails in my Inbox in the Mail app that refer to restaurant and flight reservations but I'm not seeing any suggested events in Calendar, even though I've enabled the Events Found in Mail preference at the bottom of Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars.Anyone know any more about how this is supposed to work?

Programmatically add checkbox to cell
Hi,I working with view based tables in MacOS X and was having a little diffculty with adding a checkbox to a cell programmatically. More specifically, centering it in the cell that it is being added. Basic question, but I'm stuck. So, I have a view based table that I'm populating with calendar and reminder data. For rows that are calendar events, I'm populating one of the table cells with an image. For rows that contain a remdiner, I want to populate the same table cell with an NSButton. I've been able to do this, however, the checkbox is stuck with an origin of 0,0 within the cell. I'd like to move it over and up a bit to center it. I've tried changing the orgin after the NSButton is created and that did not work. I've also initialized the NSButton with a rect having the origin I want to have, and that doesn't work. What am I missing? This is what I currently have in my - (NSView *)tableView:(NSTableView *)tableView viewForTableColumn:(NSTableColumn *)tableColumn row:(NSInteger)row method: if

Reply to Programmatically add checkbox to cell
It looks as though you're using the button as the cell view, as opposed to a subview within the cell view. Well, the table view governs the size and position of the cell view. It's always going to make it the size and position of the cell within the grid of rows and columns. That's just how it works. It doesn't matter what frame you assign. For the calendar event / image view branch, you refer to a cellView variable that isn't declared or initialized in the code snippet you provided. It seems clear that it's a container view, though, as it seems to contain an image view. That's the sort of thing you should do for the checkbox case. You should create a container view to serve as the cell view and add the checkbox button to it as a subview. You should consider using auto layout to positiion it within the cell view, but if you're not going to do that, you should probably set the autoresizingMask as appropriate.

Reply to Any major issues in WatchOS 2 Beta 3
Other than ApplePay, I find Beta 3 to be working pretty well.I get notifications for sure. E-mails are not really working but I am getting texts (most of the time) and things like calendar notifications, etc. Not sure about sound from the alarm clock. And battery life is back to normal.
