I mean it literally says that it takes up to 48 hours to process, but I still remain at a "PENDING" state.
It's not my first time enrolling and from my past experiences it was pretty seamless before. But the most recent one is a disaster.
What the heck?
Has anyone faced a similar problem before?

Hi Apple Developers!
I’m using the DetectBarcodesRequest function to identify QR codes in some images and PDFs.
However, I’m facing an issue where the function doesn’t detect the barcode on certain documents and machines, while it works on others using the same document.
The only common factor I’ve noticed is that the machines that successfully identify the QR code of the “problematic” document are all heavy developer machines that have Xcode installed. Interestingly, this doesn’t seem to be related to processor type (Intel vs. Apple Silicon).
Could you please provide some guidance or leads on how to resolve this issue?
Can someone tell me what this is I found on my iPhone

I just got a new 2024 Macbook Pro today. I finished setting it up, and I'm trying to reinstall a few apps. It told me that since I haven't used my Apple ID yet, I need to complete my Apple account. I've entered all my address information, but every time I hit continue, the boxes turn red, telling me I need to enter my information as if I never entered it in the first place. How can I fix this? I need to set this computer up before classes tomorrow.
Hi,
After updating to Xcode 16.2, I am getting an error running all iOS apps. I'm using Sequioa 15.2.
Error creating the CFMessagePort needed to communicate with PPT.
I ran the default Hello World app and got the same error message (plus another error not showing up on my apps - Failed to send CA Event for app launch measurements for ca_event_type: 1 event_name: com.apple.app_launch_measurement.ExtendedLaunchMetrics).
Can I ignore the error or is it truly affecting my app (all are testflight versions and it's fine if I don't update them for awhile, although not ideal).
Hopefully someone can help!
Thanks,
-Ashley
Dear Developers,
I am wondering if there is a way to build on the current "Low Fuel" notification. Currently, if my low fuel light activates while Carplay is on, a low fuel notification is also sent to my phone. If the car can communicate this, can it also communicate mileage range? This way, if I'm in the middle of a route and the low fuel light engages, Carplay could suggest the nearest gas stations on the route within the remaining mileage range. Any information would be very helpful!

Experiencing frequent automatic restarts on my late 2013 iMac running OS Catalina 10.15.7. Fairly certain that the issue doesn't have to do with my peripherals (external hard drive, flash drives, CD burner) and thinking it's a software issue. Below are the 4 different crash reports I’ve received for OneDriveStandaloneUpdater, Adobe Desktop Service, mds_stores, and mds.
Wondering if anyone has any insights on how to remedy these out of the blue shutdowns based on the crash report info? Thanks in advance...

I purchased an iPad Pro M4 in early December, and since day one, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue. Almost every day, at random times, the device freezes for 1–5 minutes and then restarts itself.
The tablet is not under heavy load when this happens — I mainly use it for light tasks such as watching videos in a player or Safari browser, web surfing, and reading books. The issue has even occurred while the iPad was idle and locked; it froze, displayed the Apple logo, and rebooted.
I brought the device back to the store where I purchased it, and they sent it for a diagnostic check. However, the experts concluded that the device is fully functional, and no defects were found.
After one of these crashes, I noticed that my Apple Pencil started lagging (see video file IMG_5688.MOV). However, after another reboot, the issue with the Apple Pencil resolved itself.
I’ve documented the issue with several video recordings showing the freezing and rebooting behavior, as well as error logs generated after such incidents.
Device Details:
Model: iPad Pro M4
Usage: Light tasks only (video streaming, web browsing, reading)
Environment: No overheating, no resource-heavy applications running
What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
P.S. I’ve uploaded all the device logs and videos demonstrating the issue to Google Drive.

Hi Everyone,
I’m currently working on an app that uses NFC functionality, and I’ve hit a roadblock during the App Store review process. The review team has requested a demo video that demonstrates the app’s NFC functionality in use, as per Guideline 2.1.
Here are the details I’ve received from the App Store team:
• The demo video should show the app running on a physical iOS device, not on a simulator.
• It needs to clearly document the NFC-related app features, user permission requests, and how the app interacts with NFC tags.
My Challenges:
1. I’m unsure about the best way to visually capture the NFC interaction, as it involves scanning physical tags.
2. Are there any recommended tools or techniques for recording a demo on an iOS device that complies with Apple’s guidelines?
3. Has anyone successfully submitted an NFC app with a similar requirement? If so, I’d appreciate tips or examples of how you structured your video.
I want to make sure I meet all the necessary requirements so the app passes review. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Edwin

Hello,
I am implementing In-App Purchases in my app and want to ensure that only users whose email matches their Apple ID email (the account used on the device as apple account) can purchase the subscription.
Is it possible to retrieve the Apple ID email from the device or verify if the email matches the user's email in the app?
If this is not feasible, what is the recommended approach to differentiate users and associate subscriptions with specific users in a secure way? For instance, how do I ensure that a subscription is tied to the correct user within my app?
I understand privacy constraints, but I am trying to find the best way to match the subscription to the correct user while adhering to Apple's guidelines. Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.
Thank you!
Hello I have the 16 pro max with 18.3 iOS update and I've noticed my Siri stops working or responding at times. I have shut down the phone and restart in order to get it working again. Any suggestions? Will the next update focus in Siri and its changes and finally am I the only one?

Greetings everyone, this is my first post here...thanks in advance for any guidance you may have.
I work for a non-profit (charity status) and was attempting to sign up for a Developer account, with a fee waiver, in order to do some work for our organization that requires Developer access (enabling Sign In With Apple on a Discourse forum).
I've received an e-mail from Developer Support saying my application was denied because there is already an Account Holder for our company's "existing membership." We are a small team that experiences a lot of turnover, and I presume this has to do with a predecessor.
I've written back to support and am awaiting a reply, but am concerned they might only reply to whatever e-mail address is associated with this "existing membership" and that very well might be an inactive mailbox in our Google Workspace. I've explained all that and asked Apple if they can please let me know who this previous contact is.
It's been a few days, while I'm waiting I thought I would ask if there is any other way to look up the contact for a given organization, or if I just need to wait and hope to hear back from Developer Support?
Thanks for any advice.
Hello,
I am using an iPhone 15 with iOS 18.2.1, and I've noticed an issue with the screen time statistics for my app usage. Specifically, the screen time for my Google Pay app shows around 2 hours of usage on a given day, even though I only spend about a minute per transaction. Even if I assume multiple payments throughout the day, the total should not exceed 15 minutes.
This discrepancy is concerning to me, as it is affecting my personal relationships and raising trust issues, as my partner is questioning what I could have been doing on the app for such an extended period.
I would appreciate it if this issue could be looked into and resolved as soon as possible.

Since 4 days TestFlight (latest version) is not working anymore - error "Couldn't load apps" shown all the time (reinstalling the app doesn't solve the issue).
iPhone SE (1st gen) / iOS 15.8.3
Several other users also have this problem.
I have two eSIMs from different providers. One shows data usage in settings>Mobile Service>Mobile Data For …….
It shows ‘Current Period‘ and ‘Roaming ‘usage for this eSIM but not the other one. I have contacted the help desk for the provider and they say it’s not enabled. I am assuming they mean they have not set it on the sims provided Or in Carrier Bundle.
Is there any way of enabling this through the device using any software tool etc.??
thanks in advance
Our code is using .lowQualityThumbnail to generate a thumbnail, it stops working when users update to 15.2 .
Test it with a regular jpg file for fileURL.
The only way to make it work is to change it to .thumnail or remove it.
It's not deprecated, is it a MacOS bug? customers don't want to keep updating the software.
Everything works in MacOS 15.1
import QuickLookThumbnailing
func generateThumbnail(for fileURL: URL, size: CGSize, scale: CGFloat) {
let request = QLThumbnailGenerator.Request(fileAt: fileURL, size: size, scale: scale, representationTypes: .lowQualityThumbnail)
QLThumbnailGenerator.shared.generateBestRepresentation(for: request) { thumbnail, error in
if let error = error {
print("Error generating thumbnail: \(error)")
} else if let thumbnail = thumbnail {
// Use the thumbnail
let image = thumbnail.uiImage
// Do something with the image
}
}
}
