Subscriptions Stuck on 'Waiting for Review' and Error 23 Issue in Live App

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my app's subscriptions on App Store Connect and in the live app:

  1. My subscriptions have been stuck in "Waiting for Review" status for several days.
  2. In the live app, users are unable to view subscriptions, and the following error is displayed:
    • Error 23: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details.

Steps I’ve Taken:

  • Verified that the Paid Apps Agreement is active.
  • Checked that the app metadata includes functional links for Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
  • Tested subscriptions in the sandbox environment, and they work perfectly there.
  • Reached out to Apple Support but have not received a resolution yet.

Additional Notes:

  • The app was recently approved and is live on the App Store.
  • The subscriptions were correctly configured in App Store Connect.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah my app is being stuck at "Waiting for Review" for 3 days, I don't know what's happening at Apple ?

The issue remains unresolved. My app is live on the App Store, but I am unable to see the Subscription Product ID on my screen because its status has been "Waiting for Review" for the past four days.
