Pencil no longer works and Notes crashes
IOS 10 Beta 4. rebooted, re-paired pencil. 53% charge in pencil. Pencil shows as paired, battery level is displayed in notification center, but the pencil does not work in apps (Notes, procreate, one note) and does not work to select items in any menu.Notes app now very slow and crashes after 1-2 minutes.Pencil and notes operated earlier today with IOS 10 Beta 3.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Hello,An app that my team has been working on was denied because of this disclaimer not being on the app description:Continued use of GPS running in the backgroundcan dramatically decrease battery life.I cannot find anywhere in the docs or guidelines that reference this disclaimer.I search on the internet of the message only shows posts with others that have had the same issue or ITunes apps that have the disclaimer. The 2.16 reference in here https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/doesn't mention it either. Can someone point me to the web page that has this rule and possibly others I do not know about?Thank You,Randy

Reply to excessive battery drain IOS 14.4.2
My iPhone (X) even acknowledges this. In the Battery section in settings it says: Recent Usage Your iPhone has been used more than usual since upgrading iOS, which may affect battery life. I have not been using it more myself. There are no obvious candidates in the list of programs taking up battery power, so I reckon it is iOS itself.

Reply to ios 13.2 beta 2 battery life on iphone7 to 8 seems to be kinda bad. it dies very quickly.
Battery life is always an issue w/most betas. If this is with a device you rely on, best to avoid betas and find one you can otherwise sacrifice. In the mean time feel free to file bugs, but again, this is common when/if Apple removes certain power management controls during beta testing.

Yep, the battery life is terrible and the OS is laggy and buggy. Typical 1st beta. Hopefully #2 comes out quickly.

Reply to Battery drain in ios 14.2
Apple has regular issues with battery life. It's the first time over last years I start looking at Android phones. And one more thing: thanks, Tim, proceed with management this way, and you'll lost more customers than ever before.
