I had this problem but fixed it. It redirected me to manage my Apple ID because apparently the email address on my account had never been verified.I clicked the link to verify my email address, went through that process and then the download links started working.(And don't forget to agree to any new contracts it redirects you to)Hope that helps you!

Same issue. I agreed to the new agreements and paid the $99 since I presume my last years account expired. Says order was processed and will be electronically delivered but haven't recieved any emails other than the order email. That was two hours ago and still doesn't show that Im an active developer when I try to download iOS or OS X. Not sure I need to keep waiting or if maybe my order got stuck in limbo during the initial launch of the new program? My card was charged.And if I try to re-enroll again, after entering in my info it says, We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred.

Several intersting thoughts.Apple Configurator 2.0 might be a game changer in shared use/education environments. sToken support / DEPOS X Server 5 is OS X agnostic - supports both 10.10.4 and 10.11.0 Looks like there is a new profile for hidden service/admin accounts. This will be very interesting.

Interestingly, it looks like you can still modify files and folders within /System/Library/User Template. I just verified that I could successfully use the following command with root privileges:touch /System/Library/User Template/English.lproj/Desktop/test.txtI then created a new user account and verified that a text file named test.txt was on that new account's Desktop.

Can't display iCloud System Preferences pane
The System Preferences and com.apple.preferences.icloud.remoteservieprocesses eventually stop responding, and the panel is never displayed. Tryingto post another issue I have with this release, Apple's developer website saidmy Apple ID password had expireed, so I had to create a new one. When I restartmy computer, a popup panel is displayed saying it can't log into my iCloud account,which makes sense since I changed the password, but now I can't log into the accountas the iCloud System Preferences pane hangs :-(

Reply to Lots of Mail issues
I still haven't gotten Mail working. It keeps starting up with nothing. It's doing this because it's renaming the V2 folder in Library/Mail/ to V3 then creating a new V2 folder.No idea why. This is from an upgrade from 10.10.3 release.EDIT: Upon further investigation my V2 folder was locked for some reason.

Restoring from backup not working
I installed 9.0 with no issues, when I went to go to restore form backup it showed the 2 backups I made, I tried both of them but they both said cannot restore form backup. I reinstaleld the firmware again and now my backups are not evene visible in my icloud account. Is anyone else having this issue?

Can't Install Profile if Watch Has Passcode?
I've been trying to install watchOS 2 profile and keep getting a Device is Locked message on my iPhone. Do I have to turn off the passcode on the Watch in order to install the profile? If so, I'll lose all Apple Pay cards.

can't download Xcode 7 beta
I'm a paid Mac and iOS developer program member. When i click to download Xcode 7 it takes me to the manage your apple id page.What is going on?Also, thanks Apple for deleting my old forum account.

Same thing is happening with my account. Have logged out/rebooted/cleared cache/etc.. Always jumps to the My Apple ID page. Still looking for a solution.

I strongly recommend you read the watchOS beta Software Installation Guide by Apple, available in the Dev Centre. It lists all the instructions on how to install watchOS 2 on your Apple Watch. Don't forget to register the UDID in your account, though!

Reply to Download links are still not working...
I agreed to all the terms and conditions earlier. I can get into ITC. But the apple id i use for my account still seems messed up.it rejected my password, never sent a reset email, and says I don't know when my birthday is.

My email address on record is my other Apple ID… so it won't verify (another account claims it). This is not new, it has been this way since the time of dotMac. Never had problems before!
