I'm hoping to make certain in-house apps fail to launch by revoking the in-house certificate that they were built on. This is by way of encouraging users of these apps to download updates built on a new certificate. How long will it take app built on a now-revoked certificate to no longer launch? Also, what is Apple's process for checking the validity of an in-house certificate in an app built on that certificate, running on iOS devices? I understand that provisioning profiles have built-in expiration dates, but will an in-house app that's built on a valid provisioning profile keep running even on a revoked certificate if the revocation happened before the certificate's own expiration date? We have submitted for review for over two months now. During these two months, we have contacted the official customer service multiple times, only to be told to wait for news. Hi There Our app is used in the hospital field and receives remote APNS via the Notification Service Extension. We found a scenario where screen is on, our app is in background, if a "Critical" notification is displayed as a banner at the top of the screen, subsequent normal notifications will be suppressed and no sound will play. Only after the user swipes away the critical notification will the normal notification appear and play a sound. is this as expected? I could not find any document on such case from Apple. Thanks.

We have created provisioning profile from apple developer account for our iPadOS app, the expiry date shown in the profile is 20-Aug-2026. However, when when I build the app with this provisional profile the expiry date shown in the app is 6-May-2026. My Certification expires on 2027. I see a embeded.mobileprovision profile inside the app, and it has an expiry of 6-May-2026. I did a clean build, cleared unnecessary profiles from profile folder, created a new provisional profile and tried, but nothing seems help. We have a few apps, and no other app has this issue, only those two apps have this issue. As the expiry date the shorten, we also need to special handle these two apps, Will you please help me to resolve this issue? Thanks.

Hi We've had an Enterprise Developer a/c for years. But last year they asked a bunch a questions to confirm we were a company. I answered them all and then it said it would review the answers. Were a big company and answered these questions before so just expected it to go through. Then our Enterprise Program a/c was up for renewal in April. But the money was never taken from the company cc and every expiry date the renewal date keeps moving forward a month. Its now been moved to Sep 2025. Either were getting April-Sep free or were going to be landed with a CC bill for 12+5 months soon. Anyone else seeing this. Is there an email or webpage for Enterprise a/c support? We have the money :)

We need to issue the APNs certificate for our MDM for the first time in the Push Certificate portal (identity.apple.com). We are having the error: “invalid signing request” when we upload the signed CSR to identity.apple.com. That is because we do not have the External UUID. Could you please let us know what is our External UUID? Without that, we cannot upload it successfully. We have already compared different signed CSR from other MDM Vendors and all have included the External UUID in the CSR. Please, do not send links, there is not way for us to know our External UUID because it is the first time that we try to issue this APNs. After the first time, we do not need your assitance. Hi, I run a midsize business. Apple recommends for company owned devices and for other reasons to use Apple Business managed Apple IDs for the employees. After that, you have to use a MDM System for e.g. deploying apps and licenses. Testflight is an app that can be deployed too. But....Testflight can not more than to say "Hello" on a managed device. The use of Testflight and to test our developed apps is not possible with a managed ID. Can anyone explain to me this thinking or what is recommended than. Setting up a private Apple ID for that purpose...which on the other hand, Apple do not want or does not recommend.

We are facing an issue with Platform SSO registration on macOS devices for AD-bound user accounts with Microsoft EntraID configuration. We are using the Platform SSO payload on macOS devices integrated with Entra ID, and it works as expected — registration completes successfully, and the password syncs with the Entra ID password. However, when we try the same on macOS devices with AD-bound (mobile) user accounts, the registration does not complete. To elaborate, the process successfully completes the initial WebView authentication but fails at the stage where Apple prompts for the password to sync the local macOS user’s password with the Entra ID password. It does not display any error, and even after entering a valid password, the process does not proceed further. However, when we try the same on a non-AD user account, it works fine. We have checked with Microsoft, and they confirmed that there are no restrictions on their side for AD-bound accounts. Since the issue appears to occur at the Apple system level, they advised us to reach Apple teams on this. Could you please check and let us know how we can proceed with this? Microsoft are retiring the “Azure AD Graph API”. We allow the use of Apple email apps in our M365 tenant via the “Apple Internet Accounts” Entra ID Enterprise Application, however this is using the “User.Read” permission from this retiring “Azure AD Graph API”. My concern is that Apple email app’s will stop working in our tenant when Microsoft retire the “Azure AD Graph API” and this permission is removed, as this is an Apple managed Enterprise Application, we have no method of changing the permissions ourselves. I have not been able to find any information on how the “Apple Internet Accounts” Entra ID Enterprise Application can be updated to use the required, newer “Microsoft Graph API” “User.Read” permission. It is not possible for us to change the permissions on the “Apple Internet Accounts” Entra ID Enterprise Application in our tenant, my assumption is that Apple would need to deploy a newer version of Email app that uses the newer “Microsoft Graph API” “User.Read” permission, and we would then need to consent the use of this new permission in our tenant. I would have thought Apple would have deploy this by now, but we have not seen any consent requests. Does anyone have any information about how Apple are handling this Microsoft change and how we can pre-emptively update the “Apple Internet Accounts” Entra ID Enterprise Application to ensure that Apple email client continue to work in our tenant? Hi team, We need to identify the domains used by macOS Software Update so they can be bypassed by our NETransparentProxy. The Apple support article below lists Software Update and several other Apple service domains. At the moment we’re unsure whether we should only bypass the Software Update and Beta Software domains, or whether we also need to bypass domains used for certificate validation, device management (Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manager / Apple Business Essentials), network provider updates, Apple Diagnostics, etc. We also need the specific IP ranges used exclusively by Software Update. The question: Is there any chance that Apple will integrate Intune SDK into Apple apps such as Mail or Calendar, or create Siri-compatible Intune SDK-integrated versions of Mail and Calendar? The reason for the question: My team has been asked by VIPs in our company (e.g. execs and board members) if Siri can be used with Outlook, and the only way is through Shortcuts or by adding the Outlook account to Mail. Both of these options would violate our security policies for these reasons: Since our company policy and federal regulations don't permit us to allow access to company resources on non-MAM-protected apps, we can't allow our users to login to the Mail app and make full use of Siri, due to the lack of MAM controls for Mail and Calendar. We only allow users to transfer data between policy-managed apps which have integrated the Intune SDK allowing us to enforce DLP and other security measures. The only way to enable Shortcuts would be to disable these security measures.

I registered in this summer, uploaded 2 apps. But recently I decided to add iAP to my apps, everything is ready, in Xcode sandbox everything works fine, but when I uploaded new version to TestFlight to test, when I tap on the subscription it says something like "Product not found". (I have added subscriptions to the app, and added them to the version before submitting, also, this version is in status "awaiting developer release" so I can tap a button and this new version with iAPs will be on App Store. But im unsure what to do, because exactly this verified by Apple's version is not working in TestFlight.) In Business section of my Apple Developer Account in Agreements I only have agreement of free apps, but not about the paid apps. 
When I registered I used my (R)(us)sian passport, I think this is the reason that I simply don't even have the agreement of paid apps to accept it. 
I have multiple passports, and multiple EU debit cards. I emailed apple to change the location of my account (to another EU country), but they ghosted me. They sent me emails to upload documents about 4 or 5 times, every time I uploaded my another passport, got an auto email "thank you, we will write you in 2-3 days", but either they did not write me, or they said that the document is not in English (it isn't). 
What do I do? Also, to my situation, someone of my family has a company in (R)(us)sia, and I have in EU (Estonia). Maybe if nothing will work out with "Individual account", I should change to my company? And what is better EU or (R)(us)sian?

Hey all, how long does bank account validation take typically? I have everything else in my paid agreement approved and showing active except the bank account. It says 24 hours but it has been over 3 days and there has been no progress.
