Is there any way to activate Storekit External Purchase Entitlements in Russian region currently?
External Purchase documentation's form link for this specific region is not working. Is there a workaround to register for it?

Following up on this thread. I'm a developer based in Russia building a subscription app (digital service, sold to small businesses). A few questions about the StoreKit External Purchase Link Entitlement (RU):
- Is the request form at developer.apple.com/contact/request/storekit-external-entitlement-ru working now? It returned a 500 error for other developers earlier this year (see https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/823088).
- Is the entitlement available to individual accounts (e.g. a sole proprietor enrolled as an individual), or only to Organization accounts?
- Do I need to show a disclosure sheet before opening the external link in Russia, or can the link open the browser directly?
- How are the monthly reports and the 27% commission invoices handled for a developer in Russia, given that Russian cards can't be used for payments to Apple?
Any pointers to the current documentation or an Apple-confirmed answer would be appreciated. Thank you.
