Notice of Termination
Dear Apple Support Team, I am Tianwei Yue. I received your email this morning regarding the immediate termination of our Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Apple Developer Agreement, citing alleged fraudulent behavior and violations of certain terms. We are both surprised and deeply anxious about this decision. Firstly, the email mentioned that if we wish to file an official complaint under the applicable Platform Regulation, we could contact you via “Contact Us”. However, when I logged in with my account and clicked the “Contact Us” link, the system responded with “You’re not eligible to make this request.” We would appreciate guidance on how to properly submit an official complaint or if there is an alternative way to reach out for assistance. Secondly, I would like to emphasize that the “mathos ai” application operated under this account currently has over 3 million active users. Our application has consistently maintained a high user rating of 4.6 and a record of excellent service. The immediate deletion of our account has rendered the service inaccessible to a large number of customers who use Apple products, severely impacting their experience. We believe that this decision does not align with the shared values of customer care that both Apple and we have always upheld. We have always been proactive in handling user accounts, refunds, and payment issues, and we continuously strive to provide high-quality service to our users. Consequently, we are puzzled by the reason for the account suspension and believe that there might be some misunderstanding or miscommunication. We sincerely hope to connect with the relevant Apple personnel to understand the issue in detail and provide any necessary additional information to resolve any concerns and restore our service. Apple Wallet extension
I'm implementing Apple wallet extension in an iOS app. Currently following this documentation https://developer.apple.com/documentation/passkit/implementing-wallet-extensions I'm facing challages while testing the extension. Any suggestion how can i test it during developmet. Like if i want to test the storyboard from Wallet UI extension. Any suggestions or helping material would be appriciated.

Issue with Apple Developer Enrollment – Trusted Device & Subscription Conflict
Context: I recently encountered an issue while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program with my personal Apple ID, and I need guidance on how to resolve it. A few months ago, I helped a client set up an Apple Developer account because they didn’t have an iPhone, Mac, or even an Apple ID. To assist them, I created an Apple ID for them and used my iPhone (via the Apple Developer app) to enroll their account in the Apple Developer Program. Now that the project is complete, I have removed myself from their Apple Developer account and given them full control over the app. However, when I tried to enroll my personal Apple ID in the Developer Program, I was unable to do so. After contacting Apple Support, I was informed that my phone number is still recognized as the trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, preventing me from enrolling in the Developer Program under my own account. Additional Issues: When I checked my Apple ID subscription list on account.apple.com, I noticed that the Apple Developer Program Membership is still listed under my personal Apple ID. However, when my client logs into their Apple ID subscription list, the Apple Developer subscription does NOT appear under their account. Even though the Apple Developer Program subscription is listed under my Apple ID, I cannot access the Apple Developer portal (developer.apple.com/account) to manage my account, enroll, or create apps. However, my client CAN still access the Developer portal and create/manage apps, even though the subscription is NOT in their Apple ID subscription list. Problems: My phone number is still a trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, blocking me from enrolling my own Developer account. The Developer Program subscription appears under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, even though my client is the one using the Developer account. I cannot access Apple Developer features, while my client can—even though the subscription is technically under my Apple ID. Questions: How can I unlink my phone number and device from my client’s Apple ID so I can enroll in the Apple Developer Program? Why does the Developer Program subscription appear under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, and how can I fix this? Why can’t I access the Developer portal, even though the subscription is listed under my Apple ID? Has anyone faced a similar issue, and if so, how was it resolved? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Apple Charged Me, Then Blocked My Xcode Team Access Without Explanation
I’m experiencing an issue where Xcode cannot access my Team ID, even though my Apple Developer Program membership appears active and I have paid for it. • When I visit Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get this popup: “Unable to find a team with the given Team ID XXXXXXXXXX to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support.” • My Apple ID still shows an active Developer Program membership under System Settings → Media & Purchases. • In App Store Connect, I can still see my Team ID and access my account. This issue was previously resolved via phone support after I was incorrectly locked out. I had paid twice, and was refunded once, but now the issue has returned - and support claims I was refunded twice, which is false (I have proof from my bank). I’ve contacted support multiple times, and my case has been sitting with the operations team for weeks. No explanation. No resolution. Just silence. I paid for a service I’m not receiving. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or found a way to escalate it effectively?

Cannot Create Identifiers – “+” Button Missing on Identifiers Page
I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

Response Time for Apple Developer Enterprise Program Registration
Our company has been trying to register for the Apple Developer Enterprise Program since September 15, 2024. However, it wasn’t until early November that we received an email requesting our business information. Following that, we contacted Apple’s team on November 15, 2024, to answer their interview questions. Now, more than a month has passed since that call, and we still have no idea about the status of our approval. When I check the account, it always shows 'Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is 8K8SXNKA89.' I’ve also emailed Apple Support but have not received any further response. How much longer will this process take? Apple’s handling of this is excessively slow and frustrating

No access to apple developer account
I have enrolled for being a developer 10.03. I have received an order acknowledgment email on 10th of March but there have been no updates since then. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. What should I do to get through? 
I would greatly appreciate it if could help me solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

How to keep Sign in with Apple users signed in after app transfer?
I'm currently transferring an iOS app to a new Apple Developer account and following the process outlined in Apple’s documentation: 🔗 TN3159 - Migrating Sign in with Apple users for an app transfer The process for generating transfer_identifiers and migrating existing users is clear, and I don’t expect issues with that part. However, I have a question about preserving the user session after the transfer. My setup: The app uses Sign in with Apple via a backend-based authentication flow. On login, the app retrieves the authorization_code and sends it to the backend. The backend exchanges the code for tokens from Apple, including a refresh_token. That refresh_token is then used on the backend to validate the user’s identity on subsequent requests. My concern: Once I initiate the app transfer, migrate users, and update the backend with new Apple credentials (client ID, team ID, etc.), I assume that the existing tokens issued under the old credentials will become invalid. So my question is: Is there a way to maintain the user’s authenticated session through this transition without requiring them to manually sign in again? I’d like to ensure a seamless experience for users, if possible.

Enrollment Issue: Payment Acknowledged but Not Charged
Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with my enrollment process. I initiated three payments on the following dates: February 12, 2025: Payment attempted, received an “Order acknowledgment” email, but the amount wasn’t deducted. February 19, 2025: Reattempted payment with the same outcome. February 25, 2025: Tried again, and still no deduction from my account. I’ve contacted support (Case ID: 102538526682), but haven’t received any response. This situation affects my production process, and I’m growing increasingly concerned. Has anyone else faced and resolved successfully a similar problem, or does anyone have advice on how to escalate this issue for a quicker resolution? Thanks in advance for your help!
