According to Apple's stated timeline, the account should be processed within two business days, but it has now been significantly delayed. I have already sent a follow-up email and a message via the support form, but I have not received any response. Hey everyone, I'm facing a major issue. I enrolled in the Apple Developer program, but when I logged into the Developer app on my personal phone (which is linked to my personal Apple ID), the subscription got transferred to my personal account.

I have been invited to teams I can navigate things at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ smoothly. But https://developer.apple.com/account does not show teams and don't have access to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/. Thus my Xcode not showing teams too.

Hi everyone, My Apple Developer Program subscription was supposed to renew last month, but the payment failed. Surprisingly, the subscription didn’t expire right away, I got an extra month. I’ve now tried updating the payment method using multiple credit/debit cards (including my own and my dad’s), all of which are working perfectly elsewhere but the payment continues to fail. In the Developer app on macOS, I don’t see any option to manually renew the subscription (see attached screenshot). I also noticed that the street address on my developer account doesn’t match the billing address of the card I’m using. Could this be the cause of the issue? If automatic renewal fails, is there a manual payment method available? I’ve already contacted Apple Support, but the solutions they suggested haven’t worked. With my subscription now set to expire in just 3 days, I’m running out of time and options. If there's any way to manually pay or resolve this, I would really appreciate it. I’m in a desperate situation and need to renew to keep my app updates live. Thanks in advance!

I work on an app that has the com.apple.developer.mail-client entitlement. We're interested in trying out Xcode Cloud, and one of the project and workspace requirements is to use automatic code signing. We do not do this at the moment because it's not compatible with the additional entitlement. My understanding is that we can migrate to automatic code signing if we migrate the additional entitlement to a capability and that to accomplish this our account holder needs to submit a request (see the last section of that page). We submitted the request a little over 3 weeks ago, but so far we haven't heard any updates. We also tried reaching out directly to the email address linked in the com.apple.developer.mail-client docs, but have not heard back. We're now posting here to see if anyone can provide some guidance on whether there are other steps to complete or contacts to whom we should reach out. Thanks!

Hello Developers, On ios device i recently installed Teams, Instagram and facebook apps.When i change the device language/locale appname remains same i.e in english. All three apps i m able to search with it japanese translation like Teams ->チーム, Instagram->インスタグラム, Facebook ->フェイスブック when device locale in english or japanese.How can i achieve this?.Any suggestion up will be helpful.

When we initiated the app transfer, we were eligible for app transfer and it was transferred as well. But App's bundle identifiers are not transferred yet which is blocking to push new updates. We contacted various time to apple, but we get similar responses. What may be the exact reason that is blocking to transfer the app bundle identifiers. However, app has already been transferred and active from recipient developer account.

After an Apple Developer Enterprise Program account expires, can certificates and provisioning profiles still work if they are within their valid period? Do apps continue working for up to 90 days? Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

I’m having a problem with my Apple Developer subscription payment: 1️⃣ My card was successfully charged €99 – I have a confirmation email from the payment system 2️⃣ But my Apple Developer account shows "Order Canceled" – the cart displays this status Additionally, when I log into my account, it prompts me to register again as if the payment didn’t go through. Background: Set up developer account under a business name only because we needed the D-U-N-S number when starting development Have a working app with Family Controls already configured on the main identifier Yesterday my developer discovered we need Family Controls on 3 additional identifiers for launch a week ago (terrible timing) I submitted a business name change request thinking it was good housekeeping The Crisis: Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal is completely locked during business name change processing Can’t add Family Controls to the 3 identifiers we need for launch Business name change typically takes 2-4 weeks Launch is in 10 days What I’ve Done: Contacted Apple Developer Support explaining the urgency Case ID: 102633553000 for the name change request Desperate Questions: Has ANYONE successfully cancelled a business name change mid-process for urgent app needs? Any emergency escalation paths at Apple for launch-blocking issues? Would creating a new developer account be faster? (Though that seems nuclear) Any other workarounds I’m not thinking of? I want to track monitoring of specific website for that user will enter URL , we want to start monitoring and shield after threshold reached. but DeviceActivityEvent doesn't allow to enter specific URL domain for monitoring . How should I do monitoring then ?

I have been waiting almost 2 months for my Apple developer account to be approved. I am unable to reach Apple even though I have submitted a ticket and made phone calls and requested to escalate. I have an event at the end of next week so I need the account approved so that I can upload the app. Can someone help? I am really desperate. I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. Hi, I need to contact Apple developer support. But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!). I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid", I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form. The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

Hello, In 2024 I received notice of Apple Developer Account termination (Team ID: FCKZLDS8EQ) (with no reason) and in 5 days I have sended the appeal. After 30+ days - my account was terminated. The notification said that I only have a month to file an appeal, I did it within 5 days, but neither during the month nor so far - I have not received a response. Also, after the appeal, I contacted support saying that there was no response to the appeal and still remained unanswered to these tickets: 102346160903 and 102349953096. I described everything in detail in that appeal. I have an Apple Developer membership since 2014 and this is some kind of misunderstanding, I have an old trusted developer account without any violations.
