Unable to verify Enterprise apps

Hi

For about an hour now I have not been able to verify enterprise apps on iOS.

The console logs: "Failed to verify provisioning profile *** with error 32". I have searched in previous posts and it seems that this happened before, and it is related to Apple verification server ppq.apple.com being down (which it is right now).

Has anyone else noticed this? Is this definitely an issue related to ppq.apple.com?

I have filed a bug but I wanted to post some info about this here in case anyone else has encountered this, and in hopes that it will be noticed by Apple quicker.

Update: as of 16:00 BST 12/07/16 it seems to be working again. However, ppq.apple.com still seems to be down... so it looks like the issues are not related...?

Devices enrolled in XenMobile today show issue when starting some of the WorxApps (which are all signed with our Enterprise Developer Cert via Citrix MDX Toolkit).

I'm not 100% sure if the issue is limted to users who start an MDX app the first time only. We get some service desk tickets from users who enrolled weeks ago.

We escalated to Apple Developer Program Support, but no feedback so far.

Yup, here too. I just changed my geographical location on my iphone and can't switch back to normal. haha

Has anyone issued a ticket to apple for this?

If by issued a ticket you mean reported a bug to Apple, yes I have, but I'm sure it would help if others did as well.


Requests to ppq.apple.com seem to be going between timing out and returning a 404 response at the moment.

The service back to normal here.. can verify my apps.

This is also happening to me here in Argentina 11:17 AM (GMT-3)

Same problem here, going on at least since around 11:00 AM (Germany). Twitter also shows that several people are affected. Annoyingly, the Apple status page says there are no reported problems.

We are working fine now as of 10:05 EST. We are continuing to test.

We are on hold waiting to speak to an Apple Senior Advisor about the issue. The support person we were talking to said they have no issues and did not do anything...hmmm
