New version submission stuck at Prepare for Submission
My submission is stuck at “Prepare for submission”.I inadvertently uploaded a build created with XCode 7.1 beta. Therefore, if I try to Submit for Review in iTunes Connect I get an error message stating that the app cannot be uploaded with a beta version of the SDK. So I prepared a new buildusing the current version of Xcode and try to upload. But the upload in XCode failed with the error “ERROR ITMS-4238:Redundant Binary Upload. There already exists a binary upload with build version ‘2.1’ for train ‘2.1’” at SoftwareAssets/PreReleaseSoftwareAsset”.iTunes Connect does not give me the option to delete the uploaded build. And the + sign under My Apps in iTunes Connect does not allow me to create a new version. If I anyway attempt to upload a newer version from XCode, iTunes Connect sees the uploaded version but doesn't five me the option to submit it for review. Therefore, my submission process is completely stuck. Any advice?

TVTopShelf key missing in plist
on submitting to the appstore I get ERROR ITMS-90513-Missing Info.plist Key. Your apps plist must contain the TVTopShelfImage.TVTopShelfImagePrimaryImage´ key. I have set up a top shelf image in assets as well as icons in the regular bins. TVTopShelf does not show up as I type in new plist field and I can't find anything on how to set this up properly. Any support is greatly appreciated. Thanks,Oliver

Reply to How do I add App Icons ?
+1I get exactly the same errors, no matter what hoops I jump through. I tried everything on this thread. Nothing worked. I still get those same 4 bugs. Spent 8 hours today and still feel like I'm banging my head against the wall.I submitted bug #23194249 to bugreport.apple.com:Summary:No matter what I do, I can't get the App Icon - Small to be valid when uploading a build. It works great in the simulator and on our AppleTV. I started by using an lsr file that was generated by your Photoshop plugin, but since you can't drop that on an App Icon directly, I imported it and then moved the layers up to the appropriate App Icon. I found a forum thread that said that there was a bug with that, so I created a new App Icon & Top Shelf Image and manually exported all the png files from photoshop and then dropped them into their appropriate wells in the new icon spaces. Interestingly, this seems to have worked fine for the large image, but not the small one. Everything works dandy on the device, but when uploading t

New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, and Apple TV OS 8 SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software.I'm on the GM forsure and I even tried removing the old beta.

Xcode 7.1 - fails to upload to App Store; complains about CFBundleVersionShort string
I've gone through the Archived app and found every Info.plist for the main app and all the extensions. ALL of my bits have a version string that is higher than the previously approved version. There is a third party lib that has a 1.0. Upload via Xcode 7.01 - works fine.ERROR ITMS-90062 This bundle is invalid. The value for key CFBundleShortVersionString [1.0] in the Info.plist file must contain a higher version than that of the previously approved version. So what is going on here?

iTunes Connect CFBundleShortVersionShort must contain a higher version
Today Xcode is giving me problems when attempting to upload a build to iTunes connect. It's giving me the following errors:- ERROR ITMS-90062: This bundle is invalid. The value for key CFBundleShortVersionString [1.0.0] in the Info.plist flie must contain a higher version than that of the previously approved version [1.2.2].- ERROR ITMS-90062: This bundle is invalid. The value for key CFBundleShortVersionString [0.5.1] in the Info.plist flie must contain a higher version than that of the previously approved version [1.2.2].What's very strange is my application's CFBundleVersionShortVersionString is 2.0.0. I uploaded a build to TestFlight yesterday and it worked just fine. Then I did a search for CFBundleVersionShortVersionString, and I found a 1.0.0 and 0.5.1, but they were in the info.plist in the Pods. Why is this error all of a sudden appearing? I know I'm not supposed to change anything in the Pods. Has anyone come across this issue and if so how can you fix this?

The errors are as follows:ERROR ITMS-90523: Invalid Image Asset. The image... can't have a transparent background layer --- which it does not.ERROR ITMS-90531: Invalid Image Asset. The image... must have a background layer that is 400x240 pixels background layer --- which it does.ERROR ITMS-90532: Invalid Image Asset. The image... has an incorrectly positioned background layer --- which is an unknown because I didn't set any position.ERROR ITMS-90528: Invalid Image Asset. The image... has an invalid scale of '0'. Home screen assets are allowed scale values of (1) --- which is confusing as I am not sure how to set its scale value.and also ERROR ITMS-90497: Invalid Image Asset. The image asset 'Top Shelf Image... must be opaque --- which it is.Anyone else running into this or have any suggestions?Th

Uploading tvOS app gives me a "long names" warning
My app's name is Air Wings, yet when I upload a build to the App Store I get a warning in Xcode that says:WARNING ITMS-90127: Apps with long names may cause issues. We recommend that app names don't exceed 64 characters.Wha??? I checked the plist file of the package, and everything is kosher. I don't know what Xcode is talking about. Anyone else seen this?-Brian

Reply to Cannot submit app with Xcode 7.1 GM
Just tried this, then submitting through Application Loader. Got the following error message: ERROR ITMS-90035: Invalid Signature. Invalid Info.plist (plist or signature have been modified). Make sure you have signed your application with a distribution certificate, not an ad hoc certificate or a development certificate. Verify that the code signing settings in Xcode are correct at the target level (which override any values at the project level). Additionally, make sure the bundle you are uploading was built using a Release target in Xcode, not a Simulator target. If you are certain your code signing settings are correct, choose Clean All in Xcode, delete the build directory in the Finder, and rebuild your release target.
