Hello Apple Developer Community, I am encountering a critical issue with my developer account registration and am hoping someone here might offer insights or solutions. Background: Recently, I registered a developer account under my company’s name. During the initial submission, there was a discrepancy between the employee verification documents and the registered company name due to our company having multiple entities. This led to Apple cancelling my registration. I subsequently clarified the situation, resubmitted the correct verification, and received an email from Apple confirming that my registration was approved. Current Issue: After receiving the approval, Apple instructed me to accept the privacy agreement and complete the payment. However, when I access my account in the Apple Developer app, I still see the “Enroll Now” button, which remains greyed out, making it impossible for me to proceed with the required steps. This has halted the entire process. Steps Taken So Far: 1. I reached out to Apple Developer Support, explaining the issue in detail. 2. They escalated my case to another team for further investigation and requested additional documentation, including device information, account details, and identification. 3. Despite following up, it has been over ten days without any resolution or updates. Question: Has anyone here experienced a similar situation, or does anyone know of additional steps that might help resolve this issue? Is there a way to directly reach a specific department that can address this technical problem with the account status in the Developer app? Any guidance or recommendations would be highly appreciated, as this delay is impacting our ability to proceed with app development. Thank you very much!

I am developing an access controller RF (NFC). I know that the ADP developer account can only handle NFC Tags. Can I use NFC AID and HCE in ADEP? ADEP supports hotel card keys, employee badges, etc. Is it NFC? Or is it NFC+BLE?

Like many of you, I installed the 18.2 iOS beta update for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max when it first came out. The Playground app was NOT installed with the update. I do have CleanUP in iPhoto, and I do have the new icon on the right of the Description field when i goto the emojis keyboard. When I click that icon, i get the option to request Early Access. Like many here, when I click that icon, I get the screen showing Early Access Requested. My concern is that the app Playground was not installed as part of my update. Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts other than reinstalling 18.2 ?? I combined a few screenshots to help elaborate.

It's been over a week since I made my order for the Apple developer program. I got a confirmation email saying that it would be processed within 2 business days but nothing happened. I wrote an email to Apple support 3 days ago, and that went unanswered too. I'm not sure what else I can do. Can someone help?

Every time I fill out the business agreement details for my app transfer request from MindBodyOnline to my Apple developer account I get a banner with the error "Something went wrong. Please try again later." Furthermore, after painstakingly completing all the fields for New App Metadata App Review Contact Information checking the boxes The fields are cleared and I receive the error. I am stumped and have worked with the company that developed the initial app and am certain that I have all the fields correct. Hi there, I have a problem with certificates in developer.apple.com. We are trying to add a device to our current in-house certificate, but the site is saying we don't have any certificates available, even though there is one. On the first page, when clicking certificates, it shows that there is 1 active, but when editing the cert, it says no certificates available. Has anyone come across this problem, if so, how did you get around it?

Hello, We are facing a serious issue while trying to gain access to our developer account. We have submitted all the required documents (passport scan, payment information), but we still have not received access. At the same time, funds have already been partially charged from our card, yet there has been no progress from Apple. Support is not providing clear answers, and the process is being delayed. I have tried several time and used my credit card for purchase of enrollment fee. My card do not support manual payment and there is no option for entering CVV. My payment got declined several times. Please suggest needful.

I live outside of the US and I paid for my developer account back in November 11th 2024, and my status is still pending with no sign that the account will be approved any time soon.
