Hello, it's been about a month since I haven't had access to the application part of my App Store Connect account. When I try to access it, I'm asked to provide my documents, which is what I naturally did, but each time there are errors that come out and when I contacted Apple about these errors, they asked me to clear the cache of my connection browser and try again, which is what I naturally did, but the same error persists. Then they asked me to send them the "har" file from my Safari browser, which is what I did, then a few days later they made me understand that the problem is resolved. I went to check and I saw that the problem is still not resolved. I finished the cache and the problem is still not resolved, so I tried with other browsers, it's the same problem. I tried with other devices too, it's the same problem, so I contacted them again to tell them that the problem is still not resolved and from him since then no answers. If someone can help me please

Response Time for Apple Developer Enterprise Program Registration
Our company has been trying to register for the Apple Developer Enterprise Program since September 15, 2024. However, it wasn’t until early November that we received an email requesting our business information. Following that, we contacted Apple’s team on November 15, 2024, to answer their interview questions. Now, more than a month has passed since that call, and we still have no idea about the status of our approval. When I check the account, it always shows 'Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is 8K8SXNKA89.' I’ve also emailed Apple Support but have not received any further response. How much longer will this process take? Apple’s handling of this is excessively slow and frustrating

In App Purchase
I’m facing an issue with In-App Purchases. I’ve completed the setup successfully. I logged in with User A's Apple account on an iPhone and completed a purchase. After that, I logged in with User B's account on the same iPhone. When I try to make the same purchase, I get the following error: “Purchase is a duplicate and will not be reported.” Because the purchase was already made using User A’s Apple ID, I’m unable to make the same purchase again using User B’s account on the same device. Could you please guide me on how to handle this situation?

Regarding the Small Business Program (https://developer.apple.com/cn/app-store/small-business-program/#faq), I have a question about the policy statement: "If a participating developer surpasses the 1 million USD threshold in the current calendar year, the standard commission rate will apply to future sales." Question: How is the exact date calculated for reverting to the standard commission rate? For example, if a developer’s proceeds exceed $1 million on April 20, 2025, when does the standard commission rate take effect? Specifically: Is the standard commission rate applied immediately on April 21, 2025? Does it take effect at the start of the next calendar month (May 2025)? Or is it triggered when the payment cycle closes (e.g., June 2025 when the billing statement is generated)? Thank you for your assistance!

Stuck on "Purchase your membership" After Payment - Over 1 week
Hi everyone, I'm having an issue completing my Apple Developer Program enrollment. After submitting payment, I keep seeing the message: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” It’s been over 1 week, and this message hasn’t changed. I’ve already made the purchase twice. I’ve tried: • Logging out and back into my Apple ID • Using different browsers • Waiting patiently as instructed (well beyond 48 hours) Still, I can't proceed or access my developer account. This is blocking my app release, and I haven’t been able to get a clear response from the portal. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I escalate this to get it resolved? Apple Pay Display Name
My company rebranded and we need to update our merchant name that displays when a user makes a purchase with their Apple Wallet. The merchant name displays correctly on bank statements, but still reflects the old name within apple wallet. I can't seem to find where the actual display name for the merchant is set or updated. Any insights here would be helpful!

Lost All Developer Permissions After App Notarization, No Notice, No Support — Desperately Need Help
Hi Apple Developer Support Team and Community, We are the developer of a VPN app with over 100,000 users. Recently, after submitting a macOS app for notarization, we suddenly lost all developer privileges. All our Developer Certificates were revoked without any notification. However, our app is still live on the App Store and available for download and purchase. The problem is: since all certificates were revoked, we are now completely unable to push any updates. In the Developer Portal, it shows: “Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” But clearly, in App Store Connect, I am listed as the Account Holder. I have called Apple Developer Support multiple times. Every advisor I spoke with told me: “You are not the Account Holder.” Excuse me? If I am not the Account Holder, then who is?? I have also submitted nearly 1,000 support tickets via email — no reply at all. This is devastating to our business, and no one is giving me any clear explanation of: • What exactly happened? • What did we do wrong? • Why were all certificates revoked without any warning? • Why are we trapped in this limbo where the system thinks we have a membership but we have no permissions? Can someone — anyone — from Apple please seriously look into this case and tell me what is going on? We are stuck, losing users’ trust, and completely helpless right now. Please, this needs urgent escalation. Thank you.

Apple Developer Account Closed Shortly After Enrollment
Hi everyone, I created a new Apple account for a university project and enrolled in the Apple Developer Program with this new account. I paid for the enrollment using my personal account's payment method. However, a few hours later, Apple closed the newly created account. When I contacted Apple Support, they informed me that they won't reopen the account and also don't refund the enrollment fee. So now I'm stuck with a paid and unsued Developer Program enrollment for an account I can no longer access. Is there any way to transfer the Developer Program enrollment to another Apple Account (either a new one or my personal account)? Has anyone faced a similar situation and found a solution? This is especially frustrating as the enrollment was for educational purposes, and I'm now out the enrollment fee with nothing to show for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Oliver

APNS Push Notifications Not Received Despite Valid Certificates
I have referred the provided link Establishing a connection to Apple Push Notification service (APNs). And wanted to highlight that although our APNs certificate is valid until 09 August 2025, we have been unable to send notifications since 22nd April 2025. The error we are encountering is: "java.io.IOException: keystore password was incorrect". After encountering the above APNs exception, we created a new APNs certificate, but unfortunately, we are still facing the same issue. We are receiving the following notification response, but the users are not receiving notifications on the iOS mobile application. Given that we are still using a valid APNs certificate, we are unsure whether this transition has impacted our configuration or caused the issue. Could you please guide us or provide support to troubleshoot this error? Any assistance in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Unfair Treatment of Developers
On October 25, 2024, our company's Apple developer account (***@.com) received an email stating that "the developer account was associated and required a written declaration within 30 days." We provided the requested document as instructed and received a reply on November 2, indicating that the account had been restored to normal use. However, confusingly, we received the same email again on November 23, with the content still being "the developer account is associated and requires a written document to be submitted within 30 days." The amusing outcome emerged as follows: The response from Apple's review committee essentially meant that "the improvements described in the document were insufficient to address the issues previously identified," leading to a 30-day suspension of the account. Is this really the attitude of Apple employees? There is evidence that the "written document" was stored in Google Drive, which has functionalities such as usage statistics, view counts, download counts, etc. Apple's reviewer, without viewing or downloading the written document, directly replied with a template email claiming that "the improvements described in the file are insufficient to solve the previous issues." Can this really be considered professionalism when the reviewer states that the issue remains unresolved without even examining the document? As developers, what specific steps did our company take to prevent the account from being associated again?
