Digital Service Act is stuck on "in review" in my Binyan app
I've submitted my Digital Service Act a month adn a half ago, but it is currently stuck in the "In Review" state. Because of this pending status, my app has been removed from the European storefronts, specifically Germany. i have customers waiting and it really hurts my business, what can i do? I tried to write to the developer support but received answer only onces that they cannot see any DSA cases where in reality there is and i cannot resubmit it or do anything otherwise waiting. If the support here or anyone can help it would be the best news for me, Thank you for that matter.

Medical Calculator Approval
Hi All, I’m trying to get my app approved that performs a few standard, well-established medical calculations including dosing. It was rejected for 1.4.2 Safety - Physical Harm. I’m confused because I can see dozens of published apps from developers and private companies that perform dose calculations and don’t appear to meet the 1.4.2 standard. Does anyone know what these developers might be doing differently that they are able to gain approval for their apps? Replying to the message in App Connect just got me what looks like a boilerplate answer. I want to be in compliance but it frustrating that I can’t get specifics on how to gain approval.

IAPs stuck in 'Waiting for Review' for 6 days. In-App Purchases section missing from version page
Hi, My app MediaForge (Bundle ID: uk.mediaforge.app) was approved and is live on the Mac App Store as v1.1.2, however my in-app purchases have been stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 6 days with no movement. Product IDs: uk.mediaforge.app.annual uk.mediaforge.app.lifetime During submission I encountered a known issue where the "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section was completely missing from the version page in App Store Connect, making it impossible to formally attach the IAPs to the build before submitting. I have seen other developers report the same bug on these forums. The app is live and customers are unable to make purchases as a result. I have raised a support ticket but have had no response. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is there anything I can do to progress this, or does it simply need Apple's review team to action the pending IAPs? Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Clarification on the Definition of "Drug Dosage Calculators" in Guideline 1.4.2
Hello, I am looking for a better understanding of Guideline 1.4.2, which states that "Drug dosage calculators" must be developed by drug manufacturers, hospitals, universities, or other approved entities. My main question is: What is Apple’s exact definition of a "Drug Dosage Calculator"? - Does the term exclusively refer to apps that calculate dosage (dose, interval, and treatment duration)? - Are apps that do not make clinical decisions, but only display bibliographic references based on user-entered data, also considered Drug Dosage Calculators? - If an app only performs basic mathematical operations on a dose value entered by the user, without suggesting medications or treatments, does it still fall under this restriction? I would like to better understand how Apple differentiates a medical support app (which only presents data) from a dosage calculator (which makes clinical decisions). I appreciate any insights from the community!

All Apps Showing “Removed from Sale” Suddenly – No Changes Made
Hi everyone, We are currently facing an issue in our App Store Connect account where all of our production apps are suddenly showing the status “Removed from Sale.” This happened unexpectedly, and: We did NOT make any manual changes to app availability No recent app rejections or guideline violations were received Agreements, Tax & Banking section shows no pending actions TestFlight builds are still working fine We also have not received any clear communication from Apple explaining the reason for this. This is affecting all our live apps and impacting business operations. Has anyone else faced a similar issue recently? Could this be related to account-level restrictions or any recent policy updates? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

[Bug] Cannot link In-App Purchases / Subscriptions to App Version in App Store Connect
Summary I am unable to link my In-App Purchases and Subscriptions to my app version in App Store Connect. The "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section described in Apple's documentation is not visible on my version preparation page, making it impossible to associate IAPs with my build before submission. Steps to Reproduce Open App Store Connect → My Apps → [App Name] Navigate to the app version in "Prepare for Submission" state Scroll through the entire version page The "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section is not present anywhere on the page Expected Behavior According to Apple's documentation and the note shown on the Subscriptions page itself: ▎ "Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version. Create your subscription, then select it in the 'In-App Purchases or Subscriptions' section of the app's version page before submitting the version for review." The section should be visible and allow me to select my configured subscriptions. Actual Behavior The section does not appear on the version page at all. My subscriptions (monthly, yearly, lifetime) are all in "Ready to Submit" state and correctly configured, but there is no way to link them to the build. Account & Contracts Status All prerequisites are in place: All contracts (Paid Apps Agreement) are signed and active — nothing pending under "Business" / "Agreements, Tax, and Banking" Banking and tax information is fully set up No open items or warnings under the Business section in App Store Connect Despite all account requirements being fulfilled, the IAP linking section remains absent from the version page. Impact This is blocking my app from being approved. Apple's reviewer rejected my submission with Guideline 2.1(a) stating the subscription screen showed no available plans. The reviewer cannot see the IAPs because they were never linked to the version — which I cannot do due to this missing UI section. Environment App Store Connect via browser (Safari + Chrome, both tested) App status: "Prepare for Submission" IAP status: All three products "Ready to Submit" First-time submission (new app, never been approved before) Workaround None found. This appears to be a UI bug in the current version of App Store Connect. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a way to link IAPs to a build via the API or any other workaround?

Appstore uploading images takes forever
I am trying to publish my first app and all i had left to do was upload a few pictures, but for an apparent reason i get stuck on that part even waiting after more than 30 minutes it always say that it still is uploading the pictures or are still in progress. But when looking for all the pictures they are present, and why is it taking longer than 30 minutes to upload. While the pictures are the right sizes in pixels but low in kb, i have no idea why it is taking it that long before i can get my first app approved.

App stuck in Waiting for Review, despite expedited review request
Our app has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" since last Thursday (6 days). Our users rely on our service, and these update delays erode the trust we have with our user base. We submitted an expedited review that was approved several days ago and have not heard back. Additionally, we called developer support yesterday and have not received an update. We'd appreciate if someone from the App Review team could look into this promptly.

App stuck in review, need to address a critical bug
I submitted an expedited review request over 17 hours ago and haven’t heard back yet. My app has also been sitting in review for 6 days with no status update. The situation is a bit stressful — my current version has a critical bug affecting the restore purchases flow, and I’ve been getting emails from users who can’t restore their previous purchases. I submitted a new version (1.4.2) with the fix, hoping the expedited request would help move things along. Has anyone had a similar experience recently?

Click "Update Review", or wait for Resolution Center reply?
My app (Markets: Global Trading 24/7, version 1.0.6, App ID 6756673679) was rejected on April 20 for Guideline 1.2. Apple's rejection message offered the option to demonstrate compliance via a screen recording, which we provided in Resolution Center the same day. The submission has remained in Rejected status while we await a response. Do we need to click "Update Review" to surface this to App Review, or are we supposed to wait in "Rejected" status until we get a Resolution Center reply? Thank you.

My App stuck in "Waiting for Review" two week
Hello everyone, My app (ID: 6756186616) was submitted on Mar 15, 2026, and has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" status for over 17 days. I contacted Developer Support (case #20000111565861) and received confirmation that it's proceeding normally, but no update since. On average, Apple reviews 90 percent of apps within 24 hours. However, there might be cases that need more review time, but mine exceeds two week. Any recent experiences with long queues? Thanks!

Does Review team have a right to demand video?
The review team started to demand me to make a video of my app: We still need a demo video that shows a physical Apple device and the designated hardware pairing together and interacting during the use of the app. Provide a demo video that shows: The current version of the app in use on a physical Apple device, not on a simulator The initial pairing process between the app and the designated hardware The entire app workflow with the designated hardware Film the demo video to show both the designated hardware and the app running on a physical Apple device. The app is an extremely simple 1-button utility that starts a workout and broadcasts heart rate over Bluetooth. I believe it's way too much. It's a complicated task to film Apple Watch on my hand while also managing hardware (My Mac Book) and somehow operating camera simultaneously. I wonder if I can submit an appeal or replace that reviewer somehow.

Notice of Termination - Indie dev from Angola
Hello, I'm an indie developer residing in Angola and founder of ADA - Apple Developer Angola, a community for Apple developers. I recently received news that my account was closed due to errors I take responsibility for. All I would like from Apple is an opportunity to do the right thing. Seeing my account blocked has greatly impacted my career. I regret my actions and simply want a chance to show that I will do the right thing.

App being repeatedly rejected under 3.2 while unlisted distribution request sits unanswered
I submitted our for App Store review about two weeks ago. Apple correctly flagged it under Guideline 3.2 — it's a sales tool built exclusively for our employees, not a public app. No argument there. The problem is what's happened since. I submitted a formal unlisted distribution request, opened a support case, replied to the rejection thread in App Store Connect, and requested a phone call from App Review. I got an automated confirmation that my unlisted request would be reviewed within 3 business days. It never was. No response to the unlisted request. No phone call. No reply to my support case. And the review team keeps picking up the submission and rejecting it again for the same 3.2 issue, as if the unlisted request doesn't exist. I'm not disputing anything. I just need the review team and the unlisted distribution team to talk to each other so I can resubmit correctly. Is there anything I can do to get this unblocked? App ID: 6754469558

stuck in app review for more than 2 months
Dear App Review Team, Two of our apps have been stuck in the “Waiting for Review” status for an unusually long time: App ID: 6705133649 – waiting since march 12, 2026. Normally, reviews start within a few days, but in our case, it’s been almost two months without any updates or communication from Apple. We would like to know: Is there a specific reason for this extended hold? Is any action required from our side? When can we expect the review to proceed? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

App stuck in Waiting for Review
Hi, This is my first time releasing an app to the store and it's been stuck in a "Waiting to review" state for about 5 days now. From what I gathered, most apps should be reviewed within a 48 hour period. I was just curious if there's something blocking it being sent to the In Review state. Thanks for any help you can provide.
