Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. I have created my first subscription and pay wall, everything works 100% in testing, however when it comes to launching to Apple for review I feel like I get caught up in a chicken and egg issue which never resolves. When the product goes in to waiting for review it can no longer be displayed or fake purchased on my Superwall paywall. If it doesn't display apple can't approve and this goes on and on. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Am developing an application that creates custom VPN. I have enabled Sandbox properties. VPN will be granted based upon the device posture. Posture includes reading the disk encryption value, secureboot and Firewall values. Application just tries to fetch the values to provides its posture. Since the application is sandboxed, it is getting denied to read the above mentioned values. How to achieve this with Sandboxed enabled?

Hi everyone, I just noticed that my subscription to the Apple Developer Program was automatically renewed, but we’re currently not using it and had no plans to continue the subscription. I didn’t intend to renew and would like to request a full refund for the recent charge. I am testing the Music API and I am hitting walls every single moment when I try to do something that is DOCUMENTED but doesn't work/exists. Documentation says, /v1/catalog/us/artists/{ID}/view/{view}/ NEVER returns 404, while I am getting 404 for even content I know it's available on Apple Music. e.g /v1/catalog/us/artists/1487603897/view/appears-on-albums/ results 404 while they are appearing on an album FRIGID TORTURE of Nosphere artist. So when I request for appears-on or featured albums it shoud appear as a result, but I get 404. It's here so it should appear: https://music.apple.com/us/album/frigid-silence/1791001624?i=1791001626 I found NO WAY to get that album for this artist using the API, which is very frustrating and annoying. Similarly if I try this: /v1/catalog/us/artists/{ID}?views=>appears-on-albums it will result an EMPTY array for the data property Also the documentation is unclear about the several limitation max values, many parameters (e.g. include parameters are unknown ) we can't tell what value can we use. Is Apple Music Api unreliable or I just don't understand something?! I don't even understand why I have to do 4 different requests to get an artists all albums (full, single, featured, appears-on)... this should be MUCH more easier to do it one single request (with pagination). We are working on a long-term major investment in music startup and trying to move from Spotify API (due to recent changes and limitations) and finding a better alternative. Based on the docs Apple Music API seemed the most promising one, but now we are testing it we are very disappointed so far. So should we trust in this or should we forget about Apple Music API?

Hello, I'm hoping to find a solution for a persistent enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community. For several months, I have been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The automated system rejected my application, stating my identity could not be verified. This first occurred in December 2023. I have contacted Apple Support and spoken with a Senior Advisor. I explained that I am willing to provide any documentation needed to verify my identity (passport, driver's license, etc.), but was told this was not possible. The advisor stated the decision from the automated system is final and the issue cannot be escalated or resolved. This has put my app, which is fully developed and ready for submission, on indefinite hold. Has anyone else encountered this specific "identity verification" block where support states the decision is final? Is there a known workaround, a different department to contact, or any other path to get this reviewed by a human? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue while trying to create an Apple Developer account for my enterprise, as I need it to deploy our app.

I have an iPhone 11 phone. I installed Beta 2. I installed Beta 1. In both beta, my battery comes as 1%. And I can use the phone. As a solution, I have to go back to version 18.5. Is this problem solved in the new beta?

No matter what I do, no matter which link or advice I follow, I can't end up at the invoice of my paid subscription. Not on screen, nor for download. Just as if it does not exist (emails doesn't count, it is just a receipt text). I sign in, I go to Orders, I enter the order number (e.g. AEM079****), I enter the SAME email where I received the confirmation email for the purchase. At the end it says either "there was a problem... blah-blah, try again" or something similar to "The order number entered is already linked to an Apple ID.". Well, that IS ME, the same email. I am really sick of this already, every time my accountant asks me for the invoice, I go to Apple hoping "let me find it this time". But Nope, never happened. And it is not onle me. Can Apple solve this years-old-issue? Please do NOT close this question until I (we) all get an advice or answer which REALLY WORKS! Thank you. Hi, Our organization is planning to build an MDM tool and for that we are in need of an MDM vendor certificate for ourselves. We have already enrolled in Apple Developer Program but still didn't see the MDM CSR option in apple developer portal. Did anyone get the CSR option in your developer portal after enrolling in Apple Developer Program? Please share the steps to enable that option in my developer portal. Or Do we need any other license for availing MDM CSR option ? Any insights on this is much appreciated. Thanks!

We're unable to renew our developer program with apple because there is no renew button shown to us, neither on the website, mac app nor ios app. We followed the instructions shown to us on the app connect page on how to renew it. but when where they're saying there should be a renew button, there is none or anywhere else. How are we suppose to renew? Raised this with a support ticket but haven't received any reply, case ID: 102733260138 How to get this resolved? We don't get any "phone call" option on the support page either.

We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

I have to admit, I resisted Apple until about one year ago! I was die hard android. The main reason for the switch was the T-Mobile mobile SMS relay the deposit of the message and the timing of some SMS messages were very suspect. The relay number would keep automatically coming back. I searched been verified and never have I seen more than 10 comments about a person or a number, this was over 100!! now let me get to my point. I was hoping someone could give me a redemption code for the Copilot so I can look into my OneDrive and see how it increases security with Apple OS. I was told on some occasions that the “wheel“ user was necessary for Apple to function however it is a unix system that needs the wheel function.
