I signed up for the Apple Developer Program because I am a computer student and need to complete the App on the shelves in the graduation project.
Last week and today (2025/2/10), I gave feedback about the problem that my developer account registration Apple Developer Program process was blocked and suspended. It's strange that the telephone technical consultant said that my account has been locked to register as a developer account. By the way, when I got a problem in this process, I always contacted Apple Developer Support in China, not Apple Developer Support in the United States' office.
Timeline
Around 2023, I applied for the Apple Developer Program for the first time, using an iPhone 13. This application was used to register for the iOS Beta program to get access to the beta version of the iOS software. After submitting my name and identity document and taking a personal photo, I withdrew from the application process without further filling in my personal identity information (English name and address).
In early February 2025, I used my current mobile phone iPhone 15 to fill in the personal information of the application process of the Developer Program originally launched in 2023, but after trying to submit it many times, the Developer App still showed "Verification Your identity" button. So I submitted my first support case.
On February 8, 2025, I received a reply email from the support case and found that my application process had been reset. I re-filled in my name and ID number, took photos, and filled in my English name and address on my iPhone 15. This process is maintained on the same device and the same network. After submission, "Register Now" (gray, non-clickable) is displayed on the Developer App, and this status continues until now. I can't do any further operations to complete the application process. So I launched the second support case.
Mighty Reasons
It should be added that I used to use two Apple IDs on iPhone 13 and iPhone 15, that is, the device account and the Apple ID logged in to the App Store are two different IDs (but the identity information is mine). The telephone technical support said that it may have something to do with this. But there is no reason in the system at present.
I have been using real identity information in the process, but because the process of applying for registration is too long, or the ID problem of device login, in short, my current registration process is still blocked.
Who can tell me how to unlock or reset the registration process? If you can provide more information, I would appreciate it.

需要补充的是,在iPhone 13和iPhone 15上我都曾经使用两个Apple ID,也就是设备账户与App Store 登录的Apple ID是不同的两个ID(但身份信息都是我的)。电话技术支持称可能和这个有关系。但是目前系统上没有任何原因。
我在流程中一直使用真实的身份信息,但由于申请注册的流程过长,或者设备登录的ID问题,总之我现在的注册流程仍然阻塞。
请问谁能告诉我该如何解锁或重置注册流程?如果有更多信息提供,不甚感激。

I am registering my startup for an Apple Developer Account so that we can put our app on the App Store. I do not want use my personal Apple ID's payment to pay the $99 annual fee. How can I change the payment method so that I can continue with my enrollment?
Hello,
I made a payment for an Apple Developer account on January 22, 2025, but the processing has not been completed yet. According to Apple's stated timeline, the account should be processed within two business days, but it has now been significantly delayed.
I have already sent a follow-up email and a message via the support form, but I have not received any response. I would appreciate any guidance from the community or Apple representatives on how to proceed.
Has anyone else faced a similar delay recently? Is there any alternative way to escalate this issue?

My Xcode cloud pipeline seems to be stuck at 46% inside the archiving step for some reason. When I run my project locally, it works, and uploading my build manually through Xcode to app store connect works too. However, when I try to build my app using Xcode cloud, it gets stuck after the archiving step has successfully completed. All checkmarks are green, but the archiving step does not terminate after one hour. I tried switching the cloud Xcode version, the cloud macOS version, changing my code. Nothing works and Xcode cloud is completely bricked. How do I fix this? There is no error message at all. The build is just stuck at 46% and nothing happens.

Hi Colleagues, for the second time in my life I am trying to publish an app on the Apple Store. The first one was a time ago, for another company and I had no issues at all. This time I am facing an extreme delay to approve my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. Despite my repeated follow-ups through the Apple phone support, I have not received a clear timeline for the completion of my enrollment and this important step is now getting to become urgent. Would you have any guideline recommendation or any other way to contact Apple besides phone and mail/form to check any additional information or action would be required on my end?
We have developed an application that we sell to clients, and with their accounts, we have successfully published the build on the App Store. We have all the legal rights, including trademarks for the app icon and other assets, which are fully documented and verifiable. The application was initially sold to a client with the agreement that it would be published exclusively in the Asia region, and the client is currently doing so.
Now, the main issue arises:
We wish to publish the same application for the USA region, using our organization’s account to serve U.S. users. However, our app submission is continually being rejected by the App Store review team, citing that the app icon is already in use and requesting a change.
We are not in a position to change the app icon, as it is integral to the branding and trademark rights we hold.
If anyone has experience with this issue or can provide guidance on how to proceed, your support would be greatly appreciated !!

Hello,
I’ve been experiencing an issue with the Quebec QST Form FP-2506-V that is preventing me from submitting my application. When I attempt to update my TQ number, I receive the error message: “The Tax ID entered already exists.” This contradicts the note on the form stating: “You can return to this form and update any numbers after clicking Submit.”
Steps I’ve Taken So Far:
Opened two cases with Apple Support (over three weeks ago). No response.
Contacted Developer Support via email and phone – Unfortunately, they were unable to make the necessary corrections.
Tried using the official contact form again – No success in getting a response or resolution.
Emailed canada_tax(at)apple.com – Even though this email is meant for users outside of Canada, I reached out in the hope that someone could assist.
At this point, I am completely stuck, as I cannot move forward with my application submission until this issue is resolved.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? Is there another way to escalate this within Apple to get proper support?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,
Our company trying to register a developer account in BR, but seems all my e-mails is going to nowhere.
Since November/2024 i´m trying and no response.
I receive the email with the "case id", but after that, no one responds to me.
I did the entire process on the website to create the account. It remains pending "under review for up to 48 hours", but they never get back to me.
Does anyone have any other contact that can help me?

We're writing to inform you that your company isn't in compliance with the Apple Developer Program License Agreement (DPLA).
Section 11.2 (Termination) states:
(g) if You engage, or encourage others to engage, in any misleading, fraudulent, improper, unlawful or dishonest act relating to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, misrepresenting the nature of Your Application (e.g., hiding or trying to hide functionality from Apple’s review, falsifying consumer reviews for Your Application, engaging in payment fraud, etc.).
Be aware that manipulating App Store chart rankings, user reviews or search index may result in the loss of your developer program membership.

I made response, that i checked everything, only one problem was in backend functionality working badly, but already fixed it (it was not about Apple license rules, it is just one of app functionalities returns error instead of answer. And it was fixed)
Also i asked if current problem is solved and write emails if something else needs to be fixed.
But no any responses was, and in 20 days i received email "Notice of Termination"

I work for a non-profit (charity status) and was attempting to sign up for a Developer account, with a fee waiver, in order to do some work for our organization that requires Developer access (enabling Sign In With Apple on a Discourse forum).
I've received an e-mail from Developer Support saying my application was denied because there is already an Account Holder for our company's "existing membership." We are a small team that experiences a lot of turnover, and I presume this has to do with a predecessor.
I've written back to support and am awaiting a reply, but am concerned they might only reply to whatever e-mail address is associated with this "existing membership" and that very well might be an inactive mailbox in our Google Workspace. I've explained all that and asked Apple if they can please let me know who this previous contact is.
It's been a few days, while I'm waiting I thought I would ask if there is any other way to look up the contact for a given organization, or if I just need to wait and hope to hear back from Developer Support?

I've signed up for the UK developer program since during application all it asked for was my address, nowhere did it ask about my nationality. But I am not a UK citizen and the W-8BEN form is locked to UK as a citizen/region and I have to swear that all is truthful to submit it. What am I supposed to do?

I managed to lose my password in a mixup with my password manager. It has taken me a few hours to work out how to reset it. Following the forgotten password link on the sign in page only takes you to a point where you are asked to reset the password on your iCloud user id. If they are one and the same that's ok. Mine aren't.
I eventually found the answer:
in the settings app choose developer
2 scroll to the end and choose the sandbox apple account
3. choose this and reset

First - I'm not a developer.
Some time ago I came across Sequoia Beta and installed it thinking it was just a usage data collection thing.
I recently wanted to delete it because I suspected it was causing other issues, but was only offered to have updates stopped.
My MacBook Pro M2 still says I'm running Sequoia 15.3 (Beta 24D5034f).
I have another, maybe unrelated issue and posted a question about it on Apple Community but the question was deleted and I was pointed here because I mentioned the Beta!
This was my question:
I can FaceTime from the iPhone but when I try to FaceTime from the Mac, I get a notification on the Mac saying:
"iPhone calls not available. Your iPhone is not configured to allow calls using this Mac".
My iPhone is a 14Plus on iOS 18.2.1 (22C161).
I've tried the iPhone and Mac fixes suggested by Apple but no luck there - that was all about turning iMessages and FaceTime off or signing out for both devices, then power cycling both devices.
I don't understand how this is supposed to work.
Could my issue be related to the Beta?
If so, and in any case, how do I remove the Beta?

I have been trying to enroll for the Apple developer program for almost a year now but Apple has been deliberately frustrating my efforts despite providing every requested information and ID.
I have provided every single detail and have gotten to payment/purchase twice but Apple refused to debit/process my payments on both occasions. The latest being last week. I have successful $0.00 test transactions from Apple proving that my payment card is valid on Apple. There really isn't any excuse for not allowing me to complete purchase.
After that, Apple disabled my enrollment on the web and directed me to restart on the developer mobile app which I still complied with. Yet, after uploading my ID via a link that was sent to me by a certain Jenny from Developer support (eurodev@apple) and filling in my address hoping to finally proceed to purchase, Apple has disabled my enrollment and I see the message "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." The web option has also been disabled.
No message or explanation was provided.
Developer support and Apple support have refused to respond to my many mails since then.
It's almost as if they were not expecting me to meet their requirements as EVERY SINGLE STEP has been met with some sort of restriction.
I have successfully created and uploaded apps on the Google PlayStore till date using the same details without any hassles. I have no criminal records nor restrictions against my person and neither did Apple indicate anything that could prevent my enrollment so this treatment is distasteful.
I believe Apple discriminates against locations because I am African. I doubt if US or European applicants face this type of discriminatory treatment from a supposed multinational corporation.
I am not the only African complaining about this treatment too.
It is sad because Apple generates revenue from Africa but does not consider us to be relevant enough.

Since that time i couldn't able to renew Apple Developer Program membership.

The issue is on 6th December we successfully renewed our Membership program. In the beginning of January money returned to my bank account.
Now, even if I try to pay again for the Program it says:
Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time.
Your Apple ID is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.
What should we do? Our apps got banned from AppStore. We need a solution ASAP
