Specific IAP products returning empty data - Possible StoreKit issue
Hello developers, We're facing a critical issue with our app and need your insights: Since today, 3 specific IAP products return empty data when calling Product.products(for: [productId]). This affects all users, preventing any successful purchases of these items. Other IAP products seem unaffected. let products = try await Product.products(for: [productId]) Key details: Production environment Issue started: 2025.6.17 No recent app updates All products show as "Approved" in App Store Connect Questions: Has anyone experienced similar issues recently? Could this be a StoreKit or App Store system problem? Any suggestions for diagnosing or resolving this, besides contacting Apple Support? Recommendations for temporary workarounds? This is severely impacting our business. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

SKAdNetwork: Error while updating conversion value
Hello! I make use of the new iOS 15.4 SKAdNetwork.updatePostbackConversionValue feature: SKAdNetwork.updatePostbackConversionValue(0) { error in                 if let error = error {                     print(error.localizedDescription)                 }             } I am not sure why, but I always see this error message in the console: SKAdNetwork: Error while updating conversion value: Error Domain=SKANErrorDomain Code=10 "(null)" The operation couldn’t be completed. (SKANErrorDomain error 10.) Any idea what’s going on there? What does Error Code 10 mean? Couldn't find anything in the documentation about that so far. I have the NSAdvertisingAttributionReportEndpoint key with domain (https://api2.branch.io/v1/skadnetwork/advertiser_app) in my .plist.

manage sandbox account clear purchase history not working?
I would like to know whether and how people are getting the sandbox account > manage > clear purchase history feature to work. I clear purchase history (either on my device or at app store connect), and I delete my app from my device. I then run my app from Xcode on my device, and it detects at launch the existence of the purchase, and so I cannot test my purchase user interface. Does this thing actually work as advertised?

Not receiving Sandbox Server-to-Server Notifications for In-App Purchases (App Store Server Notifications v2)
I’m testing auto-renewable subscription purchases in the sandbox environment. When I buy a subscription package using a sandbox test user, I don’t receive any App Store Server Notifications from the sandbox. However, when I use the “Request Test Notification” option in App Store Connect, the notification is received successfully. My sandbox server notification URL is configured correctly and publicly accessible. I also call finishTransaction() after purchase, and the receipt is verified successfully with the sandbox verification endpoint. To further debug, I used the getNotificationHistory API to fetch notifications for yesterday and today (Nov 3–4, 2025). Apple’s API response does not include any notifications or transaction IDs for my today’s purchases (Nov 4, 2025) — even though I can confirm from logs that those transactions were completed and verified successfully. It looks like sandbox purchase notifications are not being sent or logged, even though test notifications work fine. Could someone from Apple please confirm if there’s currently an issue with sandbox server notifications for auto-renewable subscriptions?

Unauthorized for Advanced Commerce API Purchase
Hi! My product SKU has been approved for Advanced Commerce API. I successfully receive a purchase pop-up with the correct information. However, I am still having issues with completing the purchase. I always receive Unauthorize error when I confirm the purchase (subscription in my case; see the screenshot). I am using the node.js server library to sign the request. I made sure that the account is a valid account enabled for Sandbox. Logs unfortunately don't indicate any further detail. Thanks for your advice! We've been stuck on this for a while now and would appreciate your help. Marek

StoreKit2 with C++ application. How?
Hello all! My application written with C++ and using StoreKit1. For now my application using bridge C++/Objective-CPP/Objective-C/Swift. Since StoreKit1 declared "deprecated" got a question of how to implement correctly StoreKit2 in C++ application, mostly everything about Renewable Subscriptions. StoreKit2 have no direct API in Objective-C, it's available only in Swift. Which is the way the best and correct way: -- for on-device writing C library and in it implement Swift? In this case how to add correctly StoreKit2 into library itself? -- for on-device somehow write kind of wrapper for Swift StoreKit 2 within translation of all of objects in Objective-C and implement it with C++/Objective-CPP bridge? In this case how to add correctly StoreKit2 in C++ project written with CMake? Here https://github.com/compnerd/swift-cmake-examples/tree/main the one of the examples of interoperability C++/Swift with CMake. But how to use exactly with StoreKit2? -- only using server side solution?

StoreKit Sandbox – Intermittent "Invalid Product Identifier" Errors
We are experiencing an issue with StoreKit in the sandbox environment. When performing an SKProductsRequest, some or all of the product identifiers we provide are returning in invalidProductIdentifiers of SKProductsResponse, even though all of them are valid and approved. This issue started occurring today and seems intermittent—occasionally, a previously failing product identifier works after one or two retries without any changes on our end. We have verified that: All product identifiers are correctly configured and approved in App Store Connect. There are no recent changes to our product configuration. The same identifiers have worked previously without issue. Could you please assist us in identifying the cause of this behavior or let us know if there is an ongoing issue affecting StoreKit sandbox services? Thank you for your support.

Auto-renewable subscriptions does not work in production
I don't know why the subscription doesn't work in production, the message Subscription Unavailable appears. The subscription is approved in appstoreconnect. Works normally using storekit in xcode, both signing and using subscriber features. According to apple's guidance, first I do the test to validate https://buy.itunes.apple.com/verifyReceipt and then https://sandbox.itunes.apple.com/verifyReceipt. Plus I create the app-specific shared secret and put it in the code to validate the receipts. I have looked for several topics and I can not solve this problem. What do I need to do to make it work in production? I believe I did what's in the official documentation.

Transaction ID Misassociation in IAP Subscription API
Dear Apple Support Team, Hello! I am currently developing the in-app subscription functionality using Apple IAP API and have encountered a serious technical issue while processing subscription data. I would like to report this issue to you. Issue Description: When calling the subscription API endpoint, the same OriginalTransactionId returns inconsistent results. Transaction.currentEntitlements is not consistent
I've recently published an app, and while developing it, I could always get consistent entitlements from Transaction.currentEntitlements. But now I see some inconsistent behaviour for a subscribed device in the AppStore version. It looks like sometimes the entitlements do not emit value for the subscriptions. It usually happens on the first couple tries when the device goes offline, or on the first couple tries when the device goes online. But it also happens randomly at other times as well. Can there be a problem with Transaction.currentEntitlements when the connectivity was just changed? Of course my implementation may also be broken. I will give you the details of my implementation below. Because later on, every time I do something related to a subscribed content, I check the hasUnlockedPro computed property of the subscription manager, which still returns false, meaning the purchasedProductIDs is empty. You may also be curious about the dependency container approach, but I ensured by testing multiple times that there is only one instance of the SubscriptionManager at all times in the app. Which makes me think maybe there is something wrong with Transaction.currentEntitlements I would appreciate any help regarding this problem, or would like to know if anyone else experienced similar problems.

StoreKit2: Transaction.currentEntitlements returns expired subscriptions (Testing locally with shortened sub periods)
Hi, title says it all: I have Transaction.currentEntitlements returning expired subscriptions (testing both transaction expirationDate & RenewalState). Environment: local via .storekit file. Subscription duration is shortened for testing. Could it be the issue? The sub duration is normally 1 year. The documentation says it should only returns active subscription (RenewalState.subscribed) or in grace period (RenewalState.inGracePeriod).

Offer Code Transaction
Hello, We're trying to implement and test offer codes in our app. We have create all the necessary items in the App Store. The app has been reviewed and approved for release. We have not published it yet. We are redeeming the offer using a URL that opens the App Store. When I redeem, the account is updated, but the app does not see the Transaction. We implemented using this: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/transaction First, we used the Transaction.updates and then we added Transaction.all and neither return any Transaction. Any ideas with there are any other dependencies that are required here or recommendations for how to test?

【iOS18.2~18.3.2 bug】After switching sandbox accounts in Settings, the value of SKStorefront.countryCode is not synchronized
Problem Description: 1、I have two sandbox accounts from different countries. Account A is from Mainland China (CHN), and Account B is from the United States (USA). When I switch the sandbox account from Account A (CHN) to Account B (USA) in the system settings and restart the app, the value of SKPaymentQueue.defaultQueue.storefront.countryCode always returns "CHN" instead of the expected "USA". 2、This issue only occurs on iOS 18.2 and above. 3、On the same device running iOS 17.5.1, the behavior is correct. However, after upgrading the system to iOS 18.3.2, the error occurs. 4、In the sandbox environment, although SKStorefront.countryCode returns the wrong value, the currency type for Apple's in-app purchase is correct when initiating the payment. 5、The issue only exists in the sandbox environment and does not occur in the App Store-downloaded package. Demo Code: - (IBAction)clickButton:(id)sender { NSString *appStoreCountryCode3 = SKPaymentQueue.defaultQueue.storefront.countryCode; NSLog(@"%@",appStoreCountryCode3); } Demo Testing Steps and Results: 1、Sandbox Account A (China) will print "CHN". 2、Go to Settings - Developer - (at the bottom) SANDBOX APPLE ACCOUNT, and switch to another sandbox account B (USA). 3、Restart the Demo App. 4、Print results: iOS 17.5.1: "USA" ✅ → Upgrade the system of the same device to iOS 18.3.2 → "CHN" ❌ iOS 18.2.1: "CHN" ❌ iOS 18.3.1: "CHN" ❌ iOS 18.3.2: "CHN" ❌ Possible Clues: Starting with iOS 18.2, Apple changed the entry point for setting up sandbox accounts, which introduced this bug. It seems that when users switch sandbox accounts on iOS 18.2, Apple engineers forgot to notify the SKStorefront class to update the countryCode value. Before iOS 18.2: Settings - App Store - Sandbox Account iOS 18.2 and later: Settings - Developer - (at the bottom) Sandbox Account Although it doesn't affect the App Store package, it does impact our development and testing process. Urgent: Reports of Duplicate Charges via AlipayHK on Apple Pay
We’ve recently observed an escalating number of complaints from AlipayHK users regarding duplicate charges when completing transactions via Apple Pay. While no similar issues have been reported by users of other credit card providers integrated with Apple Pay, the problem appears isolated to AlipayHK transactions. Key Details: Multiple users confirm being charged twice for single transactions. Complaints are increasing in frequency, indicating a potential systemic issue. No overlapping reports from non-AlipayHK payment methods at this time. To safeguard customer trust and ensure seamless payment experiences, we kindly request Apple’s support in: Investigating whether the root cause stems from Apple Pay’s transaction handling. Collaborating with AlipayHK (if necessary) to resolve the issue promptly. Providing guidance on interim measures to prevent further duplicate charges. Storekit configuration broken in Xcode 16.4 the file has been changed
Hi everyone, After updating to Xcode 16.4, my StoreKit configuration stopped working. Whenever I run the app with a .storekit file set as the active scheme, I immediately get this alert: “The file has been changed. Do you want to save your changes or revert to the file on disk?” No matter if I choose Save Anyway or Revert, StoreKit testing does not work - the purchases are not simulated, and the scheme is basically broken. This issue didn’t exist in Xcode 15.4 - the same StoreKit configuration file works fine there. What I tried so far: Clearing Derived Data - no effect Making sure no scripts/tools modify the .storekit file - still happens Restarting Xcode and macOS - no change Environment: Xcode 16.4 Happens in both Simulator and on device Reproducible 100% Has anyone else seen this in 16.4? Any known workarounds until Apple fixes it? Thanks!

Validating Mac App Store purchase with StoreKit
For years I've been using Receigen for receipt verification for the Mac App Store build of my application. However, with the deprecation of exit code 173, I am moving to StoreKit-based verification and have a couple of questions. Even when exporting a new release build of my app and running it (without any _MASReceipt). When using exit code 173, an .app without a _MASReceipt would prompt for app store login. Nothing of the sort happens now. Am I misunderstanding the documentation / doing something wrong / missing something obvious?

Sandbox users always are owning application
Hi! I'm trying to implement a two week free trial for my existing paid ipad app. Following the guidance from the wwdc2022/10007, I'm using AppTransaction.shared and checking the result. I'm getting a verified result, but the appTransaction.originalPurchaseDate is always the same date - 2013-08-01 07:00:00 +0000 / 397033200, even the particular sandbox account user never had a purchase. This makes testing the logical branch of "has this user never purchased this app before" if the app store is always telling us that it's been purchased. (I've been using new sandbox account, so there should be no history) Here's some code that includes hacking around always getting that original purchase date. We're in the final stretches, and wanting to test things that will be closer to actual store behavior (and I'm thinking that always returning a purchased date for an unpurchased app wouldn't be happening) Am I just holding things wrong? 交易无法结束 (Transactions Unable to Finish)
有一个用户反馈7月8日充值了3笔后一直无法发起新的购买,总是提示已经购买。我们查了是之前的交易无法结束,我们使用StoreKit2,已经调用await transaction.finish()成功结束交易了,但是每次发起新支付时,Transaction.unfinished还会返回之前已完成的交易信息。 是设备或AppleID的问题么?用户尝试了重启设备、重新登录AppleID都没用。有什么办法解决呢? 用户无法结束的苹果交易id为:200002703899379、200002703900716、200002703902023。 A user reported that after making 3 purchases on July 8th, they have been unable to initiate new purchases, always receiving a prompt that the item has already been purchased. Upon investigation, we found that the previous transactions couldn't be finalized. We use StoreKit2 and have successfully called await transaction.finish() to end the transactions. However, every time a new payment is initiated, Transaction.unfinished still returns information about the previously completed transactions. Could this be an issue with the device or Apple ID? The user has tried restarting the device and re-logging into their Apple ID, but these attempts were unsuccessful. Is there any way to resolve this? The Apple transaction IDs that the user is unable to finalize are: 200002703899379, 200002703900716, 200002703902023.

“Payment method is not available” message in Sandbox subscription testing (StoreKit 2)
I’m implementing App Store subscriptions using StoreKit 2 and testing in the Sandbox environment. Until about a week ago everything worked fine, but recently the Settings > Subscriptions screen shows this message for my test account: “Your current payment method is not available.” The behavior: • Using a Sandbox tester account (not a production Apple ID) • Purchase flow works successfully — the transaction completes, and I receive server notifications • However, the system Settings app still displays that message under the subscription entry • No code changes were made since it last worked Questions: 1. What exactly does this message mean in the Sandbox environment? 2. Could this be related to any Apple system issue or recent backend update? 3. Has anyone else seen the same behavior in recent days?
