1.0 Information Request and your app does not comply with Guideline 4.3
I have more then 150 stickers pack in AppStore. Last one was published week ago. Today I got 1.0 Information Request to last pack with next messageHello,We're writing to provide information about your app's review. We found that your app does not comply with Guideline 4.3 of the App Store Review Guidelines, because your app provides the same feature set as many of the other apps you've submitted to the App Store; it simply varies in content or language. You will need to combine apps with similar feature sets into a single container app, differentiating varied content within your app by categorizing elements into groups, using the in-app purchase API and location services to deliver content to users. Once you have done so, please reply to this message via Resolution Center indicating the app name and Apple ID of any container apps submitted under your Apple Developer Program account.Transferring and submitting this app, or other associated apps, under a new or existing Apple Developer Program account is

My App Rejected 4.3 Design: Spam
my app in app store: https://apps.apple.com/cn/app/%E4%B8%89%E5%9B%BD%E6%88%98%E4%BA%89%E7%AD%96%E7%95%A5slg/id6741073714?ct=Tap725796 my app in android store: https://www.taptap.cn/app/725796?os=android Hello, Thank you for your response. Your app still provides the same feature set as other apps submitted to the App Store for review. Submitting similar or repackaged apps is a form of spam that creates clutter and makes it difficult for users to discover new apps. To resolve the issue it would be appropriate to revise your app to provide a unique experience or submit a new app that does not repackage the content and functionality of other apps on the App Store. You may also choose to post a question in the Apple Developer Forums. Best regards, App Review This is a cross-era slg game. Players can customize and create the generals' skills they want in the game. The game has been updated for half a year. After the basic functions of the slg game are realized, the game's special functions and custom skills are b

Rejected for Spam 4.3 (A) Without Clear Reason – Previously Approved App Now Stuck in Review for Weeks! [App ID: 6744330283]
Hello Apple Developer Team and Community, I’m writing to raise a serious concern regarding my app (App ID: 6744330283) which is now being repeatedly rejected under Guideline 4.3 (A) – Spam, despite being previously approved and published for at least two earlier versions. We have had multiple rounds of communication with the App Review team in the past, carefully addressing every request and making adjustments accordingly. These previous versions were reviewed and approved without any reference to 4.3 issues. However, since a recent update, we’ve been receiving rejections citing Spam 4.3 (A) — without any specific explanation or detailed reasoning. Even more frustrating: Each review now takes over a week to process, making our release cycle extremely difficult to manage. It required dozens of phone calls and emails just to get the app reviewed at all. I even had a meeting with an App Review team member, where I was told: “The recent updates are considered Spam 4.3, while th

4.3 Design Guidelines - Apple please reconsider how this is enforced.
We have spoken to many developers in previous months who have run into issues with the new 4.3 Design Guidelines rules & had their apps rejected, seemingly by a bot, or in general, by a reviewer because of similarities to previous apps. They have been asked to combine their similar apps into one container app.We understand why Apple is finally cracking down and doing this. They are trying to clean up the Appstore of clones, useless junk & other spam apps.In the process however, this has seemingly hurt indie developers who are not using templates, and design their own games from scratch. We've spoken with several developers, many who pride themselves in creating unique content such as educational & games for children, receieve these notices with no method to appeal, and auto-responses making the same blanket statement, ending in frustration for the developer & wasted months in development time. They are asked to combine their apps or games into one single container app to reduce the clu

Need Help with App Store Rejection - Violation of Guideline 4.3(a) After Uploading a New Version
Need Help with App Store Rejection - Violation of Guideline 4.3(a) After Uploading a New Version Hi everyone, I’m currently facing an issue while trying to bring our team’s app back to the App Store, and I would greatly appreciate any support or suggestions from everyone. Our team’s app is a language learning app specifically designed for a particular group of users. Previously, the app was uploaded by a team member who was responsible for registering and uploading the app to the store, but this person has since left the team. Before leaving, she did not hand over any information, we only requested that the app be removed from the store, and now we cannot get in touch with she to retrieve the account and proceed with the transfer. Recently, our team registered a new account and attempted to upload the app again. However, Apple rejected it for violating Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam. I suspect the rejection is due to residual data from the old account, even though our app is unique and hig

Need Clarification on 4.3(a) Rejection After Removing AI – Long-Term App with 200K+ Users
Dear App Review Team, My app has been under continuous development for 6 years since it first launched in 2019. It currently serves a loyal user base of over 200,000 users. I can confidently confirm that all the core functionality in the app is fully developed by me. While I do use a few third-party libraries, the overall app design, code, and feature set are entirely my own work. In my recent submission (Submission ID: c6ab3d17-4b1b-4c67-935e-c0f0c62973c6, reviewed on April 9, 2025, version 4.3.9), the app was rejected under guideline 4.3(a). I previously integrated AI features using DeepSeek, but after receiving a rejection, I completely removed all related AI components and metadata. However, the updated submission was still rejected with the same reason, and I was not given a clear explanation of what part of the app may be in violation. I deeply value this project, and so do my users who have accompanied me through this journey for years. I do not wish to give up on this app — it is meaningful t

App rejected for Guideline 4.3(a) due to similar app on old account I cannot access
Hello, I am facing an issue with App Store Review Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam. My app was rejected because it was found to be similar to another app previously uploaded on a different Apple Developer account. However, I have lost access to my old developer account and cannot remove or modify the previous submission. Currently, I am unable to: Log in to the old Apple Developer account Remove or update the app that is causing the conflict My new app is intended for internal testing only and is not yet published on the App Store. I have made efforts to modify the app, but the system still detects similarities with the old app. I would like to ask for advice or assistance on how to proceed in this situation, as I no longer have control over the previous account. Has anyone experienced a similar situation, and is there any way Apple can help resolve this? Thank you very much for your support.
