We want to offer a "1 week free trial" and a 50% off on annual subscription (we have monthly subscriptions as well, that will be on regular price) to new users. Will this be possible? Based on my reading about setting up promotional offers, it seems promotional offers can be presented only to existing or subscription expired users.
