Request access to prices up to $10,000 for in-app purchases

Hello developers,

I'm trying to add an in-app purchase to my app that costs more than $1000, which is the max price that I can set. I read that is possible to request access to prices up to $10,000, but I didn't find the via to make the request. Does anyone know where I can make this request?
