Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Apple Developer Program payment completed but enrollment still shows “complete purchase”
Title: Apple Developer Program payment completed but enrollment still shows “complete purchase” Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual and completed the payment on 8 April 2026. I received the invoice confirming the purchase, but my developer account still shows the message: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.” The enrollment status currently shows Pending, and it appears that the payment may not have been linked to my enrollment. Also the Enrollment Id has also not been generated I have already contacted Apple Developer Support twice but have not yet received a response. Payment details from the invoice: Order ID: MMWHM92XY3 Purchase Date: April 8, 2026 Has anyone experienced a similar issue where the payment was processed but the enrollment still shows “complete purchase”? If so, how was it resolved? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

iOS Local Network Discovery (UDP Multicast / SSDP) Not Working – Works on AndroidiOS Local Network Discovery (UDP Multicast / SSDP) Not Working – Works on Android
Title: iOS Local Network Discovery (UDP Multicast / SSDP) Not Working – Works on Android Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with local network device discovery on iOS. The same implementation works perfectly on Android, but fails (or behaves inconsistently) on iOS. What I’m trying to do I am building a React Native app that discovers Wi-Fi audio devices (Arylic / Linkplay-based speakers) on the same local network. The discovery flow: Send SSDP (UDP multicast) M-SEARCH request to 239.255.255.250:1900 Listen for device responses Fetch device description via HTTP (LOCATION header) Parse and store discovered devices What works ✅ Android: Device discovery works reliably (multiple devices detected) ❌ iOS: No devices are discovered (or discovery is very inconsistent) iOS Configuration I have already added the required permissions in Info.plist: NSLocalNetworkUsageDescription NSBonjourServices (including _http._tcp, _airplay._tcp, _spotify-connect._tcp, etc.) NSAppTransportSecurity with local network exceptions The app correctly prompts for Local Network permission, and permission is granted. Implementation Details Using UDP sockets (react-native-udp) Joining multicast group: 239.255.255.250 Sending SSDP M-SEARCH requests every few seconds Listening for responses via socket on('message') Observed Behavior on iOS UDP socket initializes successfully No errors thrown No SSDP responses received devices array remains empty HTTP-based direct calls to known device IPs work fine Additional Notes The same network, same devices, same code works on Android iOS device is on the same Wi-Fi network Tried both real device and simulator (expected simulator limitations) Questions Is UDP multicast (SSDP) restricted or unreliable on iOS for third-party apps? Are there additional entitlements required to receive multicast responses? Is there any official Apple-recommended approach for discovering LAN devices (other than Bonjour)? Is this a known limitation of iOS networking stack? As a fallback, I’m considering scanning the local subnet via HTTP requests, but that’s less efficient compared to SSDP. Any guidance or clarification from Apple engineers or others who have faced similar issues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I made the payment for Apple Developer Program, but my membership is still not activated
I made the payment for the Apple Developer Program, but my membership is still not activated. On the website, it still said: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.” Since it still showed that message, I thought there might be an error. I clicked “Complete your purchase” again, but then I canceled it because I had already paid before and did not want to be charged twice. Now my membership is still not active, and I am confused about whether my original payment is still being processed or whether I caused a problem by clicking and canceling the purchase flow. I emailed to apple support but still didn't get any answers. Idk what to do.

Enrollment still Pending - Order W1580614343
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and my payment was processed successfully (Order W1580614343, Invoice UA31378681). I received the invoice confirming the charge. However, my account status has been "Pending" for more than 48 hours, and the developer portal still asks me to "complete your purchase now." It seems the payment was not linked to my enrollment. Could you please look into this and activate my membership, or let me know if anything further is required from my side? Thank you for your help. Best regards, Piotr Skrzypiec

Developer program enrollement issue
Greetings Folks, I have an issue enrolling into developer program, and im not sure if its in state of stale or i just need to wait longer? I started enrolling my private email instead of organization email as apple id, but then i stopped the process on private and continued on organization email. I have received an email on private mail to upload documents, where i responded that i have switched to company email ID. Short after i am receiving an email on new ID email to upload documents verifying its Me and company i registered. When clicking on that link and logging in to actually do that, it says Account is not authorized to upload. Now i wrote to customer support week ago regarding this issue, and there still haven't been any progress or responses. Hence my post here, looking for similar problems some of you might have had and how did you solve it? I am sorry in advanced if this isn't correct thread to post this topic. Cheers, Luka

Cannot access my developer account because of 'Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last code you received or try again later.'
I have been trying to get into my account for several days now and I have tried everything. First of you cannot get support because you need to be logged in so had to make another account to be able to post this. And even then the support is not working. Send an email a while ago and tried the call option and I have gotten no response from both. I was supposed to launch my app last week and I have just not be able to log into my account. I keep getting the 'Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last code you received or try again later.' I didn't even do that, I just tried to log in and had that there. I have waited days and it's still there. I have tried changing the number for which I waited a day and now it's told me to wait another 6 days. This has caused so many problem and the lack of support is unbelievable. Can anyone please help me get into my account or advise on what I can do ASAP. Thanks, Usama

StoreKit Subscription not discoverable in App Review (PLEASE HELP!))
I'm in the final phase before app approval and I'm struggling to implement store kit for in app purchases. I'm using base 44 and really need help finishing this set up. I have an iOS app (SwiftUI + WKWebView) with auto-renewable subscriptions using StoreKit and SubscriptionStoreView. The app was rejected under Guideline 3.1 because payments were defaulting to Stripe instead of storekit. What’s already done: Subscriptions created in App Store Connect (monthly + annual) SubscriptionStoreView implemented and visible in app WKWebView bridge triggers native StoreKit paywall Sandbox test account created Stripe fully disabled on iOS What I need: Verify StoreKit implementation is App Review compliant Confirm subscriptions are correctly attached to the app version Ensure paywall is discoverable by App Review Help me pass App Review (reply guidance + final checks) This is a short engagement (1–3 hours). Looking for someone with real StoreKit + App Review experience + Base44 knowledge.

Can't register Apple Developer Account - stuck for 2.5 months
I set up a single-member LLC through Firstbase.io. My colleague obtained a DUNS number using the Certificate of Incorporation and EIN Verification Letter provided by Firstbase. Once we had the DUNS, I applied for an Apple Developer Account (Enrollment ID: 54AML988C5). I used my personal MacBook that I've had for years, but had to create a new Apple ID since I already have a personal Apple developer account that's been active for 8+ years. Documents I submitted with the enrollment: My passport EIN Verification Letter (with my name on it) Certificate of Incorporation A month later I received a rejection: "We're unable to proceed with your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program at this time. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account to develop and test apps on your own device." Support doesn't respond to messages. The "Request a call" button on developer.apple.com/support literally does nothing — clicking it has no effect. I contacted D&B to make sure our company data was correct. They confirmed everything was fine, and at my request they updated the company profile so that my name now explicitly appears as Key Principal on the D&B website. Reached out to Apple support again — still no response. I then created a second Apple ID on our corporate domain (developer@mydomain_com) and submitted another enrollment (Enrollment ID: H9V8P25F67). Got the exact same rejection with the exact same wording. And once again — no response from support. What's especially surprising is that reaching out to Apple support from my personal developer account - which is active and in good standing - about this situation doesn't lead anywhere either. They simply don't respond. Has anyone dealt with this? What can actually be done here?

Cant update account information or switch to org membership
Hi everyone, I need to update the "Membership details" of my Apple Developer account and for some reason it won't let me. When I click on "Update your information" and select either "Change contact details" or "Switch to organization membership" I just get redirected to https://developer.apple.com/unauthorized This is an old account I'm trying to re-activate, my Apple Developer Program membership has expired. Will renewing the membership solve this? I want to "Switch to organization membership", Will I have to pay again for this? Thanks!

How To Install on a Personal Device
Developer Help says: Do I need to enroll in the Apple Developer Program to install apps on a device? No. You can install apps on your personal device with Xcode. Yet Xcode 26.4 says: Signing for "Never Forget" requires a development team. Select a development team in the Signing & Capabilities editor. Can someone help me understand this? A developer account isn't required, yet a development team (in a developer account) is? 🤷

I can't activate my membership and I'm having a strange problem.
Hello everyone, I'm having trouble with my Apple Developer Program registration and need any help. I received an email from Apple Developer Support stating that my application was rejected because my company website was deemed unusable or invalid. However, my website is active, publicly accessible, and fully functional. The email asked me to submit a new registration application. But when I log into my Apple Developer account, I don't see an option to submit a new application. Instead, I'm redirected to the membership payment page. I completed the payment yesterday, but after payment I still see the same page and the message stating that the process may take up to 48 hours. I also requested a support call from Apple, but haven't been able to connect with anyone yet. At this point, I'm confused: Is my original registration still active? Is my payment being processed normally? Do I still need to submit a new application somehow? Has anyone experienced a similar situation or knows the best next step? Thank you.

Can't register Apple Developer Account - stuck for 2.5 months

Thank you.

Apple Developer Enrolment
Hey! I am new to the apple developer enrolment program and it seemed alright to me when I started to fill all of the spaces, but when it lead to the paying process I started to have an issue. The issue is that I fill the spaces to pay, but I never receive the email for actually the bill, so I do not pay and receive the enrol. How do I fix it?
