How to bring up "startup options" on a machine that is in a remote rendering farm?
How is it possible to bring up the new startup options on a mac mini or mac pro that is in a distant, locked and cooled data center/IT room, and I only have remote KVM access to it but I am not there physically to press and hold the power button? I want to be able to select which device to boot from when I reboot the machine on the fly from a keyboard or some other way remotely (like MDM? iLO?), so I can select which boot device to boot from. Is it expected to stand next to the mac with this change for bringing up startup options? I am really hoping I can still use keyboard or ability to send a command to select boot device remotely.

Direct Access to Video Encoding and Decoding
Hello, In the Explore the new system architecture of Apple Silicon Macs session, in the recommended sessions to watch, you have WWDC14's Direct Access to Video Encoding and Decoding, but I could not find it anywhere on Apple's website. If you google for it, you can find a direct link to the slides on the CDN, and an unofficial transcript, but no video. There's very little information available about VideoToolbox so if you could bring back that video it would be very useful. Thanks

FileVault and Bluetooth Low Energy devices at login
In the session it is said that Apple Silicon has a unified login experience with and without FileVault, made possible by fully booting macOS without requiring the user to unlock the system. Does it mean that at login screen after restart the system will connect the Bluetooth Low Energy mice and keyboards? (Currently FileVault On prevents BLE mice and keyboards to be connected before the user logs in after a restart.)

Does Apple's M1 Chip fully support ARMv8.5 Memory Tagging Extensions?
On the ARM architecture Wikipedia page - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ARM_architecture#Cores it is stated that Apple's M1 chip is on ARM version 8.6, so I was wondering if it is fully supporting all the ARM version 8.5 features, such as the ARMv8.5 Memory Tagging Extensions (MTE)? If so, would it, like pointer authentication, require any special configuration to enable this feature, or is it supposed to work out of the box?
