I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment. Two days ago, I sent email and discuss my issue but still there is no response from apple team what should I do?

I'm currently facing an issue while integrating Sign in with Apple on a Firebase web app using JavaScript. ✅ What I’ve done: Created a Service ID Created an App ID and enabled Sign in with Apple Linked the Service ID to the App ID under Web Authentication Configuration and also add these Domains and sub-domains: apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com Registered return URL: https://apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com/__/auth/handler Generated a key with Sign in with Apple capability and added: Key ID Team ID Private Key Client ID (Service ID not App ID) all in the Firebase Auth Apple Sign-In configuration I’ve tried multiple test projects and keys, including deleting and recreating everything, but I still consistently receive this error: invalid_client 🔎 Additional Details: The client_id in the auth request matches the Service ID exactly I’m not using an iOS app — this is purely web-based Sign in with Apple I am using a valid Apple Developer account enrolled in the program What could be the reason Apple keeps returning invalid_client even though all configuration seems correct? I'm using RevenueCat in a Flutter app to manage in-app subscriptions. On iOS, the subscription products load and display correctly when running in debug mode on a real device. However, when I upload the app to TestFlight, the products fail to load — I get an empty list or no products shown at all.

I created an apple development certificate using an api key. When the certificate was created and I want to revoke the certificate but revoke button and download button is not there. I am an Admin in that account. Not sure how to fix this

Hi, I have setup Apple SignIn on a platform i am developing and configure all the required Service IDs and redirect URLs. The integration worked up until I moved the platform to a new domain name last friday. I have reconfigured the list of allowed domains and redirect urls to the new domain name, and removed all the mentions of the former one. Since then, when trying to Sign In with Apple, I am greated with the following error : " invalid_request - Invalid web redirect url". I have also observed that if i manually change the domain name in the redirect_uri parameter but keep the rest of the OAuth URL identical, the error disappears. This should not be possible since the former domain name has been completely removed from the Service ID configuration. Is there a propagation time for this ? And if so, it seems very long (5 days and pending). I have checked and rechecked and tripled checked my configuration, every time by going in my dev account > Identifiers > Service IDs > Sign In with Apple > Configure, then clicking Done > Continue > Save. I can confirm that : the redirect domains and URLs there are correct, and no mention of the former domain name is present I can still login using the former domain redirect urls (so my implementation is valid, but the configuration is not up to date) the new redirect urls are still not working as of now https is included in the redirect_urls, no trailing slash is present. again, the same URLs but with a different domain name were configured and worked (if anything, still work) properly TLS 1.3 connection (i know 1.2 is a requirement) Any advice would be welcome

We had a work card attached to our developer's account. team ID 924RUYJZ34 dev ID 8771bf7b-31a9-4602-baae-02580fe5b6c4 Funds are debited from this card in other services, there are no problems with it, the amount in the account is sufficient. Our membership subscription did not renew automatically. The applications are blocked. We can't renew our subscription, there's no Renew button anywhere. There is no way to extend it on any device, web version, or anywhere else. We can't even cancel and re-arrange it, all the functions don't work. Please help us, how can we renew our subscription?!

I want to track monitoring of specific website for that user will enter URL , we want to start monitoring and shield after threshold reached. but DeviceActivityEvent doesn't allow to enter specific URL domain for monitoring . How should I do monitoring then ?

Hi, here´s what I noticed for iOS bugs : red notifications badges go under App name above control panel and notifications panel are too clear and too transparent as we cannot distinguish what’s written with what is under. widget for hour sometimes doesn’t synchronise page scrolling lags somtimes. there is still no GPS/location shortcut in panel control. why not allow to chose previous design icon in the choice of design. Some new icon colors are so awfull ! transparencies and blurred design are often hard to read. the App precision design and contrast are less confortable for the sight. Apple car background image is not nice and seems to be dirty.

I did it once, two days ago, I have received the order aknowledgement and that was it. However, today I have logged in the dev account on the web, and I saw this : To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I was like, oh, finally. let me finish the enrollment. but in reality, I have applied again, and received the same order aknowledgment. How bad in trouble I am, or how bad did I messed up? I have an application that uses WeatherKit for which I use the registered identifier com.[mycompanyname].[myappname] . I'm now developing a second application using WeatherKit, so I need to create a new identifier on https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/add/appId/bundle so that WeatherKit will recognize requests from com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]. (in this post, I'm using "[xxx]" instead of the real strings) When I go to create an identifier for the new app, I get the error message: An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value An App ID with Identifier 'com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]' is not available. Please enter a different string. Can anybody explain why I can't register the new app name, and how I can fix this?

I am the sole administrator of a paid company Apple Developer account, and as of today I’m completely locked out everywhere: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect, developer.apple.com, or even account.apple.com. Every login attempt returns either “Please verify your account information and try again” or “This account is locked and can’t be used.” I have never changed my password, Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and delivering codes, there are no pending agreements or banking/tax forms, and I see no unrecognized devices in my account. I’ve tried multiple networks, browsers, and devices, and I’ve already contacted Apple Support—yet no explanation or resolution has been provided. This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk. I need: A clear, specific reason why my corporate Developer account has been locked. Any immediate steps or known workarounds to restore full access. Advice from anyone who has faced the same unexplained lockout.

I am trying to create an AppId to support Sign in with Apple from my web app. This capability is not availability. An AI query suggests that this is not supported with an Enterprise account, though I cannot find any links/information to support this. Is this a known issue?
