I installed beta 18.2 on the day of release and requested access to playground that day 2 min after I got in it is now a week later and I still do not have access am I missing something ? 16 pro max

I downloaded iOS 18.2 the day it came out and requested early access for Image Playground, but it's been more than a week and the early access request has still not been accepted. I've seen some people get accepted within a day. This problem is starting to get annoying.

I’ve found that I can’t generate any faces of people in playground (and in genmoji, to a lesser extent) that aren’t smiling with the biggest Tiger Woods/Diddy teeth. It’s annoying. Even when you expressly ask for frowns, or angry faces, you get these big goofy smiles. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have requested early access for more than 10 days why still haven’t get access to it? Is there any problem on the system? Why granting access to Image playground take so long?

I fell for the ”writing power“ of AI advertising and purchased an AirBook, Only to learn that power is related to Notes and Texts. PAGES needs writing power yesterday. When will that actual writing app get AI?

I have been waitlisted on playground for a week and a half almost two weeks and I still don’t have access to playground. Whenever I open the app and click done telling me I am on the waitlist it shows me the app and force closes. Anyone know why I haven’t gotten access when people have who have been on the waitlist shorter than me.

I have been to image creation for 2 hours. I can do genmoji, playground well for 10 minutes. After that, when I run the playground and start to generate Animation style of photo, it will stuck in here and no result output. Is there anyone know what's happened...

Hello, I am trying to show an imagePlaygroundSheet but when I open it in the 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max iOS 18.2 simulator, I see "Image Playground is not available. Image Playground is not available on this iPhone". The environment variable supportsImagePlayground always returns false. I changed the simulator language and region to US but still see the error. I updated to iOS 18.2 beta 2, and with it, I am able to see behind the early access requested by just swiping down, but when I do swipe down, the app closes. Does this mean I'm close to getting access?

Before I updated to 18.2, I was missing Apple Intelligence features such as chatgpt integration. Now that I updated to 18.2. I’m still missing Apple Intelligence and ChatGPT integration altogether and now my Siri turned into the old Siri. What can I do?

Hey, has anyone figured out how the “Persons” list in Genmoji/Playground actually works? I’ve had a strange experience so far. When I first got access during Beta 2, the list randomly included about 10–15 people, even though my photo library contains many more recognizable faces. To try fixing this, I started naming faces in the Photos app, hoping they’d be added to the Genmoji/Playground list, but nothing changed. Then, after updating to Beta 3, it added just 2–3 of the people I had named. Encouraged, I spent about an hour naming all the faces in my library. But a few hours later, the list unexpectedly removed around 10 people, leaving me with fewer than I had initially. I’ve also read that leaving the phone locked and plugged into power should help sort people in the library, but that hasn’t worked for me yet. Anyone else experienced this or found a way to make it work? Thanks!

Hi! I recently updated to the latest 18.2 Beta version of iOS on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Could you please guide me on how to locate and utilize the Image Search feature powered by Apple Intelligence? Just a little detail: I went on YouTube and the instruction was to hold the camera action button on the iPhone 16 and image search appears. I want to get depth map that when camera zoom in or zoom out or switch to telephoto. I have got the depth map using ARkit that provide depth map that the colored RGB image from the wide-range camera and the depth ratings from the LiDAR scanner are fused together. Now I want to switch camera to telephoto and hope to get new depth map.

This got me curious—does Apple provide an API or SDK for developers to create custom integrations or use Apple Intelligence Extensions? Or is this currently limited to the Apple/OpenAI partnership?
