Xcode 12.0.1 Download more simulators runtime is empty

After I updated Xcode 12 to Xcode 12.0.1 I can't download simulators anymore. Under Preferences->Components, the list of Simulators is blank. How can I still add an iOS 13 simulator?

I deleted Xcode 12.0.1 and manually downloaded the new version 12.1 from the Apple website. Since then it works again.

It seems to be fixed for me without doing anything. Downloading some simulators before It shows me nothing...

Just had the same experience with Xcode 12.4 I did a reinstall of Xcode last night and still had the same problem.
This morning it works again - difference? darkmode!?
I couldn't see the listing of simulators at night with darkmode on - I will test again this night.

Is anybody else seeing the same pattern?

I had the same problem. I noticed that the computer was without internet. After I connected to the internet the iOS simulator versions appeared (iOS 15, 14, 13...)
