Auto-renewable subscriptions stuck in "Waiting for Review" causing StoreKit products unavailable during App Review
Hi Apple Developer Forums, I am experiencing a repeated issue with auto-renewable subscriptions during App Review for my iOS app. The app uses RevenueCat for subscription management. The subscription products exist in App Store Connect and are correctly configured, but they remain in "Waiting for Review". During App Review, the reviewer attempts to access the subscription paywall and receives an error stating that subscriptions are unavailable. This appears to happen because StoreKit cannot fetch the products while they are still waiting for review. This creates a loop: Subscriptions exist in App Store Connect and are in "Waiting for Review" App Review installs the app StoreKit cannot return the subscription products yet RevenueCat returns an "offerings_fetch_failed" error The reviewer sees "subscriptions unavailable" The app is rejected before the subscriptions are approved We have thoroughly verified the configuration: • Subscription group exists • All products are inside the group • Product IDs match exactly between App Store Connect and RevenueCat • RevenueCat is correctly configured with the Apple App Store API key • Offerings and packages are correctly configured in RevenueCat • The app correctly handles missing offerings and displays a fallback message • The latest TestFlight build shows a diagnostic message confirming the issue originates from StoreKit not returning products • The app build itself installs and runs normally This has now happened multiple review cycles and we have verified all configuration options. At this stage the only remaining explanation appears to be the order of the review process. It seems the subscriptions must be approved before StoreKit can return them, but the app is being evaluated before the subscriptions have been processed. Because of this, the reviewer sees the "subscriptions unavailable" message and rejects the app before the subscriptions have been approved. Is there a recommended process for submitting the first app version with auto-renewable subscriptions to avoid this situation? Specifically: • Should the subscriptions be approved before the app review begins? • Or is there a specific way to attach the subscriptions to the version when the "Add" option is not visible on the version page? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as we have now thoroughly checked all configuration and believe this may be a review workflow issue rather than a configuration problem. Thank you.

Apps still not review after 5 days
We submitted our apps on June 26th 2025, in order to make them available to our customers. To date, we have heard nothing from the AppStore Connect team. The availability of these apps on the store is vital to the operation of our company, since our customers are eagerly awaiting their use, which is a drag on our sales. It's frustrating not to have a faster service, especially as we pay an annual fee, without having more information on potential slowdowns such as during the Christmas period. Any help or visibility would be appreciated Wishing you a good day and good luck to my fellow developers if you're in the same situation. Best regards,

App Review Pending for Over 2 Months – Blocking Our Business Launch
Hello Apple Developer Community, I’m seeking advice regarding a prolonged App Store review that is currently impacting our business. Our app was submitted more than two months ago, and the review process has not progressed since then. During this time, we sent two support emails to Apple Developer Support requesting assistance. We did receive one response stating that the app was “in review”, but unfortunately the message did not provide any useful details, timeline, or further guidance, and there has been no additional update since then. This delay is now blocking our business launch, as the mobile application is a critical component of our product release. Without App Store approval, we cannot proceed with launching our service to customers. Summary of the situation: Submission date: More than 2 months ago Current status: Pending Support requests sent: 2 emails to Apple Developer Support Responses received: 1 reply saying the app was “in review,” but no meaningful information Impact: Blocking our planned business launch We understand that review times can vary, but waiting this long without meaningful feedback or communication has become very challenging for our team. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows: How to escalate a long-pending review Alternative ways to contact the App Review team Whether there are currently unusual delays in the review process Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.

stuck in “Waiting for Review” since February 7
Hello Apple Developer Support, My app has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” since February 7, and I have submitted multiple inquiries without receiving any response. This delay has now become extremely concerning. Missing a planned launch due to an indefinite review timeline is very difficult for independent developers. If there is an issue with the submission, I would appreciate clear communication. If there are review delays, transparency would help us plan accordingly. I respect the review process, but the lack of updates after this amount of time is frustrating. I would sincerely appreciate clarification on the status. I kindly ask for a specific and personalized response regarding my case, as my previous inquiries received only general or automated replies without addressing the actual issue. Thank you.

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 5+ days - Version 1.4
Hi everyone, I submitted a new version (1.4) of my app, last Wednesday at 9:02 AM. It has been in the "Waiting for Review" status for over 5 days now. My previous updates were usually processed within 24-48 hours, so I’m concerned if there might be an issue with this specific build or if there's a general delay in the review queue. Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently? Should I continue to wait, or is it time to contact the App Review team directly?

Apps still not review after 9 days
We submitted our apps on May 19, 2025, in order to make them available to our new customers. To date, we have heard nothing from the AppStore Connect team. We tried to delete the submission of one of our apps and try again the process on May 23, but this too was unsuccessful. The availability of these apps on the store is vital to the operation of our company, since our customers are eagerly awaiting their use, which is a drag on our sales. It's frustrating not to have a faster service, especially as we pay an annual fee, without having more information on potential slowdowns such as during the Christmas period. iOS App Store Tester Facing Network Timeouts since iOS 26?
Our iOS/iPad app is built with React Native. We use Axios as our HTTP client. Our app has been out on the app store for 2+ years and we've never had issues with reviews. Since iOS 26 came out, our app has been constantly getting rejected because the Apple tester keeps facing network timeout issues when our app makes requests to our API services. Our API stack is already configured to support IPv6 networks, and our regular user base does not run into the issues the Apple tester is seeing. None of our developers nor our internal testers have been able to reproduce the issue the Apple tester is facing. We've tried a number of things to debug the potential issue: Added a ping check on app startup. We used the native fetch present in React Native apps as well as our Axios client (with the default XHR/HTTP adapter). None of the pings make it to our API services. Added higher timeouts on app startup to let the Apple tester have more time to reach our services while their simulator device is able to connect. We've read that the environment that Apple testers use can sometimes take longer to establish an initial connection, even though packages like NetInfo from React Native report that they are connected to WiFi as soon as the app starts. Switched our Axios client adapter to use the native fetch. We did this since we noticed that Mixpanel, our tracking library, uses the native fetch in their React Native SDK and we've confirmed that requests on their end do make it through when the Apple tester is testing our app. We're running out of ideas since the issue is pretty obscure and we haven't been able to reproduce it yet, not even by following the Apple guide to set up a local IPv6 NAT64 network to be as close to their environment as possible. We've also tried testing the app while connected to VPNs from different locations to no avail. Like I said before, we noticed that this issues started for the Apple tester with the release of iOS 26, so we're wondering if there are known issues in the community that might relate to what we're experiencing. The most recent finding we've made is that some other developers report new issues with HTTP 3/QUIC on iOS. We've seen recommendations about turning off explicit support for HTTP 3 on our services, which seems to have helped other developers.

Stuck in "Waiting for review"
I have an app that is stuck in "Waiting for review" since January 2nd. This will be one month tomorrow as I'm writing this. It's a totally new app, which I guess could take longer than an update to an existing app, but a month seems a bit much. What can I do about this? It seems weird that there isn't some kind of alarm inside the app review team that will catch some app being stuck for this long...

App review process takes long time
Hello iOS Developer Community, I submitted my app for review on February 19, 2026, and as of today (March 3, 2026), its status in App Store Connect still shows “Waiting for Review.” I contacted Apple Developer Support regarding this delay and received the following automated response: “Thanks for submitting your support request. We’ve received your support request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Your case ID is 102831222355.” It has now been more than ten days without any further communication or status update. Could anyone advise on the appropriate next steps in this situation?

App review taking over 2 weeks — no updates even after resubmission
Hello, We’re facing a long delay with our app review and would appreciate any advice. We submitted our app for review and have been waiting for over 2 weeks with no updates at all — no approval, no rejection, and no request for more information. Since we weren’t sure what was happening, we looked into it and found that sometimes apps can get stuck in the review queue. Based on that, we decided to cancel the submission and submit it again. It has now been 2 more days since resubmitting, and there is still no response or progress. At this point, we’re not sure if this delay is normal or if there might be an issue on our side. App details: App Name: Autoskop Has anyone experienced something similar recently? Is there anything we can do to speed up the process or get clarity from Apple? Thank you.

Stuck “Waiting for review” status
Hi! Our app(ID: 6754461151) has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" since March 3, 2026 - 17 days with no movement. This is our second consecutive submission with the same issue: Version 1.0.2: Submitted February 7, 2026. Waited 24 days with no review activity, no feedback, no communication. Were forced to withdraw it on March 3. Version 1.0.3: Submitted immediately after on March 3, 2026. Now at 17 days - same result. In total, our update has been blocked for 41 days across two submissions. Steps we've already taken: Submitted an Expedited Review Request 7 days ago - no response Contacted App Review Status support Verified App Review Information is complete: demo credentials and invite code are provided Confirmed all agreements and banking details are up to date We also have new IAP subscriptions in "In Review" status since March 11 (9 days), which may be contributing to the delay. We're not sure if there is something in our submission that requires attention. We are fully prepared to make any necessary changes. Any guidance on what might be causing this would be incredibly helpful.

App stuck in “Waiting for Review” for 3+ weeks – possible review pipeline issue?
Hello, My app "Zen Mahjong!" has been stuck in the App Review process for an unusually long time and I’m trying to understand if something might be wrong with the submission. Timeline: First submission entered “In Review” and stayed there for 6 days without a decision. I rejected that build, uploaded a new build and resubmitted on February 17. Since then the app has been in “Waiting for Review” for more than 3 weeks. Additional context: App size ~40 MB Only IAP is a “Remove Ads” purchase I already contacted Developer Support and opened an expedited review request. Support also mentioned that this delay seems unusual. Has anyone experienced something similar or could this indicate that the submission is stuck in the review pipeline? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’m desperate…
Hello everyone, I’ll be honest with you, the kind of honesty that comes when you’ve run out of places to turn. My name is Donovan, I’m a French student, and I’m writing here because at this point, I truly don’t know what else to do Two years ago, I started a small project to learn mobile development. Nothing ambitious at first just a personal exercise, a way to grow. But after countless late nights, weekends sacrificed, and lines of code no one will ever see… that small project became a real application. I finished it. Refined it. Carried it like something that genuinely mattered. And for the past two months, I’ve been fighting with App Review. Always for the same reason: Guideline 4.3(b) – Design – Spam. Each time, I respond. Each time, I explain. But each time, the door closes with the same cold, impersonal message: “We encourage you to reconsider your app concept and submit a new app that provides a unique experience not already found on the App Store.” Unique. Such an easy word to use… especially when no one seems willing to look closely at what’s actually in front of them. My application is a dating app, yes. I know there are many on the App Store. But I implemented a feature that no other dating app currently provides, and more importantly: the app is 100% free, no paywallsno mandatory subscription. As far as I know, there is no completely free dating application on the App Store. I even added features that were never planned, just to avoid being dismissed as “spam.” But nothing has changed. Two years of work. Two years of progressing 4–5 hours per week, between classes, exams, and everything else life throws your way. And now, it feels like all of that can be wiped away by a single generic sentence. So here I am, turning to you, the developer community, the only people who truly understand what it means to run into an invisible wall. I need your help. Your advice, your experiences, your strategies. How can I get Apple to finally accept my app? How can I avoid throwing away two year of work because of a vague, unexplained guideline? Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to reply

App stuck in review loop for 10+ days. 6 rejection/resubmission cycles, expedited request submitted
Our app PrepAiro: Crack UPSC IAS 2026 (Account: 6741750813) has been caught in a rejection/resubmission loop since April 12, now over 10 days. Timeline: April 12: First rejection received Cycles 1–6: Each rejection addressed per reviewer feedback, resubmitted promptly April 18: Status moved to "Waiting for Review" , no movement since We submitted an expedited review request through Apple Support due to the urgency. This release contains critical bug fixes actively impacting users, but there has been no response or update. We understand review timelines can vary, but 6 full cycles over 10 days with no resolution, and a 6-day stall after the last submission, is unusual. Each resubmission addressed the specific feedback provided, yet the cycle continues. Has anyone experienced similar extended holds recently? And is there any additional channel or escalation path beyond the expedited review request to get clarity on what's causing this? Any guidance from Apple or fellow developers would be appreciated.

App stuck in status Waiting for Review since Feb 9
Our app with Apple ID 6752634390 has been in status Waiting for Review since Feb 09 which has been more than 20 days. And we have sent email via Contact Us two times already but no progress yet. Any one has any idea if there is anything we can do to move on?
