Cannot enroll
I can log in but not renew dev programm payment: Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership. In trader contact i see a wrong DUNS Number but i enabled no chance to edit. When i try to get a support call, error message wrong email. But in account is the right one confirmed. Thanks for helping, how can i enroll to the dev programm and publish my new App? Android is now approved and i stuck with IOS here.

26.1 Beta Update Bug
I am using iphone 15 pro max since last two years. Recently I did a 26.1 beta update. Since then the phone haptics malfunctioned. The phone keeps vibrating even after picking up the call and only way to get rid of it is to switch off the haptics but then one miss the calls when on silent mode. Another issue which has cropped up after 26.1 beta update is sudden disconnections of apple car play when I am talking on the phone in the car while using wireless Apple CarPlay.

Developer Program membership
Yesterday I paid for my developer account the way I pay for Apple Music and iCloud every month. I received an email that the payment was successful. But my account still looks unpaid. Now if I try to click the renew active button in the Developer app I get a message that my developer account is already subscribed. Last time I was told in technical support that the payment was made for another developer account, but I paid for my account while logged in with my apple id. I ask you to resolve this issue so that my account becomes active.

Have developer registrations been suspended?
I purchased a developer account approximately 4 days ago, on Saturday. The payment was successfully charged to my card and I have the receipt, but I have not received any approval. The status is still PENDING, and we are about to enter the 5th day without approval. How can this issue be resolved? We are also not receiving any responses to our support tickets.

Enrollment stuck at ‘Your enrollment is being processed’ for 3 weeks (ID: 6H5P2ZBY6H)
Hello, My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck at “Your enrollment is being processed” for more than three weeks. My Enrollment ID is 6H5P2ZBY6H. I would like to know why my enrollment is taking so long and if there is any additional action required from my side. Enrollment Button not working on Apple Developer App
Hello Apple Support team, I hope You are doing well this is Muhammad Musaab and i am currently applying for the apple developer program i have successfully completed my apple profile and when i logged in to my developer app on macbook and also on my iphone the enrollment button gets grayed out and unclickable, please i do not want to sign up on web page i am asking help regarding the grayed out button i am getting on apple developer app. Kindly resolve this issue as soon so that i could provide my unique games and apps to apple users. PKPASS is updated but the client but push is not showing on the device
Good day) I am developing an application for generating PKPASS in Java. PKPASS itself is generated and installed on the device and updated. But I encountered a problem. When sending information about the update to the APNs service, PKPASS is updated, but the push notification is not shown on the device. On the device, all tooltypes are set to receive the update. As well as the basic settings: We go to the APNs service using = JWT token. "apns-push-type"= "alert" "apns-topic" = PassTypeIdentifier payload = {} I would also like to add that we send push notifications to the production environment. P. S. Stuck After Paying – “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement” Loop
Hi, I need help resolving an enrollment issue. When I log into my Apple Developer account on the website, I only see the message: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement.” After that, nothing else loads and I can’t continue. What I’ve tried: Paid the annual fee (it shows as charged). Logged in from iPhone (Developer app), Mac, Safari, and Chrome. Same error. Cleared cookies, tried private mode, and even changed my email. Contacted normal Apple Support (they couldn’t help). Tried to reach Developer Support but I can’t since I’m technically not enrolled. Other details: I can’t access App Store Connect. My Apple ID birthday is set to 15 October 2000. I’ve already accepted the Developer Agreement. Developer app shows an error whenever I try enrollment there. At this point, I’m stuck in a loop: Apple says I’ve already agreed, but my membership isn’t activated, and I can’t contact the right support channel.

Not able to enroll
We are facing an issue with creating a developer account for our organisation on the App Store. Apple mentions that there was already an account with this entity whose membership got terminated 4 years back and they can't create another one. We don't have any idea who created that account. It was created and terminated before we got our DUNS number. Despite us submitting proofs that me and my partner are the authorised person for this organisation and creating a case multiple times, we have made no progress on this. How can we escalate this and ensure someone from team actually looks at our case carefully?

Enrollment still pending with Apple Developer
Frustrated developer here. I’ve been dealing with Apple developers via telephone and have been submitting a case a week for the last four weeks with the same response “The developers are reviewing your application“. How long does it take to review an application? It’s weird because I started the same process with Google at the same time and they are now reviewing my app for publishing.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Pending
Hi everyone, I am experiencing a serious issue with enrolling in the Apple Developer Program and have been unable to resolve it. I initially applied more than a week ago, but I never received an activation email or any confirmation that my membership has become active. Since there was no progress, I attempted to submit the enrollment multiple times and also withdrew/canceled previous attempts, as I was uncertain about the appropriate course of action. I additionally tried using different credit cards, assuming that the payment method might be the source of the problem. The core issues are as follows: My order/enrollment remains in a “processing” state, I do not receive an activation email, Apple Developer Program Support has not responded. I have already sent more than five emails to support, yet I have received no response and no updates. Has anyone encountered a similar situation before?

Cant login apple account
Hello, I am an Apple Developer and I have been unable to access my Apple ID for more than a week because of a verification code issue. Every time I try to sign in to my Apple ID or manage my banking information, I see this error message: “Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last verification code you received or try again later.” The problem is that I am not receiving any SMS verification codes at all, so I cannot enter any “last code”, and I cannot complete the sign-in process. I have already tried the following: Waited more than 24 hours without requesting new codes, several times. Tried signing in from different devices and networks. Confirmed that my phone number is active and can receive other SMS messages from different services. The issue persists and I am effectively locked out of my Apple ID. This is a critical problem for me because it directly affects my Apple Developer work: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect. I cannot add or edit my banking information. I cannot upload my app or submit it for review. I also do not have another phone number that I can add as a trusted phone number, so I cannot simply switch to a different number. I kindly ask for a concrete technical solution or manual intervention for my Apple ID, not just “wait 24 hours and try again”, because I have already done that multiple times and the error is still there. Could you please: check if there is a block or rate limit on verification codes for my account, and help reset it or provide another way to verify my identity and restore access to my Apple ID, or assist me with updating my trusted phone number after verifying my identity? This issue is blocking my ability to continue development and release of my app on the App Store, so I would really appreciate any escalation to the appropriate technical team. No response from Apple Developer support
Hello! I have requested multiple issues on https://developer.apple.com/contact/ (it has been over two weeks now requesting an update with a valid DUNS number), yet they have not even emailed me anything. I am trying to convert my developer account from individual to team, so my other team members can render the app on Xcode even when Appled ID login is in place in the app (currently, they can't compile the app with the "individual" developer account). I would just like to have my account be updated from individual to organization. I have also tried many times on https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/migrate-individual-account/

duplicated payment py mistake and account still pending
Hi, I completed my Apple Developer registration on November 9, 2025, and paid the fee. Afterwards, there was option to pay fee again and i thought first payment is not working I was charged another €99 from other visa card, so I basically paid twice. But nothing has changed on my account so far — it show as “pending”. I also can’t reach Apple Support, Has anyone else experienced something like this or knows what I can do?

Unable to Contact Support While My Apple Developer Enrollment Is Under Review.
I am trying to enroll my company in the Apple Developer Program. My enrollment status shows as “Under Review,” and I received instructions to contact Apple to continue enrollment. However, when I attempt to submit a support request, I got: "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address." I can't submit Contact Apple Developer Support Online ticket, I got "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address.". And I cannot change my email. Even tho, my email is correct and used for Apple Business Account. I try calling Contact Apple Support - Apple Support, but they can't help me, They are only technical support for devices. Email is used for Apple Business Account only. How can I continue enrollment?

Apple Develeoper Account Creation issue
Hi, I'm new to apple, I'm planning to deploy an app in the apple app Store... for this process to be done I've created apple developer account through an iPhone, when following the steps.. it asked to enter DUNS number as I'm business not individual, I've entered it but shown a DUNS number mis match notice when submit, so I tapped back and selected individual and accepted terms and conditions(just to check if it is working), now it was fixed for individual account(can't change), but I need organisation registration, please help me out somebody. There will be pooja goods sales in the app, so the individual account is sufficient or should be as organisation?

Developer Program membership

Cant login apple account
