I canceled my submission while the app was waiting for review, but it was stuck in the processing status for hours, and now it is still processing, and the app status is still waiting for review.
And in the meantime, I need to submit my product Ids with the binary, but because of the last rejection, the product IDs are all stuck in the developer action needed status.
How shall I deal with the above situation, and also if there is a phone call service for the developers now, which is really needed when meeting such unusual cases?
