Authentication failed because the remote party sent a TLS alert: 'HandshakeFailure'
Around March 25th, the payment function of my app suddenly failed to successfully parse payment information, while the previous functions were normal. The normal logic is that we will send payment information to this address on Apple( https://buy.itunes.apple.com/verifyReceipt )We will receive a parsed file in JSON format. But this time we did get an error, which is as follows 2025-03-26 16:46:58.0064 (HttpHelper.cs:78) Exception ex: System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception. ---> System. Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: Authentication failed because the remote party sent a TLS alert: 'HandshakeFailure'. We have tried many solutions and have not received any improvement. I would like to ask if you have recently upgraded something that has caused some old code to become unusable. Hope you can provide us with some solutions, thank you!

App (using MusicKit) rejected - Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage
App Rejected stating "Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage" Issue Description One or more purpose strings in the app do not sufficiently explain the use of protected resources. Purpose strings must clearly and completely describe the app's use of data and, in most cases, provide an example of how the data will be used. My App is simple using MusicKit. My app has only two buttons and the user just taps them. ・search button : Search for Apple Music with auto-generated text and play previews. ・listen button : Listen to searched songs on Apple Music. NSAppleMusicUsageDescription key is "the app requires Apple Music access to search for songs and to play the searched songs." I don't know how to fix it. Please let me know some advice.

Developer Enrollment Delayed for Over a Month – Apple Support is a Nightmare!
I cannot believe how slow, opaque, and frustrating the Apple Developer enrollment process has become. I have been waiting for over a month, and every single step has been a nightmare. I have paid twice, the latest over a week ago, and still no activation. I have sent over 10 emails to support, and either I get no response or the same useless generic reply that does nothing to resolve the issue. I post here on the forum, and Apple remains completely silent. How can a company like Apple treat its developer partners this way? Google and Meta finalize these processes in 48 hours, while here, every step feels like a black hole of delays and excuses. This situation is beyond unacceptable. If Apple wants serious developers on its platform, it needs to fix this broken system. Has anyone else been stuck in this endless loop? What solutions exist, other than waiting forever? case (#102554666707) case [20000095668276] #AppleFail #DeveloperSupport #Frustrated

We cant activate an Apple Developer Account
Hello, We are struggling with a case creating the accounts for a company from Serbia and Croatia. The specific issue we are facing with these two accounts is that the enrollment is accepted without any problems. However, it is worth noting that during the registration of the Serbian account, Apple requested personal documentation from the account holder. Once the documentation was provided, the enrollment was successfully completed. However, when it comes to making the subscription payment, the transaction does not process correctly. We have tried making the payment from different devices and using various payment methods, but in all cases, we have been unable to activate the account. We always consider Apple's 48-hour processing time for payments, but after that period, we receive no information—neither account activation nor payment rejection. When we contacted Apple Support to explain our case, the only solution they provided was to cancel the Apple Developer enrollment and start the entire process again. However, even after doing this, the client is still unable to activate their account. Hope that someone that faced the same issue can help with this as Apple support won't give us more information about which can be the problem. Thank you,

Developer Support Contact Page Won't Load (Among Other Issues)
I just joined the Apple Developer Program through my university team, and the point of contact for our university verified that I am on the team. However, after almost a week of waiting, I am still unable to access any privileges related to the program, and whenever I sign into my account, I am prompted to join the program, leading me to believe that there is some issue related to the enrollment process. I went to find a support link to see if I could sort out this issue, but whenever I navigate to the link given on the developer program page (https://developer.apple.com/contact/), I am greeted with a blank screen. Is it possible that I've done something wrong during the enrollment process?

APNS Push Notifications Not Received Despite Valid Certificates
I have referred the provided link Establishing a connection to Apple Push Notification service (APNs). And wanted to highlight that although our APNs certificate is valid until 09 August 2025, we have been unable to send notifications since 22nd April 2025. The error we are encountering is: "java.io.IOException: keystore password was incorrect". After encountering the above APNs exception, we created a new APNs certificate, but unfortunately, we are still facing the same issue. We are receiving the following notification response, but the users are not receiving notifications on the iOS mobile application. Message(Id=1; Token=9C105A434496F9C8E6A47819DAA4C402CF0C231F8219F22AD4FFBD5D0300D832; Payload={"aps":{"alert":{"title":"Message from : ta785","body":"Sender Contact Number : 2341561726\nMessage : test"},"sound":"default"}}) We suspect this issue may be related to recent changes in the APNs certificate authority, specifically the transition to the USERTrust RSA Certification Authority. Given that we are still using a valid APNs certificate, we are unsure whether this transition has impacted our configuration or caused the issue. Could you please guide us or provide support to troubleshoot this error? Any assistance in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Adding devices to developer account stuck at "processing"
Hello, Typically, when we add a new device to our developer account, it’s available for use right away. However, we added two devices yesterday, and both are still showing a “processing” status today. We haven’t reached our maximum device limit. Is there currently a slowdown with Developer Services? Thanks!

Apple Developer Enrollment Taking Too Long – Anyone Else Facing Delays?
I applied for the Apple Developer Program on 16 Feb, but my enrollment is still pending with no updates. This delay is really affecting my project timeline since I need to start marketing my app soon, and I can’t move forward without my account being approved. I’ve already reached out to Apple Developer Support, but I haven’t gotten any clear response on when it will be completed. tried even calling the support line but they couldn't help with developer accounts. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? If so, how long did it take for your account to get approved? Would appreciate any advice or insights! Thanks in advance.

Confusing situation with the status of my Developer Program Enrollment
I've registered a developer account and paid for the Developer Program on Feb 12. On Feb 20 I received a payment confirmation. Here's how my "order" looks like right now. This is a bit confusing because there's nothing to "ship", that's a subscription. But OK, maybe that's a unified UI for all purchases. As you can see my order was not yet fulfilled. I've checked the status of my developer account. It shows "Pending". Here's the screenshot. What's even more weird, is that I still see the purchase banner as if I never paid for the program. I've opened a support ticket on Feb 19 but did not receive any messages afterwards. It's as if I've paid for the service and then got completely ignored on actually receiving the service. Does anybody know what's happening with my account? Did you encounter anything like this? Thanks in advance for any help!

Apple Developer Program is not allowing me to enroll
Hey everyone, Five days ago, on Sunday, I bought an Apple Developer Program subscription for 99 euros. I used the Developer app on my device because the Developer website said, "Enroll in the program with the Apple Developer app," and I thought it would be better to use the app directly rather than the website. I purchased the subscription, the funds were released from my card, and I received a receipt. The site mentioned that I would be enrolled within 48 hours, and the Developer app stated that I would receive an email soon. Guess what? I didn't receive an email. Instead, I got a message in the Developer app saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit the Apple Developer site to enroll." What is happening? I just paid for a subscription using my iCloud email in the Developer app, my bank released the funds, I got a receipt, and yet I didn't get access? Well, okay—I went to the website, but instead of giving me an option to proceed with the previous subscription, they asked me to pay AGAIN. This time, it was 99 dollars. Since I'm in hurry, I paid again, assuming they will refund one of the charges—because how could one account have two same subscriptions? Strangely, for this second payment, I didn’t receive an email receipt, just a message saying that the order request would be processed soon. Now, the problem is that this second subscription isn’t even listed in my subscriptions—only the first one is. On top of that, I’m worried I won’t get access within 48 hours as promised, since I’ve seen other people waiting for months after paying. That’s not fair. I also saw that some people were asked to provide an ID to confirm their identity, but I was never asked for that. I'm not from the US, I’m of legal age, and I’ve been an Apple user for almost a year. Does anyone know what’s happening and how I can avoid getting scammed by Apple? It sounds weird, but it’s ridiculous that a premium company like Apple has these kinds of issues. I contacted support, but I haven’t received a response. Thanks in advance.
