My game was also rejected with a 4.3 rating without any reason. I spent a long time developing it and tried countless ways to appeal, but all of them were mechanically replied with a 4.3 rating without any reason. I watse lots of time on Apple. My game currently has thousands of DAUs per day on Google and a rating of 4.7. It's ridiculous that it can't even be listed on Apple. Independent developers should give up Apple. I feel discriminated against.

4.3(b) Appeal Pending for 23 Days - No Visibility in Resolution Center
Hello everyone, I am looking for some advice or shared experiences regarding a prolonged App Review Board appeal process. I submitted my app earlier this month. On March 3rd, it was rejected under guideline 4.3(b) Spam. On the exact same day (March 3rd), I submitted a detailed appeal to the App Review Board. In my appeal, I provided clear documentation and explanations to prove that the app is not a generic template. I specifically highlighted our proprietary algorithm that calculates a unique total daily energy percentage for users, which distinctly separates it from standard, saturated apps in the market. The issue: It has now been 23 days since I submitted the appeal, and I have not received any response from the Board. My main concern is the lack of visibility. Since appeals to the Board do not appear in the Resolution Center UI, I have no way of knowing if my ticket is actually actively open, in a queue, or if it has been lost due to a system glitch. Hello, I allow myself to contact you because following two rejections of the update of my application because of a problem of multiple bundle ID, I rechecked my package in unity, checking the version numbers in xcode is all looks okay to me? Is there anything else I could look at? I had released an update a few days before without worries, thank you in advance for your answers

Help with 4.3 Spam Rejection
I am in the middle of trying to get an app approved for beta release and the back and forth with the App Store reviewers has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. On Tuesday, I created an app record for my app but quickly realized I made it under the wrong account- I'm working for a company that has a few brands under it's umbrella, and I was under the wrong account when I created the app record. Rather than wait several days to get Apple's approval to transfer app ownership, I decided to delete that app record and create a new one under the proper account. Worst mistake of my life. Now, Apple is insisting that the new app record is spam despite my clarification that I own the other app record and that it was deleted before the new one was created. I have no choice but to believe that somebody else is using our branding and asset somewhere in the App Store that I can't see. Does anybody know how I can resolve this? It should have never taken me the whole week to make an app available on test flight and

Hello, My app was recently rejected due to App Review Guideline 4.3(a), which states: Don’t create multiple Bundle IDs of the same app. If your app has different versions for specific locations, sports teams, universities, etc., consider submitting a single app and provide the variations using in-app purchase. The feedback provided was: We noticed your app shares a similar binary, metadata, and/or concept as apps submitted to the App Store by other developers, with only minor differences. Submitting similar or repackaged apps is a form of spam that creates clutter and makes it difficult for users to discover new apps. This has left me quite confused. I have only one app, Fly2enjoy, which I originally uploaded on Android and am looking to upload it also to iOS. I don't have any other active apps on the Apple App Store. Hi everyone, I recently submitted my app, X2, to the App Store, but it was rejected due to guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam. The rejection message stated that my app shares a similar binary, metadata, and/or concept as other apps I’ve already submitted, with only minor differences. Same here, my WatchKit enabled app supports all the way back to 4.3. Of course thereis no Swift in the app nor the extension.

There is no API to send an SMS direct from the device without intervention.Also note guideline 4.3. You cannot use location data for emergency services.
