Unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program - Payment declined despite bank approval (France)
Hello everyone, I am unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The payment (credit card) is accepted by my bank but systematically declined by Apple. Note: I am located in France. I have tried multiple times. The support team, via email, suggested I use the Apple Developer app. However, it is "not available in my region," so I have to go through the website. No other payment method is available: Apple Pay is greyed out, and there is nothing else. Support has not responded for weeks, despite my follow-ups. I am very frustrated as I need to launch my app quickly, and everything is ready on the Google side... Would you have any suggestions or solutions? Urgent Assistance Needed: Enterprise Developer Account Review Stalled for 10 Weeks, Kindly Request Help! (Registration ID: FN5ZS6B562)
I kindly request your assistance! The review process for the developer account I applied for on behalf of my organization has been stalled for a full 10 weeks, with no progress to date! How can I resolve this? My registration ID is FN5ZS6B562. On October 27, 2025, I received an email from the Apple Developer Support team requesting that I submit registration materials via https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/. I completed the submission as required and received a confirmation email from the Apple Developer Relations team on October 30, acknowledging receipt of my documents and stating that they would proceed with the review as soon as possible. However, since then, the status of my organization's developer account has remained "Under Review," with no updates to this day. I have contacted Apple Support multiple times via phone and email but have yet to receive effective feedback or see any progress on the issue. Now, 73 days have passed—that's 10 full workweeks—far exceeding the normal review cycle. I sincerely hope the engineers of the Apple Developer team can see my plea for help and assist me! Thank you all so much in advance!

Trouble enrolling and reaching the dev team
I've been trying to enroll as a developer but keep running into an "unknown error". I've even tried having the dev team call me and sending an email through the support portal but keep getting the message that my request cannot be processed. Even calling apple support didn't work as they were unable to connect me with the dev team. Any idea on how to get this sorted? Thank you!!

im facing a problem where everything was working just fine the previous day then overnight I get a email saying I’m terminated for fraud when all my info is my correct information and is up to date I will say this I did have a name change, but that was like three years ago so I’m not sure what is going on or what the problem is . id really love some feedback or ideas on what I should do no

Apple Developer Program not accepting my cards..
Hi I have been trying to purchase apple developer program since week now...and not working i have tried multiple cards, debit/credit (visa, mastercard) my bank is not blocking my payment either. It keeps saying authorisaion failed on Apple end. I tried use different WiFi still same & different Apple ID it does same thing. Anyone know what going on??

Unable to login to my Apple Developer Account
Hello! I've been trying to login to my account for over a week now. All the time I am getting an error "Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last code you received or try again later.". I cannot contact developer support because that also requires login. There is zero help whatsoever. I don't know what to do anymore. Anyone experienced same issue? Last verification code I received was December 30. Since then my account is basically locked.

Apple Developer Enrollment Stuck — Paid Twice, Still Pending
Hello, I am writing this post because the Apple Developer Program enrollment process is clearly malfunctioning, and I have reached a point where this situation is unacceptable. First payment I initially purchased the Apple Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time). The payment was fully completed, confirmed by my bank, and I received the official Apple Store receipt. • Order ID: W1557478965 • Amount: 1029 TRY • Status: Completed / Posted Despite this, my account continued to show: • “Purchase your membership” • Enrollment status: Pending • No access to App Store Connect After several days with no response from Apple Support and no activation, I assumed something had gone wrong on Apple’s side. Second payment Because I was completely blocked and received no reply from support or the forums, I made a second payment to rule out any payment failure. • Order ID: W1694587309 • Amount: 1029 TRY • Status: Completed / Posted Current situation At this point: • Two separate payments • Two unique Apple Store order IDs • Zero activation • Zero response from Apple Support • Enrollment still Pending • App Store Connect still inaccessible Support case details: • Apple Support Case ID: 102769533427 • Multiple follow-ups sent • No reply • No action taken This is no longer a delay — this is a system-level failure. I have paid twice for a single Developer Program membership and received nothing in return: no activation, no explanation, and no support. I am formally requesting manual intervention by Apple staff to: 1. Immediately activate my Apple Developer Program membership 2. Investigate and resolve the duplicate payment (refund or clarification) 3. Explain why a paid enrollment can remain blocked with no support response If this forum is monitored by Apple employees, this issue requires urgent escalation. Developer Account - Pending After Payment
Hello, I’m looking for guidance from an Apple Developer moderator or admin. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program using my personal Apple ID and completed the enrollment process, including payment of the £79 membership fee (UK). The payment was successful. However, my membership status has remained “Pending” Since 6th Jan when it said it can take up to 48hrs, I’m still unable to access App Store Connect. I’ve already submitted a request through the Developer Program → Enrollment → Account & Membership contact form, but I haven’t yet received a response. Could someone please advise if this has happened to them / how long it can take? Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, November 4th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. Developer Account enrollement charged me twice
Hello developers and the support teeam, I have tried to enroll my apple developer account, but got charged twice. Firstly, I tried it with the developers iOS app and paid the fee with Apple Pay on my phone. I haven't received any approval/activation/confirmation email. After that I saw on my phone this message: enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available. Then I looked on the website for the enrollement and it said that I should pay again. So I did and now I got charged twice on my card and there is still the same message. Does anyone have the same experience? How do I get a refund? I have already created a ticket, but no answer yet...

Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on the evening of December 26, 2025, and the membership fee has already been successfully charged to my bank account. However, my account is still showing a “Pending” status with the message “Subscribe your membership.” At this point, some time has passed and I haven’t received a confirmation email or any follow-up requesting additional information.

Trying to enroll, getting an error
My apple account region was set to US. I am not in US and don't have an American phone number. When I first tried to enroll with non-American number and Region set to US, I got an error. I have changed my region after that and when I am trying to change the details, I am landing on "Select your entity type." page and not on the page where I have to input my details. Contacted support and no answer. Can anyone advise what to do?

StoreKit Subscription not discoverable in App Review (PLEASE HELP!))
I'm in the final phase before app approval and I'm struggling to implement store kit for in app purchases. I'm using base 44 and really need help finishing this set up. I have an iOS app (SwiftUI + WKWebView) with auto-renewable subscriptions using StoreKit and SubscriptionStoreView. The app was rejected under Guideline 3.1 because payments were defaulting to Stripe instead of storekit. What’s already done: Subscriptions created in App Store Connect (monthly + annual) SubscriptionStoreView implemented and visible in app WKWebView bridge triggers native StoreKit paywall Sandbox test account created Stripe fully disabled on iOS What I need: Verify StoreKit implementation is App Review compliant Confirm subscriptions are correctly attached to the app version Ensure paywall is discoverable by App Review Help me pass App Review (reply guidance + final checks) This is a short engagement (1–3 hours). Looking for someone with real StoreKit + App Review experience + Base44 knowledge.

Guideline 3.1.2 - Business - Payments - Subscriptions We noticed that your app did not meet all the terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions, as specified in Schedule 2, section 3.8(b) of the Paid Applications agreement. – A functional link to the privacy policy We were unable to find the following required item(s) in your app's metadata: – A functional link to the Terms of Use (EULA) Next Steps To resolve this issue, please add this missing information. If the above information is present, please reply to this message in App Store Connect to provide details on where to locate it. If you are using the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA), you will need to include a link to the Terms of Use in your App Description. If you are using a custom EULA, add it in App Store Connect. Resources Learn more about offering auto-renewable subscriptions on the App Store. Review the Paid Applications agreement. I provided all the information in the paywall, the privacy policy link in app information, and EULA link in the App Description. Also I contacted apple several times and I didn't receive any answer. Individual to Organization convert time
My app was rejected for external testing due to needing to be published by an organization account. I used the option to convert my account with my LLC and entered my duns number and information. When I submitted the change it said it would take 1-2 days. It has been a week and I have not heard anything, or had any response to my support request. I have had my app published to Google play for 2 weeks and my iOS users feel left out. How long am I supposed to wait? Should I just create a new account under my organization? Will this cause an interference having my app on two accounts?

Family Controls Entitlement Stuck in "Submitted" Status for Shield Extension - 2+ Weeks
Hello, I'm experiencing a significant delay getting the Family Controls entitlement approved for my Shield Configuration Extension, and I'm hoping someone here can help or has experienced something similar. Background: I'm developing an app that uses the Screen Time API with Family Controls. My main app bundle (lukedev.Bloka) was approved for Family Controls (Distribution) and works perfectly. The Problem My Shield Configuration Extension (lukedev.Bloka.Shield) has been stuck waiting for approval for over 2 weeks: Request ID: 6C8LD22UVM Submitted: November 20, 2025 Status: Still "Submitted" Current State: Only shows "Family Controls (Development)" in capabilities What I've Tried ✅ Submitted entitlement request via the proper channels ✅ Contacted Apple Developer Support (case #102762028251) ✅ Verified the main app has full Family Controls approval ✅ Deleted and regenerated all provisioning profiles multiple times ✅ Confirmed the App ID configuration is correct in the Developer Portal The Issue Without Family Controls (Distribution) approval for the Shield extension, I cannot: Test the complete app functionality on physical devices Submit the app to App Store Connect Move forward with development The error I'm getting during provisioning: Provisioning profile failed qualification Profile doesn't include the com.apple.developer.family-controls entitlement Questions Has anyone experienced multi-week delays for Shield extension entitlements? Is this normal? Should Shield extensions automatically inherit entitlements from the main app, or do they really require separate approval? The documentation isn't clear on this. Are there any known workarounds to test Shield Configuration Extensions during development while waiting for distribution approval? How can I escalate this request? Developer Support initially told me I already had approval (for the main app) but didn't address the extension's separate bundle ID. Technical Details Xcode: 16.2 Target: iOS 18+ Main App: Family Controls (Distribution) ✅ Approved Shield Extension: Family Controls (Development only) ❌ Stuck Why This Matters The Shield Configuration Extension is a core component of Screen Time API apps - it's not optional. Without it, the app cannot properly display blocking interfaces. Switch from Individual to Organization Membership
Hi there, How long does it take to make a switch from Apple individual to organization membership? I initiated the process a 2 weeks ago, and I am get to receive another notification from Apple. Keeps showing We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. And I am unable to submit an application that requires Organization account.
