restore purchases

As in previous years betas were OTA i assume this will still be the case? and the final version that will be relesed to the public will come as a OTA also right? i should not have to restore my phone again correct?

I can't find in-app purchases section in itunes connect under build section in versions tab.I've submitted the app, but got rejected also in-app purchase were rejected. Now i can't find where i can add in-app purchases to build for review.This if first submission of the app. So where is in-app purchases section?

How do I fix this so I can retrieve my AppleWatch backups? Even though I try to restore it, it still reverts to a blank slate.
