How to get App Store Version of specific app user?

I need to mention that for some reason my App Store Version does not equal CFBundleShortVersionString value or CFBundleVersion.

Can I get App Store Version of the user to do operations with it? AppStore Connect API Docs do not really mention anything like that. If Swift can do that I'd also like to know, albeit I'm using React Native & Expo.
