Apple Developer Program (Individual) enrollment stuck — no response after ID verification
Hi, I’m enrolling as an Individual in the Apple Developer Program and my enrollment is stuck on “Program Enrollment”. Apple Support Case ID: 102825406888. Apple Support asked me to submit my national ID, which I already did, but my account is still not activated and I haven’t received any update (it’s now been several days). Is there any recommended next step to get this escalated to the Developer Program Enrollment team or to confirm the current status (Approved/Pending/Rejected)?

Apple Developer Enrollment Is Stuck on “Pending” despite multiple attempts to contact support.
Issue: I have completed Apple Developer Program three separate times and paid twice: Feb 17, 2026 Feb 20, 2026 Feb 27, 2026 Case IDs: 102826219361 102831748980 I received an Order Acknowledgement email each time stating processing within 2 business days. However: My account still shows “Complete your purchase” My membership has not been activated I have received no follow-up or activation email Multiple support emails received no response. This appears to be a backend enrollment fulfillment failure or a failure on apple supports part, not a payment failure. I need this escalated to the Developer Program Enrollment team for manual review and activation. This is blocking my app development, and frankly the lack of communication is unacceptable for a company like Apple.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Pending for Over 3 Weeks (Identity Verification)
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on February 1, 2026. I completed payment, signed the agreement, and uploaded my government-issued ID after support requested identity verification. I received confirmation that my documents were received, but my membership is still pending. It has now been over three weeks with no activation or clear update. I have contacted support multiple times and even called, but I am still waiting. Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? Is this normal for identity verification in certain regions? Apple Developer Program membership renewal still not updating active after payment
Hi, I hope it's ok to post this here as I'm on a bit of a time-crunch to have this sorted and looking to get this issue resolved. I just renewed my Apple Developer Program membership (annual subscription) and received my order confirmation (Order #W1411330632, placed February 28, 2026) for $1,749.00 MXN. However, my membership status still hasn't updated to active. Is this normal (a waiting period for a renewal). Apple Developer Fee charged but not cleared.
On february 9, I tried to enroll to the developer program, I got charged and received and order number, the next day when I tried to see the status of the enrollment, the order number provided on the email confirming the order was not working, I've tried to get support through email, nothing happens; I've called about 20 times to Apple Support, nothing happens, they said they doesn't have direct communication to the Apple Developer department, I have two weeks plus trying to have an answer on email, and nothing happens, but you know what happened? They completed the charge on my CC.

Unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program – Invalid State/Region value for Kosovo
Hello, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I cannot complete the payment. During the purchase process, I receive the following error: We are unable to complete your order. There was an issue when we processed your order. An invalid value '1549' was provided for State, Province, or Region. My details: Country: Kosovo State/Province/Region: Kosovo Region (selected from the available option) I have verified my information multiple times, but the error appears every time. I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times over the past month.I have not received any response (positive or negative). I need to complete enrollment to publish my apps, and this delay is blocking my work.

Apple Developer Program membership purchased but still being asked to renew — cannot access services
I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program — 1 Year Membership, and the payment has been successfully processed. However, even after the purchase, I am still being prompted to renew my membership and cannot access any of the developer services that should be available with an active membership. It is very frustrating to pay for a membership and then be told to renew it again without being able to use the services I paid for. The membership status does not seem to reflect the completed purchase at all. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Why does Apple charge for a membership and then continue to block access while asking for renewal? I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this, or if an Apple representative could look into my account. Thank you.

Enrollment status stuck
I have paid for the enrollment membership program 7 days ago. Yet I always see the message saying "Complete your purchase to continue the enrollment". Do I have to wait more ? Should I try paying a second time ? Will the end of my membership be extended by that waiting period ? Despite two support requests, I am still left waiting without knowing if I have to do something or not. I feel like this is really unprofessional from a multi-billion dollars company...

Contact Us Page stuck with "Error:"
Navigating to the Contact Us website (https://developer.apple.com/contact/) results in an "Error:" showing at the top of the page. I cannot select options for starting a new issue or accessing recent ones - and sometimes nothing shows up on the page at all (attached screenshot). I've been trying to get in to request an expedited review since Thursday afternoon. I checked the System Status page and there are no reported issues. I am using Microsoft Edge and also logged in via Safari - still wasn't able to access the Contact Us issues.

ERROR in Apple Developer Contact Us form
Hello, We have been trying to contact the Apple Developer Support for some time now regarding a couple of issues. For a couple of months now we are seeing that we are getting an error when we visit https://developer.apple.com/contact and the topics aren't loaded at all. After seeing the network traffic in the developer tools I see that we get a "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)" when making a request to the services/userProfile/ endpoint. The weird part is that the response contains our userProfile just fine. The only thing that I see in the payload that could be an issue is the resultCode that is 0. Has anyone encountered this before or has any idea on what we can do? I don't see an alternative way to contact Apple in order to resolve this issue.

Unable to Continue Enrollment – "Complete the following fields: legalContact, lgEmail"
Hello everyone, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. However, when I click the "Continue" button, I receive the following error message: Complete the following fields: legalContact, lgEmail I have already filled in all the required fields in the form, including company name, address, and website. I have double-checked everything, but the error still appears. Has anyone experienced this issue before? What could be causing this, and how can I fix it? Thank you in advance for your help.

Apple Developer Membership still pending after payment
Hello everyone, I paid for my 1-year developer subscription, but after 48 hours it still seems to be in pending status. Also, the account page seems to think that I have not paid the subscription fee as it claims I need to pay it to continue enrollment. Is anyone else dealing with the same issue? I have purchased enrollment to the Apple developer program to upload apps yet my application has been sitting in pending for a week now. I've seen multiple other threads talking about how they are dealing with the same issue and I am wondering if anybody has found any resolve to this.

Your payment authorisation failed on card
I tried to enroll for the Apple Developer Membership but keep failing at the payment authorization. Used different cards (7 of them) that was setup on my Apple Pay which I have been using them for daily expenses. So no issue on those cards. Anyone experiencing the same issue as me and how did you resolve it?
