Reply to App on iPad not launching from the Dock

I'M having same problem! All my DEBUG mode apps do not launch from the Recents Dock!

Step 1. Drag Xcode.app into TrashStep 2. Open terminalStep 3. Type "cd /Library/" without the quotesStep 4. Type "rm -rf Developer/" without the quotesStep 5. In Trash, Control-Click on Xcode and click Delete Immediately

You can’t really quit apps from ⌘-TAB on iPad Apple Support: Command-Tab: Switch to the next most recently used app among your open apps. See this support post - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8658043 too.
