The apple connect account says expired card. But, when click on update card. The card in the account is up to date and not expired. can't removed and re-add the card do not have the option to use a different card

My apple developer account has been changed to organization information but the app store still shows the individual developer name, how to fix it? please help me

Hello, Typically, when we add a new device to our developer account, it’s available for use right away. However, we added two devices yesterday, and both are still showing a “processing” status today. We haven’t reached our maximum device limit. Is there currently a slowdown with Developer Services? I just joined the Apple Developer Program through my university team, and the point of contact for our university verified that I am on the team. However, after almost a week of waiting, I am still unable to access any privileges related to the program, and whenever I sign into my account, I am prompted to join the program, leading me to believe that there is some issue related to the enrollment process. Hi everyone, usually i used to work on my xamarin application from a windows OS using Visual Studio application. When testing IOS apps i used to connect to macbook that my boss has to my windows pc. Nowdays i have a big problem while i try to publish an app. I select Release configuration, rebuild the project and in this case it asks me to login in with my Apple developer account but i always get an errore: 'There is an error while trying to access the auth service is not available' Does anyone know a different way to publish an IOS app? I really do not know what to do. This is my first time trying to publish an IOS app..

I signed up for the Apple Developer Program 15 days ago, but I haven’t received any updates on my enrollment. A few days ago, I attempted to sign up again and contacted support three days ago, but I still haven’t received a response. I initially enrolled via the web, but I’m unable to re-enroll through the Apple Developer app with this email. To troubleshoot, I created a new Apple ID, and from that new account, I can proceed with enrollment via the app. My question is, should I attempt to enroll with my new Apple ID? And if so, would I be at risk of being charged twice if my original account is eventually approved, resulting in two active subscriptions?

We use managed Apple accounts for all users in our environment. One of these accounts is associated with an App Store app. Currently the developer console has a banner that says: "There's no credit/debit card on the Apple Online Store associated with your Apple ID to auto-renew your membership." This account, as well as my own admin account, are unable to add a payment method to our Apple account. We're missing the "Payments & Shipping" button on the Manage Account page. How can we renew our developer subscription to keep our app on the App Store? It's critical for us that the account that owns this app is managed. TIA

Hello. My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me: "Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." However, there's no "Renew" to tap or click anywhere in the app nor in the web. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

Hi, I am trying to debug a .NET MAUI App on an iPhone in Visual Studio 2022 on Windows. But to do this I need to add my Apple Developer Account to Visual Studio 2022. When I try to do this, I get an error message saying: Error adding account There was an error while trying to log in: Authentication service is unavailable. When I give it a different user ID that is part of the same Apple Developer Account it gives the same error. When I give an incorrect password, the same error appears.

When I was applying for the developer app, we were being told to pay the usual $99 USD for the annual fee, but since the site process is a little long from Apple's end they suggested we use the app. Omn using the app the fee was added by $20 USD, is this normal?

Hi there, My developer is trying to access my account. He's got admin access but keeps getting "Join the apple developer Program" message. Even though we have signed up for the developer account. We are trying to setup certificates and Identifiers but gets a message saying the Team ID isnt associated with the an active membership. The apple ID that's shown isnt even the same as our apple ID. However, I’ve been waiting for more than 3 days now without receiving a response. Unfortunately, the only way for me to reach them is via email, as phone support is not available in my country. I did enrollment but when I get to purchasing it cannot proceed further, I wait up to 2 business days every time and nothing happens. I didn't get any help from support about this. My enrollment lasts about 30 days now. I'm not sure what is happening. Also there is no option to cancel it and to switch to individual account, because now I don't even matter about the type, because I need app to be published on App Store. Can someone please help? What I can do to resolve this?
