Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my app's subscriptions on App Store Connect and in the live app:
- My subscriptions have been stuck in "Waiting for Review" status for several days.
- In the live app, users are unable to view subscriptions, and the following error is displayed:
- Error 23: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details.
Steps I’ve Taken:
- Verified that the Paid Apps Agreement is active.
- Checked that the app metadata includes functional links for Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- Tested subscriptions in the sandbox environment, and they work perfectly there.
- Reached out to Apple Support but have not received a resolution yet.
Additional Notes:
- The app was recently approved and is live on the App Store.
- The subscriptions were correctly configured in App Store Connect.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
