Whatsapp Crashing
Hi I have been having an issue with my whatsapp. Everytime I open the app, within 5 seconds the app completely crashes. The app needs to be closed and then opened again, but keeps crashing within 5 seconds of being open. Have deleted the app and re-installed but no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Iphone Pro Mac 16, 18.2 (22C152)
Hi, since the last 2 updates on the Iphone the battery drains really quick. I can't even last a day without having to recharge. I made sure all my apps where closed and at the end of day my only way to slow the leak was to put it in battery saving mode. Im not sure im at the right place to report this issue. My iPad Pro M4, MacBook Pro 14 inch M4 with pro chip are all with Beta softwares so I guess Im at the right place to report.

Can't login apple site with passkeys for so long time
I recently updated to iOS 18.1.1 and macOS 15.1.1, but I'm unable to log into Apple's official sites, such as https://account.apple.com/ or https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login, using passkeys. I'm located in mainland China, and I also can't reset the passkeys through the Password application, as there are no Apple passkeys listed in the Password -> Passkeys section. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? The error message: Can't verify your account. Try again or continue with password. ps:no Apple Support Community members answer this question, so I post this issue here

Looking for opinions….
Hi, I’m running out of hard disk space on my Mac mini and am considering moving all of my projects to iCould. But I need to know if anyone else has done this and if iCloud would be a viable option working with Xoode and if said idea would be able to keep up with any update(s) that I’d make to an app. Thank you, Dan Uff

Space bar to select text
Hi community! I have come across a situation where I want to select a text in my iPhone by pressing the spacebar on my keyboard and then holding with another finger on any other part of the keyboard to move the spacebar finger freely and start selecting text. I hope I was clear about which function I am referring to. The issue however is that I often find myself selecting more than I wanted (going over to the next characters by one or two) and I can’t go back. This might be a very small detail, but I really think it can be beneficial to change the function so that your selecting point is a pivot and the sliding finger moves the selection to the right and left from the same end of the selection area. Right now, when moving the finger to the right or left, the text selection gets larger from each side of the selection, but it can’t be shortened when a mistake like going over happens, at least in the same maneuver. I believe it’s very easy to select the desired pivot where the selection will start, because the user can first hold and slide the spacebar to locate the vertical bar in the text and then hold with second finger to start selecting. That means that being able to move both ends of the selection area is not necessarily providing a uniquely useful advantage. Thanks for reading, I hope someone understands what I am saying and the apple community is able to fix this inconvenience.

iPhone Storage Full Bug
I recorded a 20 minute session with my iPhone 11 Pro running ios 18.1.1. It was in 4K however, my phone had 130GB of free space! Halfway along the recording it displayed the error that my storage was full, and that recording stopped. I then proceeded to go to settings and check the storage, still 127 GB free. I have iCloud photos on, and my media is syncing.

Does apple intelligence integrate with my Iphone 14 Apple Health App?
I’m curious if Siri can help me improve my overall health, specifically with goals like losing weight. I’m not a programmer or very technical, so I’d love simple explanations or step-by-step instructions. Here’s what I’d like to know: Can Siri provide personalized health tips or reminders to help with weight loss (e.g., drinking water, exercising, or meal tracking)? How can I use Siri to set up routines or shortcuts that integrate with the Apple Health app? Are there any specific commands or features that make it easier to track progress, like logging meals or checking daily step counts? I’m looking for practical ways to use Siri as a health companion without needing to dive into complex setups. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Screen refresh issue in CarPlay
I am new to CarPlay development. I am working on an app that has four tabs. The first tab has a POI template. I make an API call, once the data is received, I need to refresh the POI template to display the data received. Below is a sample code. Please guide me on this. Right now I am pushing a new template once data is obtained which is not the right behaviour func templateApplicationScene(_ templateApplicationScene: CPTemplateApplicationScene, didConnect interfaceController: CPInterfaceController) { self.interfaceController = interfaceController let tabs = CPTabBarTemplate(templates: [firstTab(), secondTab(), thirdTab(), fourthTab()]) interfaceController.setRootTemplate(tabs, animated: true, completion: nil) } func firstTab() -> CPTemplate { // Placeholder template while data is loading let placeholderPOI = CPPointOfInterest(location: MKMapItem(placemark: MKPlacemark(coordinate: CLLocationCoordinate2D(latitude: 0.0, longitude: 0.0))), title: "Loading...", subtitle: "", summary: "Data is currently loading", detailTitle: "", detailSubtitle: "", detailSummary: "", pinImage: nil) let placeholderTemplate = CPPointOfInterestTemplate(title: "EV Stations", pointsOfInterest: [placeholderPOI], selectedIndex: 0) // Asynchronously update the template once data is loaded Task { await loadAndUpdateTimeConsumingData(for: placeholderTemplate) } return placeholderTemplate } func loadAndUpdateTimeConsumingData(for template: CPPointOfInterestTemplate) async { do { // Simulate a 1-minute delay try await Task.sleep(nanoseconds: 60 * 1_000_000_000) // Mock data let stations = [Station1(name: "Station 1", city: "City A", address: "123 Lane", coordinates: (latitude: 12.3456, longitude: 76.7890))] let pointsOfInterest = stations.map { station -> CPPointOfInterest in let mapItem = MKMapItem(placemark: MKPlacemark(coordinate: CLLocationCoordinate2D(latitude: station.coordinates.latitude, longitude: station.coordinates.longitude))) return CPPointOfInterest(location: mapItem, title: station.name, subtitle: station.city, summary: station.address, detailTitle: "", detailSubtitle: "", detailSummary: "", pinImage: nil) } // Update the template let poiTemplate = CPPointOfInterestTemplate(title: "EV Stations", pointsOfInterest: pointsOfInterest, selectedIndex: 0) await MainActor.run { self.interfaceController?.pushTemplate(poiTemplate, animated: true, completion: nil) } } catch { } }

Unexpected application crashes
Hello. I have an app published on the AppStore. I am developing the app with .NET MAUI. Last week, some app users reported crashes on the splash screen and mentioned that they could never open the app. There is no common feature among the users experiencing crashes. They have different device models and different operating system versions. I have never been able to replicate this issue on about 10 devices around me. There are screen records of the crash. However, there are no logs of these crashes in either the crash reports on Xcode or the Crashes section on App Store Connect. I included one of the users experiencing the crash in External Testing on TestFlight. I removed the OneSignal SDK, which I suspected to be the source of the crash, from the project and created a new version. The user installed this version, but the crashes continued. Now, in the Testers section of the External Testing group, I see that the user has started 2 sessions and experienced 2 crashes. However, there is still no log in the Feedback > Crashes section. I don't know what more I can do without any logs. I could try using external services like Raygun to obtain logs, but since the app crashes before it even opens, I'm not sure if that would work either. Do you have any other suggestions?

DELETED APP PERMANENTLY OFF HOME SCREEN AND CANNOT GET IT BACK- I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING!!
I deleted an app off of my screen and from my app library and cannot get it back. I also added face ID only to get in. The only way that I can get to the app is from the app store by searching it up and pressing open. I cannot search it on the home screen or app library. I’ve been on settings>general>iPhone storage>hidden apps to delete it but it takes just displays the loading circle and doesn’t do a thing. I’ve offloaded the app and redownloaded it and it still won’t appear. It’s a massive pain to have to go onto the app store and search it up every time i need to open it (which is around 20 times a day 😭) and I would really appreciate a solution. Believe me- I have tried EVERYTHING!

Asking for help with a rejection that lasts several weeks
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PO4UBVURX7M I've been getting rejected for several weeks, but I'll try to solve the problem through search or kindly provide guidance. The problem of claiming that the splash screen is frozen is frustrating because it cannot be reproduced. I also took a video and delivered it, and I'm really trying my best, but I don't know how. If you are developing in Flutter and receive feedback that it is stuck on the splash screen, can you get help on how to resolve it? What I found out through searching is to build it in the shell as follows: sudo rm -rf $HOME/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/* && cd ~/Projects/myproject && flutter clean && flutter pub get && cd ios && rm -rf Podfile.lock Pods && pod install && cd .. && flutter build ios --release and xcode -> archive -> apple upload. Even if I upload like this, there is a splash problem sometimes and I don't know what to do.

Before opening this file, make sure it is not corrupted and comes from a trusted source. Do you want to open this file now? icloud' developers, please fix it, thx.

Apple Music Crash Exploit
Hello  A critical issue with the Apple Music app has been identified and consistently reported through Feedback Assistant, yet it remains unresolved. This exploit can reliably cause the app to crash under specific conditions, and each instance results in the device physically overheating, raising significant concerns regarding performance and hardware safety. The issue is reproducible every time, highlighting its severity and the potential impact on user experience and device functionality. Immediate attention from the development team would be greatly appreciated to address this matter. Contact us to see video: dontdelaydynamics.org Thank you!
